Roleplay Type(s)
For centuries, the kingdoms of Quenia and Erosan have been at war. Starting as a feud between deities, these two nations have harbored grudges towards each other for as long as history has been recorded. The most recent monarchs of these lands have decided to set aside their centuries old prejudices to bring in a new era of peace. Around the same time, each kingdom had a child. Erosan a daughter, and Quenia a son. In order to end the long standing feud, and the war, the two children were betrothed. A truce was struck ever since the betrothal, and now the tentative peace is in the hands of the two children. Both heirs grew up understanding this fact, understanding that the only thing keeping their two nations from ripping each other to shreds was their betrothal. And yet they still could not deny their real feelings. You see, the Prince and Princess are gay, and have taken up secret lovers. Despite the fact that they are only months away until their marriage, and unification of two kingdoms, they have fallen in love with other people. What will happen between the Prince and the Princess? And what about their lovers? Will the kingdoms be unified or will they fall into war once again?

Information on the two kingdoms:

Quenia - Map.jpg
The Kingdom of Quenia is composed of the swampland along with an archipelago to the east of the mainland, known as The Quenian Islands. There are 14 islands in total, the four largest and most populated being Hemya, Iroham, Lamond, New Hemya, and Stansy. Most of the mainland in Quenia is inhabitable marsh, so the majority of the population lives on the islands. The most common deity worshiped in Quenia is the Sea Goddess Malia, however in the few settlements on the mainland, they tend to worship the Goddess of Rivers Misrey. (Who just so happens to me Malia's daughter) Quenia's main export is fish, and the islands are known for their lush flora; the most infamous being the Bougainvillea, which also happens to be the royal family's crest; the house colors are Salmon, White, and Gold.

1) Hemya - the Largest Quenian Island that holds most of the population
2) Ostrin - The capital city of Quenia
3) Quenia's Tower - This temple is dedicated to the Sea Goddess Malia. This temple is surrounded by 3 cities; Vrine to the N, Asbury to the S, and Eystin to the SW
4) Three settlements off the northern coast of Hemya
5) New Hemya - Formerly apart of Hemya, it broke off about 100 years ago after a powerful earthquake. New Hemya has two citites, Estavane to the N and Inesall to the S.
6) Iroham - Second largest Island holds one large city known as Voloson and three smaller settlements
7) Stansy - the third largest island, has one settlement at the SW tip and a city in the center named Uncaster
8) Lamond - The fourth largest island has two small settlements and one city named Juvaline.
9) An island not large enough to be named. but has one small city call Newhaven
10) One of the only settlements on the mainland of Quenia. It's one city named Qrouver that's surrounded by four small towns. All of these towns and the city farm and fish in the nearing river and Great Lake.
11) The city of Kaaledo sits at the very SW tip of Quenia. The land here is just far enough away from the marshes to be able to farm.

Erosan - Map.jpg
The Kingdom of Erosan has far more fertile land than that in Quenia. With rolling hills and copious forests, agriculture thrives in this region and one of their main exports is lumber. Unlike most known kingdoms, Erosan has a matriarchy instead of a patriarchy. The two most commonly worshiped deities in Erosan are the Land God Aruin and his wife Misrey, the Goddess of Rivers. The house crest is that of an ocelot, and their house colors are Emerald, Orange, and Bronze.

1) Shinsey - The capital city of Erosan is surrounded by six small settlements.
2) The Sutheim Woods - The largest forest in Erosan. Most of the kingdom's lumber comes from this forest
3) The Norwich Forest - This forest is smaller than it's sister to the north, but two cities sit on the outskirts of the forest, Ensvale to the north and Andset to the south
4) One of the farming cities known as Yalo
5) The other farming city known as Kore
6) The Glenlam River
7) The Lucent River - Connects the Glenlam River to the Great Lake
8) The Temple of Land and River - Deep in the Sutheim Woods sits a temple dedicated to Aruin and Misrey. Every Queen of Erosan has been crowned at the temple.
