Leader of the Tiberium Military
During the course of the 21st century, humanity had searched for a way to achieve immortality. Humanity soon discovered a latency in their own genome that allowed for the manipulation of genetics. This of course led to the advancement of the human race, however that was short lived as global governments regulated the genetic manipulation of their citizens. Most were determined to use this as a way of improving life, others only used it for segregation and subjugation.
This unfortunately and inevitably led to a world war. The war consisted of two major factions, the first was the coalition of Eurasia, which was Russia, most of Europe, Asia, and everything in between. The second was the Federation, which contained north and south america, the UK, and some of the islandic nations.
The Federation sought to improve human lives through genetics, even using this to improve their scientists to advance their technology. The federation was free for all, allowing its citizens to undergo any manipulation they wanted, they still had laws to follow, but were relatively treated equally.
The Eurasian Coalition however sought to make the perfect soldier, caring little for its citizens that just wanted a normal life. Normal citizens were treated as nothing more then just slaves to serve at the whim of the soldiers. This led to the coalition to be less technologically advanced as the federation, but their soldiers had far superior training and augmentations.
For decades the war between the two factions had slowled to a stale mate, to the point where most believed the war had finally ended and begun to resume their normal lives. To the point where some of the technarchy from the Federation and Coalition came together, much to the disdain of their governments to for The New Eden Project.
