ts a story as old as time itself, a demon king appears and begins to suppress the people of the world, bringing about untold horrors with its legend of monsters. The people pray for a savior after finding themselves too weak to protect themselves. The Gods in their mercy call forth the spirit of a lost soul from another world and grant them incredible powers with which to fight against the evil.
They gather together a large group of true companions and march against the forces of evil, eventually after a long quest the hero will use their strength to put an end to the forces of evil and the world will be saved.
That is how this normally goes, until the hero took the Demon King's throne and declared himself the new ruler and sole god of the world he had been incarnated in. The Gods attempted to oppose him only to find that their stockpile of divine weapons and abilities had been stolen and gifted to the heroes companions, who became his generals over the new armies that marched out over the world.
In a panic the deities fell back on their only plan, summon forth a number of recently dead people, throw weapons in their hands, and point them at the bad guy and cross their fingers. Of course the weapons and abilities might be a bit cursed from being rushed productions, and they might not have been able to vet things as much as usual but it will be fine. It will all be fine!

So welcome to the game with a title too long to type out twice, where you will be playing a group of heroes summoned into a world under siege by the very person summoned to save it in the first place. Given cursed weapons that provide power at a cost to the user the newly forced heroes will have to use their wits, and a damn massive amount of luck if they want to survive.
