Plot: Basically, a bunch of bad guys are causing "natural" disasters around the region. Crime's rising, but everything still looks pretty calm on the outside (except for the parts of the region that have been damaged and/or destroyed by the "natural" disasters). The Elite Four Organization have asked their Elite Four members to investigate the cause of these natural disasters, and a certain dog-type Elite Four member is on the case. Joining him are a bunch of children and his trusted trainee. Will these children, with their untrained Pokemon and raging hormones, help Nikola Volt find the source of the problem? And, if they do find the source of the problems, will they be able to stop them? Or will they're adventure and training all have been for nothing?
