Colosseum The Soul of a Fighter (op characters welcomed)

Guts grinned at this little speech. He had heared this from so many others that thought themselves grand. He knew that with each person that said this there was always a flaw they all shared. Their pride would be the thing that brought them down, and he was the one to do the deed. As this "Arch-God fired this blast at Dalamus Guts would attack from behind. He knew that even though this armor was special in its own way every Armor has a weakness. He activated his armor nulling him to pain letting him fight to the best he could possibly do. From behind he would flip over the soon to be dead body and brought his sword right into the opening where the sphere used to be. He knew that he didn't have much time as she would close this whole as soon as she fired so he risked getting shot to hit it.

He didn't wait to see if his blade fully hit her weak point he pushed with all his might sending the blade straight through her. (@Alterius)

"I get tired of these children's games warlock, face me on your merit,not that of your pawns." His blue eyes went white and his aura burst from him in a violent wave it easily engulfed the battlefield wiping away the darklings and their weapons as well as the projectiles they had already fired. His aura was so dense and powerful the ground shook, the air felt as if it could suffocate you it pushed and pulled, burned and gave chills, it made the instincts to flee burst in one's mind while also compelling them to drop to their knees and give thanks. "When you are the light, the is no darkness to fear." Sin-Enlil rose out of a pool of darkness turning and facing "I am many things...but I am not petty, nor am I a god...." Sin drew back her aura and it condensed around her frame creating a sort of energy armor it collected into a sphere in front of his chest. "I'm THE fucking Arch-God bitch." The sphere burst forth slamming Dalamus in the chest it would drive him back into the wall of the aren smashing through it the ligh burned away the tentacles. And I fear no darkness, especially not yours."
And yet, the darkness remained. If anything, the darkness grew stronger with the light, matching and defeating it. Dalamus stood, unaffected, and grinned. "You know nothing, Sin-Enlil. Light creates Darkness. For every shining light, ten thousand shadows are born. Before your light, what was there? Darkness. Chaos. The Night. And I'm here to show you that primeval power," As he spoke, he would dash foreward, stabbing the supposed "arch-god" at the same moment Guts did, sending two blades into the gods chest at the same time.

Both blades aimed true reaching for their mark they sang of victory, though they sang too soon. Sin stood tall even with both blades trying to pierce him they found no purchase only pressing against Sin-Enlil he stood looking them both in the eyes he seemed amused that their attacks hadn't even broken through his cloak. A small smile parting his lips,

"How little you know."

Sin-Enlil looked as if she only stepped forward once, but ended up behind the two, his fists already midswing there was a jet stream coming off of them and shortly after a sonic boom as she broke the sound barrier with her punches. If the strikes landed both of the sturdy men could potentially suffer a large amount of trauma and other such damage from any resulting collisions. Sin-Enlil stood right where he was, white energy gathering. It was not light, it was too inherently powerful to be light. It wrapped around Sin's arms and Gathered in her palm, "Try again."

@Dairekor Unwalath @Dalamus Ulom
As she would attempt to strike, something moving faster than even Sin -Enlil would appear, biting her arm off, sending a stream of golden ichor into the air. As it would slow down, a single toothed tentecle would be visable, holding the gods arm. "Tsk tsk tsk. You really ought to keep better hold of these things. They are rather important, you know,"

Guts while in his berserker rage would take some of these punches and dodge some though he felt no pain from them. As the "Arch-God" had its arm bitten off Guts would turn and ram his iron arm into the hole his arm left. He then fired his cannon into the "Arch-God" from the arm hole.

"Congratulations you've wounded a light bound clone." Sin-Enlil's voice came from the other side of the men where he initially launched the assault from. "As I said, you need to pay more attention, improve your perception otherwise you'll continue to lose track of my movements and waste several traps." As he spoke the clone waved at them with it's fingers latching onto Guts before bursting, even the arm detonated scorching away the tentacle that had grabbed it. The energy that collected in the Arch-God's palm stretched out the roiling force assuming the form of a blade in each hand. The left hand formed a full sized blade out of a strange flowing yet solid force while the other was the size of a long dagger that looked like white fire.

<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpeg.11d3009f191823398e6223f704f91a6f.jpeg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="140356" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpeg.11d3009f191823398e6223f704f91a6f.jpeg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

"Well, we've all brandished our blades. Let's put them to good use." Sin-Enlil advanced on Dalamus a dozen similar swords blazed to life above Sin's head. Each blade launched forward in no particular order, two three even four at a time striking from all directions they were spaced far enough that no one strike could deflect more than one blade. Sin-Enlil further complicated his advance by forming more bubbles of high pressure oxygen that burst to add more speed to certain blades. Others sparked internally to cause grand explosions in the general vicinity of the warlock partly to damage but mostly to blind. Another step and Sin leapt into the cloud of dust catching up with some of the blades he launched held both blades at the ready his intended strikes unclear.

@Dairekor Unwalath @Dalamus Ulom<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpeg.17e88f6f76e4258967f9e1cc2d90fd3e.jpeg" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="140357" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.jpeg.17e88f6f76e4258967f9e1cc2d90fd3e.jpeg" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>

Guts in this armor would move not like a man but with more haste and disregard for personal safety. When the clone burst on him he moved away quickly only taking a fraction of the damage he would have. This didn't stop him though as the "Arch-God" advanced on Dalamus Guts would come from behind and slash wildly from all directions faster than the eye can track.

"It makes me sick when I run into people like you who think they are superior to others as you do!!"

He would swing more wildly hitting faster and harder looking more like a tornado than a man.

"DIE YOU BASTARD!!!!"

The tentacle would reconstitute itself in a swirl of shadows. Dalamus's body would slowly darken, as if fading out of existence, his form that of a three dimensional shadow. The Darklings would attack the god, batting away any blades, any destroyed quickly reconstituting themselves from the surrounding darkness. Any blades launched at the supposed warlock would become enshrouded in darkness, only to disappear as if they had never existed. Dalamus's shadowy form would slowly advance upon the besieged god, dark foot prints leading into an eternal abyss left in his wake. A second blade would slowly constitute itself in his off hand, twin to the original. As he advanced, an impenatratable darkness would slowly lower over the arena that absolutly NOTHING could affect but Dalamus. If Sin attepted to control it, a horrible corruption would enter his body, and proceed to eat the divine being from the inside out. The more he would try, the faster it would happen, and the more pain Sin would experience. The Darklings would also ignore the swordsman, even aiding him to block some of the blades if they weren't absorbed by the Darkness in time. Any that were actually slain by the blades in this fashion would be completly destroyed, sent back into The Darkness.

@Dairekor Unwalath @Alterius

Sin-Enlil reacted with missing a beat, as the enraged swordsman rushed him from behind he had milliseconds to assess the assault. He stepped in closer using his dagger to deflect or simply block the massive blade when he didn't evade it altogether. His movements were smooth and decisive. As the darkness ensued Sin gauged the situation and summoned several rings of blades that launched into the darklings like arrows. "This again, as if these darklings could ever be more than cannon-fodder....begone." At his word a wave of power was emitted from his body dispelling the darklings they unraveled and disappeared. Sin returned his main focus to Guts who he had been simply defending himself on as if on autopilot. Soon enough she turned the tide, beginning to strike back he kept the dragonslayer blade out of his way with almost easy counter strikes. In one sweeping move Sin-Enlil slashed Guts from right hip to left shoulder before spinning sharply and planting his foot in the swords man's chest with the force of a semi truck going 220mph. Sin didn't spend a lot of time to monitor Guts as he turned and advanced on Dalamus. His figure glowed and he became wrapped in silver energy his pace matching the warlock's, "Tell me....am I wasting my breath when I tell you you're not going about this the right way?" Sin-Enlil did something he hadn't yet this battle, he smiled wide a symbol appeared behind him as he spoke and hovered behind his head the way one would imagine a halo would,

"Your darkness is substantial, and that's why you will never truly wield the force of the void. The void is emptiness, nothing, definition weakens it by giving it substance. I will always overpower your darkness because I understand nothingness. Magic is the tool, the power to give meaning to yourself will. By its very nature alone, using abyssal powers through magic creates a generic disgrace. You don't understand true nothing ses and as any competent magic user knows, understanding strengthens magic, and experience completes it.... I hope I've given you something to think about." Sin-Enlil stopped stepping towards Dalamus and stood there, a blackness engulfing him that was deeper than anything one had ever seen. "Come Dalamus, The void is hungry." As Dalamus would continue to approach he would find the silhouette the wrapped around him would be pulled away and drawn into the Arch-god's force being consumed and annihilated. The more power Dalamus summoned the more that was consumed, the void destroying it and working to ensnare the warlock.

"Yes, it is," Dalamus said, shape changing. He would become a gigantic, eldritch beast, and faster than the eye could blink, ate the petty god, disspelling his magic.

(I'm getting sick of your godmodding. So, I ended it. You can not just say "I win!" you have to say what your doing, and then other RPers will react. Don't say "I murder all the people in the arena," but instead, "I sent spikes rocketing towards everyone in the arena" and let the other RPers react. At first I didn't want to say anything, and attempted to to drop you hints, but you never got it. Stop godmodding, please. It ruins the roleplay for everyone. The characters in the RP are supposed to be just OP, not magically able to make whatever the fuck they want to happen happen, such as not even letting your opponents have a fucking shadow of a chance of even lasting a minute in a fight with you.)

Guts was knocked back but didn't get slowed down as his armor held his body together. He was about to go after the little god until he saw Dalamus eat him. His armor patched him up back to normal and deactivated as Guts would rest his blade on his shoulder looking up at Dalamus. He would yell out to him with a sarcastic ring in his tone,

"Would have been nice for you to do that sooner you big bastard."

You, tired of MY godmodding. Don't go there, I'm open to having a calm discussion about what's been happening. If you had a problem, don't give hints by escalating the situation talk to me directly and we can handle the situation. If you upset that you don't seem to have a chance I think you're not giving yourself enough credit. The solution to the situation I just put you in is simple, stop spewing energy and take the fight to a physical level. You've seen that I escalate when you do, simply because A:I'm obstinate. B:I thought through my character's abilities and determined which ones would work best in response to certain situations...he's the creation Arch-God who made everything. As I continually tried to tell you. The symbol I showed you is called Metatron's cube it's part of Sin's esoteric elementalism. Look at this:<p><a href="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.png.655f27dd1e5dd665f044468b2a673b05.png" class="ipsAttachLink ipsAttachLink_image"><img data-fileid="141443" src="<fileStore.core_Attachment>/monthly_2016_07/image.png.655f27dd1e5dd665f044468b2a673b05.png" class="ipsImage ipsImage_thumbnailed" alt=""></a></p>please note that "Void" is one of the elements listed as is energy. Now energy has multiple forms be it, light, lightning, etc. if o e does enough research you would also learn that "spirit" or "will" is at the center of this pattern. I do a lot of thinking and research before I throw out a character.

Now to address your qualms directly.

(I'm getting sick of your godmodding. So, I ended it. You can not just say "I win!" you have to say what your doing, and then other RPers will react. Don't say "I murder all the people in the arena," but instead, "I sent spikes rocketing towards everyone in the arena")

Did I not just say that? Your darklings are minions minions are free to be slain, I never said I kill everyone in the area I directed an attack I never said it had to hit, I said it was going into the masses of servant you continually summon, they seemed to just be cannon fodder, you could have again just communicated what they are to me. I know that wound wouldn't keep Guts down A: Because Guts is a badass that would try to walk it off. B: Because he is in his armor that repairs his damage unless he bleeds out completely, and has shattered bones... So now I didn't insta-kill anyone.

(and let the other RPers react. At first I didn't want to say anything, and attempted to to drop you hints, but you never got it. Stop godmodding, please.)

As I have said to Dalamus you clearly don't understand me or my character whether you haven't read up, or thought through I know you certainly did not talk to me. I have let react to all but one attack. Which was the blast to your chest which I understood would not do much damage to Dalamus. The only time I write a landed hit is when it is something the character seems capable of handling. Should I apologize for giving Dalamus too much credit? I haven't Godmodded so you don't have to worry about me doing it. Nice try though.

(It ruins the roleplay for everyone. The characters in the RP are supposed to be just OP, not magically able to make whatever the fuck they want to happen happen, such as not even letting your opponents have a fucking shadow of a chance of even lasting a minute in a fight with you.)

The only person that seems upset is you, and YOU are the one upscaling unnecessarily while I have kept things within the boundaries of my characters abilities. He is the Arch-God of creation, she LITERALLY MAKES STUFF HAPPEN. He makes things he MADE everything. And everything he has made happen has been within his abilities. I suggest you quit complaining and change your strategy, I haven't one shotted you, I haven't pushed the boundary any more than you have. Let's both bring it back to a normal range and move on, if you have any further qualms contact me directly. I don't want to do this again, especially after being called out for something youw erecting much more than I could have. I don't hate you, I don't dislike you, and I don't like you, but I respect you and I hope you respect me enough to move forward with this disclosure policy because I don't do drama.

@Dalamus Ulom

Sin-Enlil tapped Guts' shoulder, "Don't be fooled, he couldn't keep me in his stomach even if he did eat me. I'll let him enjoy himself, we have unfinished business."

@Dairekor Unwalath

Guts looks to him and sighs saying,

"If you weren't so self Rightous we could have been friends."

He re-activates his armor and head butts him then slashes with his sword saying,

"Sadly though your a tad bit annoying!"

(Btw I understand your strategy of taking Dal's magic out of the fight so he would go physical but it hasn't worked for me yet either lol @Alterius)

A weird looking mage comes out of a portal at the last moment "Ah i am finally here,god its hard to get here isn't it? Anyways there seems to be a fight here"and then he takes one of his books from his leather strip pack and makes a chair and sits on it

Guts' slash sent sparks flying off of Sin-Enlil's cloak driving him back due to the force. He rubbed his forehead with a plain expression, "that's a sensation I haven't felt in a long time. I guess I can be more liberal now." Unclasping his cloak he casts it off of him only to have it disappear into nothing. His form changed quickly as he seemed to just grow into himself while the fabric of his clothing slithered along his skin forming entirely new garments

"How do I come off as self-righteous? I never said anything about being superior I'm just different. Eh I guess it doesn't matter, here I come"

Sin got into a stance that looked as if he were on the defensive but quickly shifted his weight launching himself forward fast enough to kick up a rooster tail of dust. Lighting crackled along his arms as he advanced and as he threw a punch there was a thunderclap as the electricity was expelled in all directions the wind he stirred up followed soon after the dust swirling so quickly that it generated its own electricity making his punch ultimately end in a cyclone of dust and lightning that jumped to whatever was near it.

Guts' armor would negate the incredible pain this punch should have made though the force of it did launch him back tumbling to the ground. He would get up and sprint back to him yelling out,

"Is that all you got sparky?"

Guts then starting swinging his sword looking more of a tornado than of a human.

"The Sinister Clown"

3683154-hazama.jpg

"We stopped looking for monster's under our beds when we realized that they were inside our heads"

While a man wielding a giant sword was pitting himself against a man someone that held themselves as if they were some kind of god battled it out in what seemed like an extremely one sided-match so far. However, when a strange void-like portal transported The Clown into something known as the 'Gods Den' the Clown would find himself instantly interested in whatever was going on as he went to look across towards the numerous foes fighting each other in what looked like a battle of titans. Landing on the ground before peaking his head up towards the other's present in the arena.

"Oh? Did I drop off at the wrong party?" he muttered under his breath as his eyes spread open widely as he came to adjust to his new surroundings. "Well, although I was in the middle of a very, very, VERY important discussion with a very beautiful young lady...I guess I could settle for this as well." The Clown said as a psychotic smile stretched across his face and waving his body slightly backwards he looked to the clear sky and began chuckling to himself. "Alriiiight!" he said as he straightened his posture back up and pointing his index finger back & forth from the giant-bladed warrior and long white-haired individual "Eenie, meenie, minie mo - who is the lucky duck that's gotta go.." going on for much longer than he should have before landing on the both of them while pointing both fingers towards the two fighter's "Ah who am I kidding, WHY NOT BOTH!!!" he shouted followed by a laughter that could only be described as pure insanity, the area surrounding the Clown starting to distort and the floor beneath his feet also began splitting apart as everything within a short radius of the Sinister Clown became crumbling and breaking down as his chaotic laughter grew. This was merely just to show off what he was capable of.

Back in Action!!!?? Luffy held his hat funny. Last he remembered, he was disabled by the godly sword of Guts, the Black Swordsman. But his wounds weren't that serious. He touched his hat as he bled from his chest. A white haired man was now battling the magic man and Guts. More and more people were joining, as he sensed a clown popping out of the Arena gates of the God's Den. But he didn't care. Aiming his fist at the white haired man, his fist ballooned to the size of a building. Then it became black as it was covered with Armament Haki, making it hard as diamond.

"Gomu Gomu no...... Elephant Gun!"

Whether it hit or not was immaterial, it would destroy much of the arena, collapsing the bleachers. Luffy's hand retracted into his body as the arena fell around him.

(His armor is activated though he can't feel any pain. If you want me to show that the pain is there though in the post I will.)

Yukari covered her mouth to muffle her laughter but it didn't help she only busted into more laughter. This God's den was better than she had ever dreamed of so many strong people had gathered her so many people to fight. It was all too good she looked to the man she liked to think was best suited to be called her rival. The man called Guts she turned toward him and pointed her sword readied herself and kicked off the ground. "Shigure style number 1 Shajiku no Ame!" She yelled as she shot towards him her sword ready to stab him. "It's rude to ignore a lady!"
