Dracowolf

A Slightly Disgruntled Raptor
This thread is for the characters and region specific pokemon creation.
OOC is being handled via Discord, please contact Dracowolf to join the Discord.

You may use your own form to create a character, but please follow what I have.
You may mention other regions with the character.
Due to the story you can have fully evolved pokemon already BUT they will be reduced to the strength of a level 5.

You can start with up to 3 pokemon. If your character had more due to their story all other pokemon they had are missing. The more pokemon you have the harder it will be to level them.

Pokemon will not be restricted to 4 moves as the RP goes on, after all it is silly that ember is forgotten by a fire breathing dragon, it just has to make sense.

Skill Points for leveling will be kept in this post, please update your character when your pokemon level up.

Pokemon start a level 5.

Name: Clover Larch
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Looks: character.png

Personality: Despite being taught social cues from her preteen years, Clover still struggles around groups of people and often doesn’t follow correct social cues. She is somewhat hot headed and aloof, years of only being around Pokémon, she’s picked up some of their mannerisms that stick with her even now. Seen as strange or cold due to her lack of emotions, she thrives in cold climates and is quite eager to learn about the outside world but fears failing at the same time. More than anything she maintains an innocence about her that is desperate for love and companionship, yet hates authority and being trapped.

History: (Include what they were or what they were doing before the crisis)
Clover was born in a cold region known as Zashil, a place that has a varied geography and lots of ice-type pokemon as would be expected from such a cold region. She doesn't remember much of her parents, only their faces and even these are rather shadowy as time has passed. She remembers they were lost one cold night, a night where the young child nearly lost her life as well but was saved by Wayiggr, a legendary member of the Mythic Quad of Zashil. Only three at the time of her parents’ demise, raised by Wayiggr, she grew up in the Wilds until a woman stumbled on the, now preteen, this woman being the former Hoenn Champion. Taken back to Hoenn, she found herself in the care of the ex-Hoenn Champion, who worked with the girl to understand human life and acting as her guardian. When she turned fifteen, she ran away after getting her Pokémon license, stealing Torchic from Professor Birch and soon caught herself a Poocheyena, trading Nincada for Eevee. Clover went through a few gyms, training and evolving her Pokémon until her guardian caught her and then moved with her to Ranos to study the regional variants in the region.

Other:

Pokemon 1: Combusken - Male - Fire - 5 - Peck, Scratch, Ember, Double Kick
Pokemon 2: Mightyena - Female - Dark - 5 - Tackle, Bite, Snarl
Pokémon 3: Jolteon - Male - Normal - 5 - Tackle, Pin Missile, Thunder Shock

Name: Jason Larch
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Jason Larch.jpg

Personality: Jason is calm, and comfortable around people and pokemon. He is cool, and independent, having spent 4 years traveling with his partners, both pokemon and human. He grew able to enter into different environments with ease, and found he had a talent for making friends through battle. His bond with his pokemon is like no other, something that sticks out to other pokemon and people. Jason is an optimist, who sees the best in people, loves to travel, battle, and sleep. His dream is to one day return home and become the champion of Sinnoh.

History: Jason was born in Sinnoh. He didn't have a lot of friends, and his parents were separated. His mother who he lived with worked a lot in a dinner, so he didn't get to see her often. So, the local professor gave him a Treeko . The Two grew up together, bonding like family, becoming brothers. They eventually left home at 13, to spend the next 4 years traveling, and taking on the gym challenge. Jason defeated all 8 gyms, and heading towards the Elite 4, when he received the news that his mother had passed of illness. Him and his team returned home, to say good bye to his mother. Having only his father left, they were shipped out to meet him, and live with him in this new region. His father was a CEO of a poketech company in Rutherglen City, who had little time to spend with Jason. He didn't seem to mind that much, as after about 2 days, Jason had already left, looking through the realm of new pokemon.

Other:

Grovyle: level 5: male: Grass: Leaf Blade, Absorb, dig, Rockslide
Buizel: Level 5: female: Water: Water Gun, pursiut, quick attack, growl
Cranados: Level 5: Male: rock: Headbutt, rocksmash, leer, take down

Name: Leonidas "Leon" Venson
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Looks: Stands at approximately 6'3", and nearly always stands tall as a soldier should. Leon is obviously extremely fit, spening a lot of his time training both his own body and his pokemon. He has light brown hari that is kept relatively short and clean, though the hair closer to his face is longer than the rest, a slight rebellion against the rest. He wears an aviator jacket most of the time and a plain dark colored t-shirt, usually black though he has a few deep red ones he's been seen in. His pants are similar to a military cargo pants, with the amount of pockets he has but they're a solid dark blue colour rather than the usual camo print.

Personality: A soldier to the core, Leon can be sarcastic and stand offish at first. It's clear that he's a good guy as he'll protect others but he doesn't tend to let that show until there's danger around. He seems to not want to get too close to others. He has a tactical mind which makes him extremely dangerous to go up against. Leon tends to see others as where they would rank in a group, leaders, soldier, and civilians. When around those he sees as above him in rank, he’s serious, rarely says a word if not asked. When he’s waiting or around those who are simply his equal, not above him, he relaxes, leans against walls and sometimes has a sarcastic but overall friendly tone, he tends to get along with people for short bursts of time. Around those he’s above, he takes command, he remains sarcastic at times but he certainly has a reputation for not accepting failure from others. At times it does seem like he’s acting more threatening than he means to be, as if he’s forcing it, putting on a brave face in a time of crisis.

History:
Leonidas, though he prefers just Leon, was going through training to join Rutherglen's Police force. Needless to say he was shocked when his trainers and friends threw him into a cell. He had already been given a Growltihe who he called Ajax, which it seemed most officers were to receive unless they were joining one of the specialty forces. Of course Leon had come with his own Pokemon as well which he received when he was a kid growing up in Bardford, that pokemon was Ares, his Rockruff at the time which evolved into the dusk form of Lycanroc. Leon grew up with his father who was all about training and being prepared for anything, needless to say Leon's father was a gym leader a long time ago. As such Ares was extremely well trained and powerful by the time Leon left for Rutherford. Having his hard work disappear bothers him deeply, and Leon certainly wants to fix it.

Other:

Pokemon 1: Growlithe "Ajax" - Male - Fire - Level 5 - Bite, Ember, Odor Sleuth, Leer
Pokemon 2: Lycanroc (Dusk Form) "Ares" - Male - Rock - Level 5 - Stone Edge, Rock Throw, Quick Attack, Howl

Personality Traits of Pokemon:

Ajax - Ajax is very excitable and new, he is obviously still just a pup and as a result is very curious about everything.
Ares - Ares is as serious as his trainer is.

Name: Talia Svear
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Looks: Short red hair Talia is as tough as they come. Good looking but certainly strong enough to put others in their place. She always has a defensive stance about her, trying to block the world out by staying at the edge of things with her arms crossed. Standing at 5'4" she has no problem standing up to those taller than her, even if she didn't her pokemon certainly would back her up. She tends to wear a faux black leather coat.

Personality: Talia is well known around Ranos for her fight now, ask questions later attitude. She has a reputation for cutting straight to the point and being standoffish. Still, shop keepers say she's pleasant but that's just because she knows how to put on a quick smile and speak them politely so that they won't try to scam her. Her hard shell can make her difficult to get along with but her guard seems to be let down for certain individuals. There's no doubt she lets it down for the cubone that follows her around, and she certainly has a soft spot for the professor who she regards as the best friend she has ever had.

History: One of the champions of the Ranos Region, Talia was known for the speed in which she took down the challenges Ranos had and beating their version of the Elite Four. After she won, she disappeared, refusing challengers unless they found her and annoyed her too much. She was merciless in battle. Trainers used to warn their boastful friends that if they weren't careful Talia would come and destroy them in a fight. This has never been proven to be true.

In reality, after getting the champion title Talia got the bright idea to try and challenge a legendary, luckily she never made it up to any of them. Instead she lost her footing and ended up falling while scaling a mountain, landing in one of the rivers that ran down the mountain and into the untamed wilds. By pure luck she was found by a professor, a kind man and relatively young just starting out his independent studies, he looked after her until she recovered. Talia became the professor's self appointed body guard.

The professor had seemed worried before the crisis and ordered her off to the Rutherglen. He handed her his cubone who he equipped with a small tube on his back to carry plans and notes. Worried about the professor, Talia left most of her team there to guard him, then the crisis happened and she was arrested with the others. She suspects the professor knew something but it's a long way back to him.

Other: Rick, the Cubone, is not her pokemon but he trusts her and stays with her. He will not return to his Pokeball, and still has the little tube of notes on his back.

Pokemon 1: Cubone "Rick" - Male - Ground - Level 5 - Bone Club, Headbutt, Bonemerang
Pokemon 2: Rapidash (Shiny) "Nightshade" - Male - Fire - Level 5 - Flame Charge, Poison Jab, Stomp, Double Kick
Pokemon 3: Houndoom "Dagger"- Female - Dark/Fire - Level 5 - Thunder Fang, Beat Up, Fire Fang, Crunch

Pokemon Personality Traits:
Rick - Rick is extremely friendly and wants nothing more than to help others. If he hears that someone needs something or believes it's what they need and he can get it, he will certainly go get it. He'll be as proud as he can be when he brings it over, holding it out and waiting for a "Thank you" of course if you ignore him or don't notice and thus take too long to thank him and take the item, he will promptly launch said item at the head of the person who is ignoring him.
Nightshade - Nightshade overall is friendly and often enjoys befriending others.
Dagger - Dagger enjoys a good fight.

571953

Personality: Between his upbringing and his time drifting from town to town Silus is accustomed to being alone for the most part. Because of this he tends to be awkward in his interactions with people particularly with members of the police or similar organizations. Despite all of this Silus can't help but step in when he see's someone in trouble and will not hesitate to protect people and Pokémon in need of help. He ultimately hopes to one day bring his parents and Team Rocket down for good.

History: (Include what they were or what they were doing before the crisis) Born to a couple of team rocket thugs who found themselves moving from place to place as their mysterious "Boss" required, because of this Silus never had a place to really call home nor did he have much interaction with people outside of his parents. He did however find comfort and comradery in the ever changing roster of Pokémon that his parents would acquire from unfortunate trainers. He would sneak out after dark and comfort these frightened Pokémon as they lay trapped in cages. He grew especially attached to one Pokémon in particular, a Sneasel that he took to calling Nami. The Sneasel had been particularly troublesome for Silus' parents but was docile and compliant around their son. Noticing this bond forming his parents kept Nami around seeing this as a potential partner for their son. As he grew older Silus became more aware of what his parents were doing and he began to resent them for harming these Pokémon and eventually decided enough was enough. On that night he broke the Pokémon out of their cages and escaped with them into the night. He spent the next couple years traveling with his partners in tow working to become a real trainer so he might become strong enough to undo some of the harm his parents have done. He found himself traveling across the Ranos region training with his team. That is until the Crisis occurred.

Van-Dam: An upbeat showoff always eager to put his training to use.
Drop: Curious and friendly to the point of naivete.

Name: “Sonata” Citrine Oak
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Looks: CFFBDC21-4F8A-4183-BE35-B770F1763CF7.jpeg

Personality: He lost his original personality in the attack. His personality now remains to be seen for it hasn’t had a chance to form yet, however he carries a lot of aggression.

History: Coming to the Ranos Region, he served as a grunt to Team Soul, a team that arose from the ashes of Team Galatic. Sent there with a host of Pokémon for a deal with Lowestoft that went wrong. When he woke up, he found himself alone with no memory of who he was, where he was or what had happened to him. Injured and left for dead, he tried to get to a town for help but was soon found by police who, instead of helping him, locked him up, taking the single poke ball on him.

Other: Related to the Oak family through his father Gary Oak.

Pokemon 1: Samurott -Female - Water - 5 - Slash, Megahorn

Personality traits of Pokemon:
Samurott-Samurott appears highly protective of her trainer and loves swimming. She appears to enjoy battling and is often seen at Citrine’s side when she is out of her poke ball.

CHARACTER - TRAINER FORM

Name: Adagio Dusk or "Adi" for short
Age: 19
Gender: Female
Looks: Adagio stands in at 4'6 and has long, thick messy, platinum blonde hair which just barely touched the ground when she's standing, she is really lean but not buff, having walked everywhere. She constantly wears aviators over her forrest green eyes and always has a smile on her face. She wears a size too large, purple jacket with faux black fur on the inside and has a lot of pockets inside with the fur. When not in use she folds her cane so that it fits into one of the pockets. She wears a plain, black tank top and a long, purple skirt. She wears simple slip-on shoes

Personality: Adi is a very optimistic woman, rarely if ever letting anything get to her and she has the patience of a saint. She is always a soft woman trying to help as she knows what it's like to have despair due to being blind, despite this she isn't actually a push over, ready to stand up for herself and her friends when necessary. She is quite snarky especially when it comes to people either complaining about being unable to see due to darkness or something like that or when someone accidentally makes a comment about eyes towards her, she doesn't mean anything by it, she is just trying to lift the mood of everyone around her

History: Adi couldn't remember a time when she wasn't blind, she grew up in Hoenn and while couldn't take in the sights of the beach, she had always enjoyed the feel and smell of it. As soon as she could she started traveling not letting her disability be a hindrance. After catching her Sableye, she started training her and challenging gyms, all over the place starting from Hoenn and going all over she never really cared for being the best trainer out there but was more in it for making friends Pokemon or human and the experience of travelling all over the place. Sure a lot of people tried to dissuade her from this path but she just ignored them and continued travelling. As she traveled through the different regions she made plenty of Pokemon friends releasing the ones that didn't want to leave with her, which she was fine with, which means she only left with Camille, although a Joltik and a Ralts became a permanent member of her team

After exploring as much as she could of all the more well known regions, having most of the badges but not caring for becoming champion anywhere she decided to travel to Rutherford for a brand new adventure, on her way there she stopped at Hoenn to meet with her family only to have learned that both her parents had split up and were now in much happier relationships than when she was around, after seeing both she decided she needed to ruminate on her parents splitting up and so she wouldn't leave Rutherford until she could figure out why. After spending a week getting prepared to leave to explore more of the region she was arrested apparently because one of only a few that still has Pokemon.

Other: She's blind. Due to that she has very good hearing, not super human levels but still better than average. She doesn't like keeping Pokemon in balls and will only do so if absolutely necessary

Pokemon 1: Sableye "Camille" - Female - Ghost/Dark - 5 - Leer, Scratch, Foresight

Pokemon 2: Joltik "Ionz" - Male - Bug/Electric - 5 - Absorb, String Shot, Spider web, Thunder Wave

Pokemon 3: Ralts "Lola" (Shiny) - Female - Psychic/Fairy - 5 - Growl, Confusion

Personality traits of Pokemon:
Camille is quite greedy and will do near anything for some gems and the only thing that equals that greed is her trust in Adagio, she is also a bit of a prankster

Ionz is a very shy one often hiding somewhere in either Adi's hair or in one of her pockets and will only come out at Adi's nagging. If Adi is unavailable he will usually hide on Lola.

Lola is very protective of Adagio and her other teammates considering them all family and as of the start of this has gone from a normal state of protectiveness to going over the top considering she has just seen her surrogate mother, brother and sister being arrested

Name: Kohaku
Age: Twenty
Gender: Male
Birthday: June 15th
Town: Lavender ----> Pallet -----> Lowestoft
Titles: Kanto Champion, Alola Champion, Lowestoft Gym Leader, "The Prince of Lowestoft"

Personality: Kohaku used to be a very strange kid. He had a hard time expressing himself, and sometimes still does. He suffered from a state of indifference, with fluctuations in empathy and apathy at a young age. This made it hard for Kohaku to create strong bonds or long lasting relationships. He seemed to have a very dull personality, almost mindless even. Fortunately as he got older he learned how to be more open with others and feels more comfortable expressing his personal interests. To this day Kohaku rarely has much of a opinion on anything, and even if he did he keeps them to himself. It's one of the things about him that has kept with him since childhood. He is a man of few words, but when he does speak he tries to be as kind as possible. Additionally he does seem to care for others in his own way, and this caring and giving nature makes him seem princely. Unfortunately, he seems to be a bit of a push over, and tends to put his feelings aside for the sake of others. However there are lines he won't cross, and isn't afraid to stand up for himself or others if forced into an uncomfortable situation. He can be very ambitious when it comes to his career, and has a strong sense of community. While Kohaku seemingly has moved on from his fear of the dark, he still feels uncomfortable going into caves or woods at night. To this day he is still utterly terrified of Gengars.

History:
Kohaku was born shortly after his parent’s honeymoon, and was very much a “miracle baby” as his mother likes to call him. Unfortunately his birth caused some issues with his parents as they initially wanted very different things. His father wanted to wait until they were older to have children, and at first his mother agreed. Despite this their contraceptives failed, and his mother Himiko still became pregnant. Kohaku’s father, Shiro, wanted his wife to get an abortion, but she didn’t want to loose her baby. They argued over the topic, eventually deciding to seek professional aid for their new marriage. Luckily Shiro got a promotion at work which helped Himiko convince him to keep her baby. Thus Kohaku was born!! Kohaku lived with both his parents for quite some time, but at around the age of five his mother became pregnant again. This was also around the same time that she found out that her husband was cheating on her with one of his co-workers. This made things difficult for their happy home, and for a few months Kohaku only saw his father every other weekend while his mother tried to decide on what to do with her marriage. She decided to go to marriage counseling with her husband, hoping to fix their relationship. Despite this it was obvious to tell that things were not the same. The atmosphere at home was tense, sometimes almost volatile, or heavy. Kohaku remembers hearing his mother cry a lot when his dad wasn’t home. It made Kohaku sad too, but whenever he asked what was wrong Himiko would tell him to go away. After a few more times of asking she started locking the door so Kohaku couldn’t bother her. After his brother was born the fighting between his parents became worse, and his mother became very with drawn. If he cried his father would yell at him over it, and that would make the fighting worse. After a while Kohaku didn’t enjoy coming home from school anymore, and would go play in the woods surrounding Lavender Town instead.

One day he saw a Butterfree and followed it off the forest’s path and deeper into the woods. The pokemon didn’t like that very much though, and used some sleep powder on him. Kohaku didn’t wake up until after it had gotten dark, which wasn’t bad at first but eventually spooked him. The woods were very active at night with the swaying of trees, the rustle of a bush, or a snapping of the twig. Especially to a child who grew up on Lavender Town folk lore! The children often hearing stories of spirits that whisk lost children away. Panicking Kohaku ran through the woods aimlessly until a Gengar decided to play a mean trick on him. It popped from the shadows in front of him and used “Scary Face” a ghost type move used to make people scared stiff. Except Kohaku actually fainted, and did not wake up until after an Officer Jenny found him. Due to the experience the boy suffered mental trauma and would refuse to speak for about a year, and developed a nasty fear of the dark. Even the woods around the town made him uncomfortable. Himiko, his mother, also realized that the fighting at home is what caused Kohaku to “run away” (which they assumed he did), and finally divorced her husband. She also thought it would be best to move to a new town and get a fresh start. After moving to Pallet Town at the age of 9, he met Momoji. The two got along nicely and befriended each other. This eventually helped Kohaku regain his voice, even if it was just a little, and he became more willing to play with the other children in Pallet Town. When it was time to get their starters from professor oak, Momoji chose Squirtle and Kohaku befriended an available Eevee. The two of them continued on their pokemon adventure together, eventually obtaining all the badges from the Kanto region. After successfully defeating the elite four at the age of sixteen, Kohaku decided to celebrate by going on vacation to Alola. He invited his friend, Momoji, to follow with him but his friend has recieved a job offer to replace Misty as a Gym Leader. Understanding, he said his good byes and continued on his adventure with his pokemon partner Tsuki by his side. Once there, he heard of the Island Challenges, and decided he wanted to learn and partake in Alolan culture. He struggled beating the island challenges, but eventually completed them. Now in his late teens, Kohaku wondered where his journey would next take him. Should he continue on his quest of collecting gym badges from other regions, or finally start looking into a career? That's when he saw a job offer for a city in Ranos called Lowestoft. Apparently the previous gym leader quit due to personal reasons, and they needed a replacement. Thrilled Kohaku applied for the job not really realizing what he was getting himself into. After the flight he understood right away why the previous leader would have quit his job. The city was dangerous, and it definitely wasn't something the young adult was used to. On top of that his badge wasn't even required, and so he hardly had any trainers from outside his own city challenge him.

On top of this he was having issues earning the trust of family leaders in Lowestoft. While some were eager to welcome a Kanto Champion as a gym leader, others doubted his capabilities and considered him an outsider that did not have Lowestoft's best interests at heart. Kohaku had to earn their respect. One family head doubted his abilities as a gym leader, and challenged Kohaku to a pokemon battle. Kohaku won due to his team having learned moves outside their typing. The old man who challenged was quite surprised by this tactic, and Kohaku explained that this was something that he had grown accustomed to during his time in Alola. Additionally, several of the other family leaders were awe struck as they hadn't witnessed a z-move in person before. Wanting to show that he was a good sport, the old man invited Kohaku to attend dinner with his family. This allowed him to become friendlier with the other crime lords, and it was also there that he proposed an idea of building an addition to his gym. Kohaku wanted to be a positive influence on the community in Lowestoft, so he decided to use his outside sources from other regions to build a pokemon school for aspiring trainers. His school provided the children of Lowestoft with the best educational resources. Since its installment, Lowestoft started creating a new reputation for itself as a city that nourished some of the strongest trainers in Ranos, especially if one of them was taken on as Kohaku's pupil. Kohaku's ambitions did not stop there though. Additionally, he was able to charter more neutral territory in the city to develop community projects such as recreational parks, rec centers, and more. His positive influence eventually making him one of the most respected individuals in the city, to the point that people started calling him "The Prince of Lowestoft". Unfortunately, during a recent reformation of their local pokemon center tragedy struck. The city had awoken to find that their pokemon had gone missing! Causing a panic, the gangs of Lowestoft immediately pointed their fingers at eachother before it was discovered that their "prince" still had his partners. Outraged and with nobody else to blame, they turned on him and had him arrested for a crime he didn't commit.

Original Pokemon: Golurk
Ranos Typing: Steel Ghost
1y1rs53nfck21.jpg

Look Changes: Instead of being made of rock, Golurk is a suit of armor. It's color scheme is also visibly different. Unlike its original form, the Ranos variant sports a purple shield and concealed sword.

CHARACTER - TRAINER FORM

Name: Minuete Dusk, “Min” for short

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Looks: Looks like very much like her sister although she is very slightly taller than her sister standing at 4’7”, although she dyed her hair a rainbow of colours it is the same length as her sister, she wears glasses because her long-range eyesight is pretty bad. She wears a pink and white tank top and light blue denim short shorts with tufts of white hanging out the bottom. She wears a large lavender purple beret and large black, thigh high boots.

Personality: Minuete is much more reserved than her younger sister, although that isn’t saying much, she is still a general happy and sweet person, she is just more sensible when it comes to trusting people and making new friends. She is just as kind to Pokemon as her sister, although she is very protective of her blind sister. She is every bit of jokester as her sister as well, although she is much more smarter and craftier than her sister.

History: Min grew up trying to look out for her sister, although it became harder and harder as they grew up since her sister became more and more adventurous and that she had a trigger that turned her a bit weird. After Adi left home Min followed in her footsteps although she left Hoenn and started in Sinnoh. Adi and Min met-up constantly to catch up on their separate journeys as well as train with each others Pokemon and generally having a good time with each other. As she travelled she found people who had been bitter at constantly failing their challenges, so she started cooking up a plan of her own. She had heard of many different evil people trying to take over the world and researched their plans and why they failed, mostly due to trying to control all sorts of legendary pokemon and some random kid. So she decided to make her own major team similar to a villain team but rather than trying to hurt or steal other people’s pokemon she had the team be on the go Pokemon centers and pep talkers

It was slow going at first, mainly doing it by herself but as her kindness touched other people, her team started to gain traction. Many people tried to discourage people joining her team convinced she was starting a cult or had an ulterior motive about it all, there just wasn’t enough proof to have her arrested since, it was mainly charity work they did. While yes she did have ulterior motives in that she was building a cult of personality around herself her sweet and optimistic personality just made it to her followers that she was a genuinely nice person. A few weeks before her younger sister arrived she arrived at Ranos and started to recruit people but is now stuck in Black Tree Forest after being chased after for having Pokemon and in fear of being arrested, so she is waiting for at least one other person before she tries to enter another village

Other: Is the young leader of a team (Not yet named)

Name: Lucille
Nickname: Lucy
Age: 21
Birthday:
Gender: Female
Town: Swindon
Title: Lady Lucille, Ice Queen

Personality: Lucille is a prideful woman, who can also be a bit stubborn at times. She's not entirely vocal, but when she is she tends to be harsh. The beauty industry had soured her due to constant failing friendships and online toxicity. She was lied to and betrayed several times, and it hardened her heart a little. Sometimes she'll purposely give people the cold shoulder or be mean to them to scare them off because she's tired of getting hurt. Despite this she's very lonely, but finds solace in the company of wayward pokemon who are just as lonely as she is. She's a cautious young girl, and can seem very calculating but this doesn't mean that she is without emotion. In fact she feels very strongly, but is just scared to be emotionally available. She is more likely to cry in private, because that is what she is used to. Despite her prickly stand offish nature she is not an inconsiderate person, and does go out of her way to ensure others are comfortable. Her actions speak a lot louder than her words, and tends to be generous. Once she warms up to someone she has a very gentle personality and will be more honest about her feelings.

History: Lucille and her twin brother Owen were born to a young couple, but as far as Lucy can remember it has always just been their mom. Their father supposedly walked out on them shortly after being born, leaving her mother to fend for herself with no family to aid her. Despite this her mother worked hard to ensure she could provide them with all the best things, and this eventually paid off with her mother becoming the Swindon Gym Leader. This didn't change her availability though. Instead of growing up with the loving support and care of her own mother, Lucy and Owen were often left in the hands of a nanny. While having someone look after them was nice, a nanny was not going to give Lucy and Owen the same kind of bond one should have with their mother. It very much left a hole in Lucy's heart, that she struggled to fill. Things got worse when they got older, and no longer needed a nanny to look after them. At the age of ten she got her starter, an Aron, to which her mother was thrilled. She always expected Lucy and Owen to be just as successful a trainer as she used to be. These certain expectations angered Lucille, and she refused to venture out on some pokemon adventure. She was disinterested in having anything to do with the Ranos League, including her own mother. Instead the twins focused their attentions else where. Owen got accepted into an apprentinceship as a jeweler in Rocksburn, while Lucille sought out modeling agencies. The two were very successful in their respective fields, but things became increasingly hard on Lucy. She thought that being a model would be fun, but she felt like she had no control over her own life. She had to act, dress, and even eat a certain way. When she had a huge falling out with a fellow teenage celebrity, she quit the beauty industry and tried her hand at being a pokemon coordinator. Her public approval ratings got better, and it turned out that she was incredibly talented at her new hobby. This boosted her popularity in the past two years, but she still had issues making friends who wanted her for her rather than her fame.

Name: Whimsey Kapok
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Looks: Whimsey is half Latino and half African, thus is covered in mocha skin. She stands at 5'6" tall with wavy black hair with natural brown highlights and dark brown round eyes. Whimsey has a slender build and looks almost frail in appearance with an oval-shaped face. She has a few scars on her face from her adventures as a trainer and some burn scars on her body, walking with a limp due to a bad fall as a child. Used to a warm and rainy climate, Whimsey often wears earth-tone t-shirts and colorful dresses, tunics and shorts with khaki or brown capris and shorts.

Personality: TBD later

History: Born within the Ospar region, Whimsey was raised by a single father, Professor Etzli Kapok after her mother died in childbirth. She grew up within Ospar, often going out into the field with her father to study Pokemon or attending professor conferences between her father and the other regions to talk about the latest discoveries regarding Pokemon research. When she became old enough to choose her starter Pokemon, at thirteen which was the legal age to get a Pokemon in the Ospar region, she chose Kusa and ended up competing in the Ospar League as well as the Kanto and Xopheolia Regions before journeying to Alola when hearing of regional pokemon variants with her father. Specializing in Fairy and Dark Types, she opened up a dual-type gym within the region and became its leader after the Flying Gym burned to the ground. She served as gym leader for a few years until she grew bored and became a Pokemon Watcher & Researcher, heading out to investigate new regions and their various Pokemon. Unfortunately, she suffered an accident on the trip to Ranos when her Pokemon were stolen from her by a poacher who was looking for money and she lost her team and a few in rotation, the rest remaining with her father.

When the ship arrived at Redwater Port, all that greeted the passengers was a ghost town in place of where a human settlement should be. For Whimsey and the other trainers who were coming to Ranos to participate in the league or just explore with their Pokemon, they found themselves being attacked by wild Pokemon and otherwise arrested. Whimsey was spared but she found herself being accosted at every turn by Pokemon, making it difficult for her to perform her research and watching with having to constantly look out for danger from Pokemon. Seeing all the trainers arrested caused Whimsey to avoid having her father send her more Pokemon for fear of being thrown in prison. Eventually she would discover an abandoned Pokemon egg which she would take care of.

Other: TBI later

Name: Fiore Razzo
Nickname: Fi, Fio, Fifi
Age: 18
Birthday: May 15th
Gender: Female
Titles: None

Personality: Fiore learned at an early age that life wasn't fair and the world was a harsh place. She doesn't trust others easily, and doesn't go out of her way to make friends with people due to an innate fear of rejection. Additionally, she abhors the idea of even making friends due to the possibility of them finding out her family lineage. She doesn't want to be judged by others because of her uncle or to be pitied either. Fiore has a nasty temperament when it comes to other humans. She thinks most people are selfish and destructive. She's very pessimistic, cynical, and jaded from her experiences. However when she is alone with pokemon there is a side to Fiore that people generally don't see. She is motherly, generous, and affectionate. She is like a completely different person when tending to pokemon.

History: Giovanni's twin brother Daniel Razzo had long ago separated himself from their mafioso family. Daniel wasn't happy with what his family was doing, and moved to Johto as an attempted to get away from his brother. There he became a humble, simple man who opened up a business with a childhood friend. Their business was a great success in Cherrygrove, so Daniel was able to make a decent living. Eventually he fell in love with a woman, Angelica, who worked as journalist. Angelica could tell that Daniel was lonely, but he had such a way with people and was extremely talented. As they grew closer they learned things about each other that they would have told no one else, and while Angelica was sad that she could not meet Daniel's family she understood that it was for the best. Daniel found a new family in the friends he made in Cherrygrove, and when they got married it was still a beautiful and large occasion. It wasn't much longer after that they brought their only daughter Fiore into the world. Fiore doesn't remember much of her family, the memory of them had been botched from her mind around the age of six when they got into a horrible accident. Her mother died on impact, and while her father survived extensive surgery his mind couldn't handle the trauma and he became comatose. All Fiore could remember was waking up at the hospital, not sure who she was or how she got there. Her mind was just an empty space, or at least that's what it felt like. She wandered the hospital halls for days while they worked with social services to find her next of kin. It took them a while, but eventually a man she had no recollection of came to visit her. He called himself Giovanni, and apparently he was her uncle. He seemed kind at first, with a little red headed boy of his own to keep her company. With out much say in the matter Fiore was released into Giovanni's custody. The new family she had been given too tried their best to keep Fiore comfortable, while ultimately hiding from her their shady family business. It didn't take her long to realize that her Uncle was a busy man, and his wife had quite the temper. She wasn't necessarily neglected, but there was definitely a lack of love between them. Even her cousin Silver seemed to be constantly vying for the affections of his father. Despite this they kept each other company, but in the end it just wasn't enough for Silver. The boy snapped. Going so far as to steal a pokemon from professor oaks lab, and leaving her behind. She was still a hopeful young girl though, and tried a hand at making friends with people at pokemon school. She found that kids her age were just as disappointing. The parents considered her a danger to their children, and thus the children avoided her. Some were actually genuinely terrified of her, while teachers belittled and humiliated her. It wasn't long for Fiore to become jaded with the world around her, but eventually found solace in a tiny growlithe. The poor thing appeared to be starving and very physically weak. Taking him with her she nursed the growlithe back to health and released it back into the wild. He did not leave. No matter what Fiore did that Growlithe would sit in her yard with an ever expectant glint in its eyes. He would follow her wherever she went too. On Fiore's tenth birthday she was finally taken to professor oak to choose a starter, but upon seeing the growlithe by her side he realized the she had already been chosen by growlithe. Instead he gave her an unused pokeball, which was confusing at first, but she understood when the growlithe pawed at her leg. Capturing growlithe and making their partnership offical, Fiore set out on her own pokemon adventure. While she was traveling Kanto she witnessed many accounts both by trainers and team rocket abusing their pokemon. It disgusted Fiore to her very core, and only hardened her distaste in human companionship. Fed up with the horrors that Team Rocket inflicts on pokemon, she sought out help to take them down once and for all. In her mind once the Ruzzo family was behind bars then she could finally start advocating for Pokemon Rights the right way. Using her name to get into Team Rocket Headquarters, she managed to copy large data caches from their servers. Finding out that they were planning on expanding to Ranos, Fiore moved there in hopes to squash their efforts. There she met other ex Team Rocket members, and co-founded an activist group along side a girl Minute. Minute's ideals to gain control over Ranos, gave Fiore hope that this would be her chance to implement a Pokemon Protective Services program in Ranos that could arrest trainers that abuse their pokemon.
