Hello to anyone reading this! My name is Vegas and after an embarrassingly long hiatus, I'm finally ready to jump back into long-term roleplays! That being said, I'm not interested in writing any novella style, I'm really not trying to write a book while also attending classes! I'd really prefer to keep my roleplays in the 3-to-4-paragraph area since I've found it keeps up motivation and is better for long-term writing.
Now, before I explain any of my interests, I'll introduce myself. As I said before, my name is Vegas, he/him. I'm a college student and now that classes are back up, things have slowed down. That's why I'm really hoping to gather a few long-term rps. Although, I do end up getting distracted by other things, unfortunately. I blame my brain, but I will assure you I don't straight-up drop roleplays! Maybe it'll take me a few weeks, maybe a few months, but I'll always come back with a response. Now, if you want something sooner you can totally shoot me a message or a bump and I'll return as soon as I can! I know it sounds a bit unreliable, but I am trying to be honest here.
This thread is primarily searching for canon / oc and all things that come with shipping characters together; however, I'm also open to doing oc / oc! I've had some wonderful pairings with original characters as well so my doors are always open! Actually, I do have a few fandoms where I prefer oc / oc, so don't be shy to shoot me a message with your ocs and ideas!
Anyway, I hope to hear back from someone. All my characters are fully fleshed out and I'd love to write them all once again! I'll list all the fandoms or plots I'm interested in doing with the characters in the respective part.
( Throwing this in here but I am such a sucker for side characters !! I absolutely want the main focus to be on our ocs and their storylines, but I love side characters and side interactions that help them grow and expand the world! I've found it's also really good for helping me get attached to roleplays! )

Really looking for this one! I've had severe brain rot for this one these last couple of weeks. We can work on creating a new storyline together or reinventing something from the old seasons!
- 0102030405plots!! Since this is a master list, I might as well throw some of my own original characters in here too, right? I'd like to explore them or the world they're set in! Though using these characters, especially in a oc / oc setting requires effort on both our parts to grow the world and potentially side characters? An absolute huge sucker for side characters that affect the main plots even if they aren't always on screen.
( High Craving! ) Ivan Vasiliev: This is cheating once since I do have a lot of ideas surrounding Ivan and his plot lines. Ivan is a very heavy character. From substance abuse to depression and PTSD, there are a lot of issues with him. He isn't a character for a light roleplay, if anything I crave the opposite. He is an arms dealer and drug dealer. I would thoroughly love either a detective character or even another criminal he works for/against/with. I also have a storyline in the works for him that include him trying to find a killer while desperately trying to keep his sanity and identity underwraps. Again, really hoping for a detective character that is undercover, or even a sort of associate that he works with? Maybe even a nonfandom superhero? Up to you! Either way, Ivan is solely an 18+ muse because of all the topics surrounding him and his "profession." I'm badly craving a roleplay with him so I will take anything I can get. I swear he is compelling and multilayered.
Now here are some general ocs that always rot my brain and I'm always open to use:
( High Craving! ) Kaoru Masako: A new transfer student has arrived and she's just itching to leave back to the city. With a knack for being at the wrong place, right time, she stumbles into trouble more times than she means to. Although Kaoru comes off as abrasive, she means well and can lend a helping hand without any repayment. Outside of budding into people's business, she's seen at her father's store, often trying on clothes she won't buy, or within her custom car.
-- Used in the following fandoms: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure or the Persona series.
-- For Nonfandom: A normal high school student that branches off in two paths
-- Either played as someone whose reputation has been tarnished by rumors and forced her into delinquency.-- Or played as a general racer who gets herself into trouble with a low-rep gang.
( High Craving! ) Kenta Kojima: After a five-year jail sentence, he's back in action once again. However, this time with no crew, he's forced to play the rules that keep the criminal underworld running. Following orders and only roughing up those underneath you manage to keep a steady flow of jobs coming. But, as the days pass, Kenta is starting to get tired of watching money get ripped away from his hands and sent directly to his boss. The hierarchy needs to change and he sees an opportunity on the horizon.

-- For Nonfandom: He can either stay a regular yakuza member, orr I have a separate AU for him were he is a "criminal" lawyer and has to run a firm while keeping his clients out of jail, and from taking him out.

- All fandom roleplays must be doubled up! The only exception is fandoms I have listed I want oc / oc for, of course.
- I prefer to roleplay onsite! Normally I only do it in PMs, however, I'm branching out to threads! Wouldn't even mind doing visuals if I get really attached to roleplays. Also, I would highly prefer to keep OOC on Discord! I don't know why, but I've found my rps last longer if communication is faster and that's practically instant messaging!
- Most of these roleplays will fall under romance! Obviously we'll mess with the chemistry and we also need to be invested in the relationship, but that's what I'm mostly looking for! That being said, I'm not opposed to other types of dynamics, doesn't necessarily have to be a healthy relationship. I enjoy writing tons of different things and I don't shy away from dark subjects.- ON THAT NOTE: I will not roleplay anything involving any active attempts at suicide, kidnapping, or any pedophilia. I'm fine with violence and death, but that's another topic. Please tell me if you have any triggers and I will absolutely stay away from them, want to make sure you're comfortable!

What I'm looking for in a partner! :
- Please be at least 18+!
- Please be able to write at least three to four paragraphs!
- Please be okay with any type of pairing! M/M, F/M, F/F, A/A. Basically, be LGBTQ+ friendly as I do have a lot of ocs that fall under that umbrella!
- Please have creative ocs! I love opening up a form and seeing something creative done and not just a dump of information and nothing more, let me really enjoy your character and see the potential where they can grow! I love dynamic/human characters that learn and grow throughout the roleplay.
- I know it's a tough demand, but maybe be willing to start? I don't have the energy a lot of the time, or if you don't want to, provide me with good details to lay out the foundation!
- If it's been more than a week and I haven't said anything, please send me a message! Again, I've got a bad memory, sometimes I need something to reel me in.
- Please please be open to headcanoning and oorp chat! That's how I really seal the deal and how we continue longterm roleplays!
