Many people are housed and staying in the Kingdom of Soregord. Peace and Harmony flourish in this small and quiet place, but many are skeptical about its past. The King has declared that no one know of the dark secrets of this hidden kingdom, so he burned any books or physical recordings of history, leaving the people clueless and wanting answers.
Everyone else who lives in the kingdom before had already died off, except for one really old wizard, who is kept locked in his home by the king. Many are warned to stay away, as consequences emerge with even the mention of his name. His house is secluded in the far reaches of the land, guards at his door.
A group of young adventures have a suspicion about the king, but they are the only ones who truly believe there is something wrong. All others in the village, including their parents, think that nothing is wrong with such a lovely kingdom...They would soon be proved wrong.
