I have been RPing for a long time now and I can write between 300 and 1000 words or more; depending on muse, plot, and my partner's response. {So please be advanced or at least be able to write no less than 300 words or three paragraphs} I do prefer writing in the third person.

Your character grew up being protected by his soulmate. One but a child and the other a man who'd lived for a good many centuries at least. Yet, he never sought to gain anything more than a smile from your character. Years passed and rumors surfaced about his mate being evil, that he'd taken more lives than could ever be counted. Then when your character turned sixteen; two years away from adulthood, his mate vanishes. Leaving a rolled up note with a single bracelet keeping it from unfolding- 'I will return to you.' Five simple words and no explanation.
Since then a decade has passed and not a single sign of the mate's return during these years. However, as midnight struck a wave of magic washed over your character signifying his mate's return...
