History: Pluhver is a young city that was formed in Osnos by several migrating inventors. It serves as the peak of technology in Osnos and is the trade hub of the country. As such, Pluger's roads are incredibly well maintained; traveling to and fro is a simple task for merchants. The formation of a guild within the city is only a recent development—King Perry, one of the greatest minds in Atama, relied on his military. The new formation of a guild stems from political pressure by way of the Society of Mageía. The full circumstances of which are not yet known.
