Four Thousand Club
so this is a non-canon version of our old favorite Sailor Moon.
Essentially, the plot is, the Sailor Scouts are like usual, trying to fight off queen Beryl and her minions to protect the world from her influence and yadda yadda you know the story.
However, in this version, the Sailor Scouts aren't the old ones fighting queen Beryl, like all queens the late queen Celestia had her own army, her loyal knights, and what neither she nor Usagi learned is they too were reincarnated on Earth, they too have gone through their own journeys of discovery to find their calling and their past lives. and now they are returning to serve their queen as they did in their previous lives. but not all are coming to the Sailor Scouts to fight by their sides and serve their new queen, some retain the fury of their betrayal in their past lives and have come to wreak their vengeance upon their queen's reincarnation, her friends, and those they once called "brother"
In their previous lives, Queen Celestia gave her knights an ultimatum, knowing they would die if they remained to face Beryl's final invasion of their kingdom's capital, either dismissal or they would be ordered to protect the people of her kingdom, people ruled by nobles who cared only for their own survival. Those who left with the dismissal felt both helpless and betrayed by their queen, those who went to protect the people and nobility were lead into a death trap to allow the nobles to escape, but they left the common people behind. this is why some return as villains while others, understanding their queen wanted to protect them even though they would die to protect her, returned to serve and make up for their acceptance of her orders to abandon her.

Yes you may play canon characters if you wish but OCs are perfectly fine
(this includes someone playing tuxedo-mask if they wish)
No god-moding.
No killing off other characters without permission.
Yes, you may wound other characters, but cannot kill them without permission.
you may god-mod as much as you wish while facing generic, nameless monsters.
