Arthur / Luther
Soulmoon Alpha Male
Soulmoon Pack house
As the howl eased into heavy silence, Luther rubbed yet again along Mask's side, leaving her partially covered in his scent. He was still holding the brunt of the snow storm back with his ability. Turning to look at little Timber, his pale yellow eyes were full of pride for his participation in the packs last goodbye to Orian. The pup had done well to match all the other wolves and he was glad they both got to experience this closeness of a pack. "Go on pup, go back inside with your mother and the pack. I don't think you're old enough for the next bit. Not yet." Luther said, turning to Mask to give her a look that spoke volumes. He didn't want her, or Timber to see Orian go into the ground. They had been closest to him, it was their right to do so if they so wished. But, Luther also knew the heartbreak they had and how hard it could be to watch one of the ones you cared about most, go into their last resting place. He didn't want that memory to potentially taint happier ones for them.

Luther would wait, until he was the only one out there in the cold snow before he released his hold over the snow and he trudged over to the covered burial spot and got to work. It wasn't the Alpha's duty to do it, he could have assigned anyone, gotten the entire pack to do it together. But the guilt would have ate away at him until he was nothing but a broken shell. No, he needed to do this alone. So, he shifted long enough Arthur could put Orian in before his paws went to work. It took hours, for a wolf to do alone, pausing to push snow out before it was finally done. In creeping darkness of early morning, a frosted Alpha came back into the pack house and fell to rest in front of a small crackling fire of the main room. He wanted to sleep, but Luther only waited for all the ice and snow to melt from his body before allowing Arthur to take over.

It was Arthur who started preparing a breakfast for the entire pack, and only when he was kicked out of the kitchen by the pack members who took over, did he go all the way upstairs to check on Timber and Mask in the room that he had given them. He tried to be quiet as wooden floors creaked softly in momentary protest of his weight, holding his breath for a moment as if it was the loudest thing in the room before he was peering down into the soft covers of the bed to make sure the duo was okay. Only knowing they were safely sleeping could he possibly sneak to his own room and crawl into bed for a much needed rest.

Sarah
Ghostmoon Healer
Sarah was rarely ever the first one up when it came to sleeping in a pile with her siblings. She was the one who slept in, she was the one who had issues leaving the comfort of rest. But she was starving. Completely and utterly starving. And even though she didn't want to eat, at all, Sarah carefully moved off of where she was stretched out across her town brothers, shifted with ease back to human and headed out onto a chilly pack house to locate the kitchen and get a bite to eat.

On the main level, Sarah put some logs in a dying fire to warm the house, poked her head into her medical room to grab a few things, then went about getting something to eat. She had found leftovers of the night before and was shoveling the cold food into her mouth when her entire body tensed up, like someone was sneaking up on her and she whipped around to find... Nothing. No one, and nothing was there. Frowning, she wondered if it was a leftover link to her missing mate and hoped the Goddess kept the other woman safe before she went back to eating. She would need the energy to return to tending Alpha Lily. Their Heat was fast approaching and the Alpha needed to participate.

Lucas
Ghostmoon Omega
Lucas woke the moment Sarah crawled off of him, but he knew she needed a few moments just to herself as he waited before he too got up. He stretched out his body and shook out his fur before he went about checking quietly on the pack and their Alpha before he was heading to the main level and aiding the fire in warming up the rest of the house to keep them all safe from the outside elements. He wondered if it was still snowing, or if patrols were able to go out and keep their boarders safe. He didn't trust for one moment that winter would keep the fighting at bay.

In human form, Lucas sat captivated by the fire as he wondered about what heat was going to be like. They hadn't had a proper one in years, due to all of their constant travels. Was it still as uncomfortable and painful as he remembered? Or if he got lucky and found a mate right before, would that make it all the better? He blinked away from the red and orange flames dancing before him to look up at the sound of approaching footsteps.

Maxwell
Ghostmoon Guard
Max has also woken as soon as Sarah had, but he stayed long after both of his siblings has left the room. He didn't think he was privileged enough to get a room of his own, and he didn't have a mate to return too in the dark early hours of morning. So he shifted and lay on his back to stair up at the ceiling before he felt like he should do something more productive. He shifted back to a wolf, and snuck out into the deep snow without anyone noticing. He was supposed to be a guard, right? So, he should act like one and at least patrol the boarders of their lands to make sure they were all still safe.

Nick / Grimm
Bloodmoon Alpha male
Nick frowned when this wolf who claimed to be a healer or whatever term he was using, did very little to prove himself. Their test, only ending up proving useless and he had barked orders to lock the fool away until it could be decided what to do with him. Then he sent the writhing mess on the snow covered ground with yarrow to the one acting as their healer and he affectionately rubbed up against Lilith before asked "Shall we return to the pack house? Did you get enough to eat? How's the pup?" Though with that last one, it might be too soon to tell, he had asked anyway out of instinctual need to be there for his mate, however she needed him and using the pup was one of the only ways he could so the weakness that he loved her.

Mask would sigh as Luthur rubbed against her black pelt again. Oddly, his scent soothed her in a way that she couldn't describe in words. Mask lightly dipped her head to Luther about going back inside, she agreed, Timber didn't need to see this. Mask could tell by the look in Luthur's eyes that it was time to bury Orian. Mask sighs again and gently nudged Timber with a whisper, "come on, Timber. Time to get some rest, okay?"

Timber pouted a bit but listened, before he would go, he nuzzled Luthur's leg and bounced off to Mask's side. Timber had his head low for a bit before he was warm again, he would jump onto the bed with his tail a-wag stiffly. Mask followed behind him and lies beside him, letting Kaitlyn take over her form. Kaitlyn hummed Timber to sleep while he was in her arms. She smiled. She had a good feeling about all this, she had Timber... a son... of her own... but could she raise him alone?

Arthur.

Kaitlyn heaved a low groan and let sleep take over her.

Arthur smiled at the sight of the pair curled up in the bed and moved to pull the blanket further up and over the pup as well as over Kaitlyn. He hesitated a moment, then ran his hand over Timber's head in a gentle, affectionate pet before he was quietly slipping back out of the room. He avoided the spots on the floor that had protested his weight, aware that whenever the pair was ready, the breakfast downstairs would be shared with them. He should eat something too, now that he was thinking about it, but didn't want to waste the energy it would take to tackle the stairs twice. Instead, he went into his room and fell into the bed to catch some much needed sleep. He hadn't slept in more than a day, he was exhausted. So it was that sleep found him quickly in the still dark light of the winter morning.

Sarah
Ghostmoon Healer
Sarah finished eating and disappeared into the medical room, a piece of meat she hadn't finished was hanging from her lips. She planned to get to work on something for Lily to hopefully help and heal her that last bit of the way, to get the thing off of her leg and to make that attempt at healing the damage of the curse inside. She was rummaging around when she spotted the chunk of medicine that had Lucas's scent all over it. Letting out a happy squeal, she got to work right away grinding it down to make a powerful tea.

Lucas
Ghostmoon Omega
Lucas paused when he realized the sound was actually from Lily's wolf, separate from her being in another rare occurrence. He didn't like it when the Alpha and her wolf did this, he saw it as dangerous, but he also couldn't stop them. He stood to tidy up the mess, holding the offensive smelling bottles far away from him. "I didn't even know we had these around here. Useless stuff." He grumbled, depositing them in the sink for a wash. Maybe when clean they'd be useful for something else. With that done, he retrieved his long cold meal and returned to the fire side to eat and do his duty as Omega until Lily woke and was one with her wolf again. However long that took.

Maxwell
Ghostmoon Guard
Maxwell took to making paths where he needed as he set about patrolling the far outer edges of their territory, doing his best to sort out scents and make sure no other wolves had crossed their boarders. He loved the snow and the cold, he always had. But then, it was easiest for him to hide in the winter because his scent resembled it so very much. He took a moment to roll around in the cold white stuff to cover his coat for easier hiding as he continued to patrol. Anything to stay out of the pack house and away from Alpha Lily. He was still feeling very drawn to her, and felt like it was getting worse.

Nick / Grimm

Nick nodded as he turned to walk with Lilith back to the pack house. He was pressed against her side to show that they were the Alpha pair. "I can take as many of our pack as you wish and launch an attack. We can take comfort away from them as they enter their heat." He said, agreeing easily and readily as he always had with her. Anything she had suggested, or ordered, he was prepared to do since she allowed him into the pack. It was how he had ascended in rank until he got his moment, to be Alpha at her side.

Kaitlyn had slightly stirred awake as Arthur was leaving the room and she had her eyes partially open and watched him go. She was surprised by him. He was so kind. Kaitlyn rested her head down and kissed Timber on his head, his tail stiffly wagging in response. She then remembered what Orian had said... he actually wanted Arthur to help take care of Timber. She smiled a bit before sleep took over her again.

Kaitlyn woke up the following morning with Timber bouncing around on the bed softly. She chuckles a bit, happy at how he seemed to be happier than before. "Let's go and get some breakfast!" Timber says with a smile. "Hah, okay. C'mon, Timber," she says before taking him in her arms and downstairs for some well-needed breakfast.

Arthur / Luther
Soulmoon Alpha Male
Soulmoon Pack house
Arthur slept far longer than he probably should have, but the pack could take care of itself and every member of the pack looked after Timber as if he was the Alpha's son. They didn't leave the pack house but he was protected and some on the lower end of the hierarchy played with him when he wanted. They even took care of Mask/Kaitlyn like she was his mate, even though she wasn't. And it was all simply due to the way Luther had treated them during the last howl. He had set things in motion for the pack to treat them better than either had ever been treated before because he had felt it was his duty to do so.

Having been so exhausted, from more than a day of running around and setting up the pack as well as funeral rights for Orian. Arthur had nothing left, nor did Luther. So, after Arthur had crawled, well it was more of a graceless fall, into bed. He slept. For an entire day and only woke the next morning, completely groggy and unaware of the time. He looked rough, patterns of fabric on his face and drool in the corner of his mouth. He sat up and looked around the room through lidded eyes, the darkness of a winter morning didn't help him figure out the time, just that he was in the pack house, in the Alpha's room. He made to get up when the door burst open and he was hit in the chest by a small speeding ball of fur. A grunt hit him as air left him and his back hit the mattress once again. He didn't have time to react but he was aware of the fact his fingers had closed around the smaller body.

((I figured Timber could charge in to him when he hears him awake, if that's alright.))

Sarah
Ghostmoon Healer
Sarah focused herself on keeping very busy in the small room she claimed for a medical one. She made the fungus left for her into a very strong tea with a bit of mint to help it go down easier. But she organized everything, over and over, she tidied and cleaned until there was nothing left to tidy and clean. She spent most of the day in there before coming out as the light of winter was fading into the dark.

"Alpha Lily, I have a tea for you. With our natural healing ability, it should aid you greatly in fully healing your leg and possibly the um, the other issue." Sarah said, finding fault in her words when she realized some of the pack was around and that both of her brothers were there. She didn't know if anyone else aside from herself and Gareth knew about the cause that affected her chances of having pups. Walking over, she handed her the large mug that smelt strongly of mint.

Lucas
Ghostmoon Omega
Lucas scoffed "I find the stuff useless. And it stinks. We need to consume too much to feel that thing the humans like to feel. I also think it isn't going to help you or Lily in healing any better." He said, unable to stop himself from scolding the wolf half of his Alpha. His sister might be the one who was a natural at healing, but he had listened to their father as they grew up too. He remembered a fair amount, though not as much as her. Besides, they encountered the drink more than once on their travels and it had never ended well on their part.

He spent the day helping to care for the pack and learning more of what it was like to be an Omega in a pack that was more than just three. He also kept making sure the pack house stayed warm for all of them until Sarah was there with a tea from the fungus he snuck into the medical room to leave her. He knew that's what it had to be and hoped it helped as he plopped himself down to sit before the fire to watch.

Maxwell
Ghostmoon Guard
Maxwell felt like maybe winter was closer than the humans marked, than they were used too. Maybe the sudden fast and hard hit of the snowfall was bringing everything on faster. He tried to focus on his patrol but he found only his own tracks in the snow the more as he circled back around to do another round. He was covered in snow when he returned at noon, a few small game animals in his mouth for the Alpha to have her pick and the rest of the pack to share.

Max spent the rest of the day watching everyone else as he stayed in his wolf form, just to be able to better detect everything around him. Absolutely everything around him. He was laying with his furry butt and his tail wagging as Sarah finally made her appearance with a familiar, strong smelling tea. He had only smelt it a few times in his life, but he recognized it for the potent medicine that it could be and raised his head to watch as it was present to Lily. Unknowingly, he had begun to creep up on his belly to get closer to her.

None of them were going to be prepared for what was about to come their way. Each one of the triplets looked startled by the howl outside, Max especially as he had done a long patrol that day.

Grimm nuzzled her but had to say it. "I haven't been able to successfully summon lightning inside. I can only harm her or her pack if I'm outside. But I will do everything possible to fulfill your wishes." He told her as they neared the pack house. He knew that he wasn't going to get rest that night and saw to it that Lilith had everything she desired or needed before he was slipping away to go find the best fighters of their pack. He needed eight, so the hardest part would be to narrow it down.

When Grimm had the eight she wanted him to take, they set in the night and surrounded the territory as the wintery night turned into a dark dawn. They watched together as a wolf patrolled, going past them twice and leaving a nice path for them. The paths only got better the closer they got to what appeared to be a large pack house. He was surprised but hid it well as he planned for attack that evening. As darkness struck, he sent his attackers to surround the building and he howled a sinister warning, calling for their Alpha.

Timber had kind of missed Arthur and was eager to see him again. Timber bounced around the packhouse in search of Arthur, his little paws tapping against the floor as he went. He was adorable. He could never hear it enough. His dark tan and light white-tan pup went around a corner and spotted him-- he looked very tired. But Timber couldn't help him but charge at him with all his tiny might inside of him.

"Hi! Hi! Good morning!" he said with his tail wagging-- but not stiffly anymore. Timber smiled at him and spoke, "you look sleepy. I missed you, though! And so did Kaitlyn!"

Not much later, Kaitlyn came walking around the same corner and leans against the wall nearby them with a soft smirk plastered on her smooth, soft face. "Good morning, Alpha," she said calmly with a nod.

"Didn't you miss him, Kaitlyn?" Timber said, glancing over at her; his tail still a-wag.

Kaitlyn chuckled slightly and a pink tint slightly formed on her cheeks, "sure."

"See!" Timber said to Arthur happily. The pup was much happier than before. He honestly felt like he had a real family this time.

Arthur had a deep rich laugh as he held onto Timber while he babbled away, give the pup gentle and loving strokes along his back right between his wings as he slowly sat up with the boy. "Good morning." He said, blinking a few times as his eyes adjusted to the light spilling into his room through the now open door. He failed to see the blush that covered Kaitlyn's cheeks as his attention was on Timber. "I didn't mean to make you miss me bud, I just really needed the sleep." He told him, failing to hold back a large yawn afterwards. Stretching out his back, he gave Timber an affectionate pat on the head before he got out of bed.

"Come on, how about you and I see what we can go find to make for breakfast, hmm? Maybe we can give your mom a bit of a break." He said, starting towards the door and towards Kaitlyn. He paused before her, looking her in the eye with his sleep mussed hair and that hint of drool dried upon his cheek "If that's alright with you of course. I could show him what he can do, as a wolf." He said to her, seemingly hesitant now that he was seeking permission, even though he had been asked and meant to raise Timber at her side. He wanted her approval. It was a learnt behaviour as a wolf, when he had first joined the pack it was something quickly taught to him and learnt. Don't do anything with a pup, unless given permission by that pups mother. Or the Alpha. He was alpha and even still, he focused solely on the mothers permission.

"It's okay. Kaitlyn said you needed sleep anyway," Timber says with a smile. Timber's wing shuffled to fold along his sides nicely. Timber wags his tail and looks over at Kaitlyn with pleading eyes, "can we please go and find something breakfast?" Timber looks at her while Arthur does also.

Kaitlyn was a bit surprised that the Alpha was asking for her permission, she felt a bit flattered, but she simply shook it off. Kaitlyn chuckles softly and then spoke, "sure. But please be careful and have fun, will you two?"

"Yes! Okay," Timber howled slightly and his tail wagged a bit more. "Thanks, mom!"

Kaitlyn put one hand over her heart and smiled. She loved that Timber called her that. Kaitlyn smiles at them and began to walk off. She felt slightly tired anyway since she'd been trying to keep Timber occupied.

Arthur / Luther
Soulmoon Alpha Male
Soulmoon Pack house
Arthur couldn't help the large grin that spread across his face when they received permission from Kaitlyn "Great! Thank you!" He said, placing his large warm hand on her forearm to give it a very gentle squeeze before he was slipping past her in the door frame and rushing off as Luther. The large wolf turned back to make sure Timber was following him before hurrying as fast as a pup could go down to the kitchen area, where everything was accessible, not just for their human sides but for their wolf sides. There, he was more than happy to show young Timber how to access everything and make a meal as a wolf. Luther's tail never stopped wagging, finally having a pup in the pack was important to the entire packs health. Including the Alpha's, even if the pup or pups weren't his.

Luther missed the ones who were gone, but adored that he gets to raise the one at his side. He kept stopping to affectionately nuzzle Timber as the pup was learning, unconsciously leaving his scent on him to claim him as his own. A scent that mingled with that of his surrogate mother. Speaking of, the meal was practically done and he gave Timber a gentle nudge "Go get your mother, bring her to come eat. I'll finish up." He promised, watching the pup run off before he turned to keep an eye on the meal as he started to tidy and clean up any of the mess that they had made. He was just finishing as they arrived and at the sight of Kaitlyn he unconsciously shifted back to Arthur. The abrupt change caused the tall mans frame to topple off balance and he cascaded to the floor, ending up on his arse. His face blushed behind his thick but short brown beard as he gazed up at the blood and then burst into laughter at the ridiculousness of what had just occurred. A full rich belly laugh came out of him, because it felt good to finally let loose.

Sarah
Ghostmoon Healer
Sarah rushed towards Lily and set a hand on her shoulder "I know the intruders are urgent but the tea is more important. You need to finish it first, please." She said with gentle urging in the hopes of getting her to finish it all first before she was hurrying to her herbal and medical stores in the hope that she had enough supplies in her slowly building stores in the event things ended up a bit, well, bloody. She hadn't gotten to get as many herbs as she wanted before the late arrival of winter. It had hit them hard and sudden, she had lost a few of the ones she had drying outside, what was inside had to be enough. She would make it work, she would have to find a way.

Kicking out of her shoes to tred barefoot, Sarah started into deeper into the medical room, hands busy trying her dark brown hair high up on her head into a messy bun. She wanted her normally loose locks up out of the way this time, only to save her the time from washing it if it got messy. Preparing a few things, she hurried back to the door and poked her head out to grab the nearest fellow wolf to use as an assistant. She gave them instruction as she flitted between the room and their Alpha.

Lucas
Ghostmoon Omega
Lucas had no answer for her unfortunately but he hadn't had too because he ended up busy as Omega until Lily woke and then everything else seemed to occur far too quickly for any of them to comprehend. He felt a spike of guilt in his own gut at the howl. He hadn't sent out guards yet, a few of them had only just been appointed. He didn't even know where Zach was, if he was in the pack house or out in the snow. He hadn't kept track of the wolf. It upset him, he was failing in the moment as Omega.

But he had other to rely on this time, not just his siblings. He glanced to Garen and rushed to follow the older wolf outside to stand his ground with him as he heard his sister fall to her duty, while his brother rushed to do what he had been doing before their pack became much larger. He snagged his scruff with a hand instead and dragged him outside as he shifted. He looked a larger version of his sister, the pair were twins as wolves.

Gazing out across the snow, he glared and growled as he barred his fangs. The older wolf beat him to demanding why the other pack was there, the unknown scent gave him clue enough. The blood that clung to the fur of some, told him even more. "Bloodmoon." He snarled softly under his breath, standing ready to defend with the pack that was inside at the ready to burst out and fight if needed.

Maxwell
Ghostmoon Guard
Max had felt hope spike inside of him when he saw that Lily noticed him trying to get closer, but he didn't know why. But then the howl had sounded and he knew his patrol earlier had failed and he was partially at fault for this. They could be under attack because of his distracted lack of attention during patrol. He sprang to his feet as the rest of the pack arrived, and Lily gave them orders. He knew he was supposed to listen to her, he was supposed to follow his brother and Garen outside. But he rushed to try and check on Lily to find out what state she was in so that he could know if she ended up harmed in all of this. But he never got to get close to her, he was snagged by his scruff and forced to listen to the command he had been given. Even if it upset him.

Max bit back a whine, and took up a very protective and defensive stance before the door. He kept as low as his large body allowed and showed his own fangs as a warning. But unlike the others, his eyes were scanning the snow, he was figuring out how many there were that he could see. How many were here based off the tracks that branched off in the snow? They were smart enough to walk single file in the snow, he had to guess, base it off of space, off of the ones be could see. But then he got distracted by the sight of a shape in the distance, by the muttered word of his brother. "Zach is at their back." He added just as softly. Tearing his eyes from him to keep his position hidden.

Nick / Grimm
Bloodmoon Alpha male
Grimm had left his mate with a promise to harm Ghostmoon, and he intended to keep that promise. He had most of their best with him, life in their pack was all about being the best you could be, so he knew that they would not be left defenseless with those that had remained. His worry, was the increased vulnerability of his mate now that she was with pup. He had to do this for her, for their future offspring to have more territory and no threat to its rule. He would wipe out all the packs if that was Lilith's will. He had been meant to sneak into to kill the Alpha, but the plan had, had to change when he saw light inside. They had to all out attack.

Growling soft, he sat tall and showed off the brilliant poof of his fur that so strongly resembled the regal look of a lions mane. Fighting of his new title as Alpha. Practically preening and unintimidated by the wolves, one of which he could swear was the healer, if it hadn't been for the fact they were unmistakably male. Her brother undoubtedly. He'd store and save that information for later.

"Lilith wishes for me to have a word with your Alpha, and only your Alpha!!" He bellowed across the thick blanket of snow that was still steadily growing thicker due to the still falling flakes. His words were a lit of course, but they would hopefully get the job done and she would show herself and he could call up his deadly ability to put an end to her and the last of this damnedable pack. He could do this, for Lilith. She was so close, she had to be. He felt extra eyes on him, she was watching from inside the door. But someone had killed the fire light, he couldn't see inside.

Kaitlyn smiled softly at the alpha and watched them both go. She was happy. Happier than usual, anyway. She felt things were going to get better and hopefully could find some love that wouldn't fade. Kaitlyn then went to rest in the bed that she and Timber slept in.

Timber ran behind Luthur, his gold eyes gleamed with excitement, and his pelt puffed up happily. Timber was more than ecstatic to learn more about the pack and, of course, food. He was hungry and full of energy. Timber would smile at him with each nuzzle. Timber's scent smelled of honey and the strong smell of fresh pine. His scent mingled with Luthur's, well, Timber was so used to the alpha's he recognized it automatically now. As Luthur said to go and fetch his mother, Timber didn't hesitate to rush out. "Okay!" he said quickly and bounded out of the kitchen.

Kaitlyn was lying down with a soft smile plastered on her face, but the relaxation didn't last too long before she felt a heavy bounce on her stomach. "Timber!" she gasped lightly before leaning up.

"Luthur said for me to come and get you!" Timber vomited up his words with excitement. Kaitlyn was happy that Timber was acting like this... since days before he was so upset about Orian. Thankfully... Arthur and Luthur were helping out with this.

Kaitlyn then got up and followed behind Timber's little pup form. Upon seeing Luthur shift into Arthur then tumbling down, she couldn't help but attempted to hold back her laugh. But eventually came spilling out from her and Timber laughed also.

Kaitlyn smiled down at him and outstretched her hand, "are you okay?" She still had some of her laughs in her tone as she asked.

Arthur looked up at Kaitlyn with a toothy grin as he reached up to take her hand and get back up to his feet. "I'm alright, thank you." He told her as his hand lingered in hers for just a moment longer than necessary. It was barely noticeable. He didn't know how long it had been since he and Timber started to make breakfast, but he had let the pup do most of the work and it showed as Arthur cleared his throat and gestured a little too grandly to the table. "Breakfast is ready." He told Kaitlyn, eyes on the way the blonde strands of her hair framed her face. "Timber nearly did it all himself." He said with a proud smile. "I made sure it was a simple dish." He added, because everyone had to start somewhere. He gestured for her to sit first before setting a booster on a chair for Timber so the pup could eat more easily at the table beside Kailtyn. Once they were seated, Arthur sat down with them to enjoy the meal.

It was a nice to sit with their small semblance of what was becoming something of a family. Kaitlyn had fit the role so easily as a mother, but he was still trying to figure out how to fit into the role of a father figure. Was he doing alright, there had only been so many times when he had interacted sigh children or pups. He is still only twenty four and had only dated casually before the incident that had turned him into a wolf. Which was probably not something one should be thinking about when they had a pup and pretty girl sitting with them at the breakfast table.

Returning to what was going on around him, he smiled as he looked at Timber and couldn't help it when he said "You know, I think that this might just be one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. You did a pretty awesome job doing what I taught you." He couldn't help it. Wanting the boy to feel even more proud of the work that he did and that he was capable, that even if he was stuck as a wolf, he could do the same things as everyone else. Arthur gave Timber a smile before turning it to Kaitlyn "What do you think of the job he did?" He asked, pouring some more water for each of them. He felt like they should be doing more, but they were limited to the pack house due to the heavy falling snow. Winter was late and hitting them hard.

Kaitlyn smiled softly at him as she helped him to stand up. Kaitlyn looks down at her hand that he was still holding onto and she let out a somewhat nervous chuckle, rubbing the back of her smooth neck. Kaitlyn then looks to Timber who was quite proud of himself for making the breakfast, his tail wagging constantly. "Yay," Kaitlyn says as Arthur states that breakfast was ready and she made her way over.

Kaitlyn then sits down and helped Timber come to sit as well. Timber smiles at Arthur with his little tail wagging, causing his body to wiggle about in his booster chair. Timber was so happy. Kaitlyn couldn't still be happy also. She hasn't felt this way in so long... she thought about Ice again. When the little ginger pup was born, she had never been happier. Then Ice was taken from her... her heart had broken into a million different pieces. It made her not trust others as easily anymore. That was until she met this Alpha. She gazes up at Arthur as she thought so. She smiles a bit.

"Me too!" Timber agreed with Arthur. Timber had returned the smile before looking at Kaitlyn when Arthur asked her a question.

Kaitlyn snapped back to reality with a wince in her neck and she looks at him, "I think he did wonderfully."

"Thanks, mom!"

Kaitlyn felt a pull at her heartstrings and smiled more feeling Mask's happiness inside of her.

Arthur could practically feel the happiness coming off of Kaitlyn as little Timber fell so easily into calling her his mother, and he hoped that he had a little something to do with that. He knew bits and pieces of her story and enough of it to know that nothing about it could be easy for her. But still, it was likely a good healing start for her and that had to be something. Or at least he hoped. Turning his attention back to the pup, he could see how proud and happy he was with the job well done and made his own mental note to try and teach the young one more so that he would be more than capable of surviving among them and among the pack when it came to the Spring. A time when most of the pack was going to be affected by pressing biological urges.

Pushing those thoughts away, he offered up a happy smile before starting to finish up his meal. But he paused before he was done and cleared his throat "I think that we should find out if there is more that you and I can do, more things that I might just be able to teach you." he said, taking a glance at Kaitlyn for a moment. "That is if it isn't already something your mother wants to teach you." he added, because he didn't want to step on her toes and disrupt any bonding that she wanted to do with the young pup. They both were still finding their places in the pack. "We can make a schedule." he further added, after taking a bite and chewing thoughtfully.

When everyone was done eating, he was the one who got up to collect what they'd eaten off of to clean them. He never even made it to the small sink for cleaning in the kitchen. A pack member lower in the hierarchy took them from him to do it for him. He could only sigh, knowing that as Alpha, he had to let the pack do what they thought was helping, he couldn't take something like that away from anyone. He just shook his head before turning around with a large smile "So, how about we find something we can do?" he asked, before quickly adding "Without having to leave the pack house." He didn't want to have to worry about Timber out in the snow and if he was staying warm. The pack house was large enough, there had to be something they could do within its walls, a game perhaps that was so easily adapted into a type of training.

Timber finished his meal pretty quickly and he bounces a little bit where he was sitting. Kaitlyn lifted a hand and rubbed the top of the pup's head, who reacted with a wag of his tail. "We could do something fun. Yes!" Timber agreed, with a smile. Kaitlyn's blue eyes looked to Arthur with a grateful expression on her face. Kaitlyn then glances at Timber, who had gone silent.

He looked like he was staring off into nothingness. "Are you okay, Timber?" Kaitlyn asks softly.

No response.

Kaitlyn pursed her lips in confusion before gently tapping his head, "Hunny?"

"Oh, yes! Sorry!" Timber said at last.

Kaitlyn recognized that look. Was he talking to his human? His human.

"Hide and seek!" Timber said after another daze into nothing.

Kaitlyn smiles at him, not sure if Arthur was okay with that idea since he couldn't really shift into his human. It made her wonder if he were cursed or... just didn't know how to shift. Kaitlyn looks at Arthur and stands up, placing her hand on his shoulder gently. "If that's okay with you?"

Timber wags his tail still, with wide, curious eyes.

Lily listen to sarah and kept drinking the tea but kept an ear out incase the situation outside got out of hand…

She heard the wolf outside and lucas words, so it was a bloodmoon wolf outside. Standing several feet from the door as drinking more of the tea down the light is turned off. The woman staying inside for now to find out more of the intruder to decide their best course of action to take.

If needed she has the advantage of the winter weather….

Arthur / Luther
Soulmoon Alpha male
A large slow grin spread across Arthur's face because hide and seek was perfect for teaching the young pup how to track and how to focus on one scent when it was being covered or mixed up among so many others. It was perfect for teaching him how to focus on which part of a scent that was being tracked, was fresher. It was the perfect game and he wasn't able to hide his excitement for it. But he could also see that the boy was distracted, maybe it would help if some day soon, they focused on shifting and teaching him how to let the change flow. As a turned wolf, it had been something he had to learn and it had not been an easy task. But for now, it was time for different things to learn and to have a bit of fun.

Shifting to Luther, he rushed over to Timber and nuzzled him before giving a grooming lick over his face. "Come on now son, there will be time for talk later. I want you to focus on everything around you when you search, scent, sound and anything that looks like it might be out of place." he said, unaware that he'd called him son. It was only a few days, it could be too soon for the pup, but it had been a word that both halves of the man had been trying to hold back to say, it just slipped out. But it was up to the young wolf to accept. "Go on now, take in my scent." he added, only having paused for a moment. He stood tall and tilted his head for Timber for the boy to get his nose into the fur around his neck to get to know and memorize his scent. It wasn't just because he was stepping into the role of father figure, it was good the pup to know the scent of his pack Alpha just was well as it was going to help him with the game they were about to play. "When you're ready, I want you to close your eyes and count to ten before you try and track me." he said, his tail wagging as he waited for the young pup to close his eyes and start counting.

The moment that Timber closed his eyes and started to count, Luther had taken off. He ran around the table, purposely letting his nails clack on the floor before he was sprinting off on the pads of his paws into the rest of the house. He rubbed on anything soft, even on the walls before he was heading up the stairs and go in and out of as many rooms as he could before he was finding the smallest space he could squeeze himself into backwards and he settled in to watch him. He stayed that way, watching and waiting as he slowed his breathing and listened. He'd left his scent everywhere he could, and he'd double backed in a few stops to try and confuse the pup. He couldn't wait to see what kind of skill Timber had hidden away inside of him.

Sarah and the wolf she snagged to help her incase of a fight broke out and they needed to heal those that got hurt, were not in the room with all the medical supplies and were instead in the main room with the rest of the pack. She had chosen to stand at Alpha Lily's shoulder, standing in place of where many guards would stand. But she had sworn at the one that had tried to get her to move and flashed a bit of fang that looked eerie in the dark inside of a human mouth. The newly appointed guard backed off quickly, she was no push over, growing up with two brothers like she did. Besides, she had a bit of a job to do, the Alpha right now was her priority and she whispered to Lily
"Tell me if you feel any different after this tea. I have more, but it can wait until this is done." Her eyes though, were focused out the door, trained heavily on her brothers.

Pack was still new to her, there were so many of them now but for the last eight years, they had been the only pack she knew and just losing her mate, she was driven to keep an eye on them and watch them. Something wasn't sitting right, something felt wrong about everything and she was worried about what might happen to her brothers and to the pack.

Glancing quickly at Garen, Lucas knew he had to step into his role and took in a deep breath as he rose up to his height but still held a ready to fight stance.
"As Omega, I stand in to speak for the Alpha and you are not welcome here. None of your pack is. We can avoid a war, we can avoid a fight. You will not win here with your number. Leave while you still can." He said, standing there as he looked back at this Bloodmoon Alpha, trying to intimidate him by sitting so proud. He looked almost mythical, like a beast from another land. It was one that he couldn't remember the name of. It didn't matter anyway, because he wasn't going to let this pack take away the place they had finally found to call home. Parents or not, this was where they belonged now and he was ready to fight hard for it. His ability would help.

Maxwell
Ghostmoon Guard
Every single muscle in Max's body was taut and tense, watching and waiting as he listened to what was going on. There was no way that he was going to let Lily come out here and talk to this opposing Alpha Male from another pack. It didn't matter that he wasn't an Alpha, he wasn't going to let her have to face this alone. His warning growls started low as he listened to his brother tell these other wolves that they had to leave, that they needed to leave this place. Home, they had to leave their home. He edged forwards to stand firm with his brother, making himself stop at his shoulder as he gazed out over them and waited to find out what was going to happen. It felt inevitable that a fight was going to happen that they were going to end up staining the snow red. This was for everything, this was to make sure that they kept this pack made it, that they survived and that they got to their fast approaching heat.

Tension set into Grimm's jaw as the Omega stepped up to speak for the Alpha. He needed to see the Alpha and only the Alpha. He needed to send this Ghostmoon line, he needed to take down her down for his mate. A snarl sprang forth at the demands and the warning growl that echoed from the guard who virtually had no scent to him in his cold. He rose up onto his paws and moved into his own fighting stance, which made every single one of the pack he brought with him do the same.
"You don't get to make demands of me! I am here for your Alpha, and I will see her!" he snarled, before taking a large daring step forwards. "Take the pack house!" he hollered as the air crackled dangerously around him. Thunder rolled as a bright blinding flash cracked across the sky as the deadly light found its mark on the Omega opposing him.

It was like an explosion went off as smoke filled the air with the smell of burned fur and skin. Grimm's steps in the snow faultered when he realized that the Omega was still standing, it was the two that were beside him that were sent flying. The Ghostmoon Guards. Who was this wolf and where had he come from? How had his ability not worked? This might be harder than he expected.

Timber smiled as Arthur agreed to play hide and seek with him, his tail wagging excitedly. Timber lowered his gold gaze as Luther appeared in Arthur's place and he smiled at him. Did he say... son? Timber heard Timothy's voice ring out within his mind. I didn't catch that... I think he might have.

Timber lightly shook his head and took in the alpha's scent, his little nose wiggling as he did so. After a few moments, he nods his head as he knew he had the scent captured within him. "Okay, I'm ready!" Timber said at last and closed his eyes and began to count. Mask had nestled herself down by Timber to watch him as he began to count and then go to seek Luther.

Mask noticed the flickering of Timber's ears and the intense tightening of his eyes, she knew he was focused. "...10!" he said finally, then the little tan-colored pup raced out of the kitchen at full speed. "Ready or not, here I come!" he said loudly. Timber then halted as he picked up his scent many times as he headed about the Packhouse. Timber would see things that looked completely out of place and in every room that the alpha had entered, he would individually search every room carefully. "Luther... where are you?" he would say every little bit.

Timber then unleashed his wings to leap onto tall objects to get a better view from above or he would look into tight spots. But then he wouldn't check smaller places since the alpha was too big to fit into. Timber sniffled at a wall and then picked up Luther's scent again, bounding into the last room. "Lutheeerrrrr," he said, sounding curious about where he could possibly be hiding. Timber paused as he picked up a strong scent of the Alpha and then spotted him with an "Ah-ha! Found you!"

Lucas
Ghostmoon Omega

Nick / Grimm
Bloodmoon Alpha Male

Lily quickly finish her tea and look at sarah:”no change yet it may take time though…”

Hearing the yelling outside then the thunder boom caused her to feel much anger, she uses her ice powers and create two snow piles for the two ghostmoon guards, which was on the packhouse itself incase they flew back behind them…
She glance at sarah saying in a stern tone:”send a guard out to fetch the two injured guards ill handle the outsiders….”

Focusing on her powers as angered fueled her, it start to rain sharp icicles from the clouds at the bloodmoon wolves wanting them gone

Garen focuses on his ability and the ground shakes beneath the wolves “leave now You’ve made her angered and your not welcomed here!”
