Background: Sicarius is the youngest of a family of 7 and the only daughter. She was raised to be a thief and steal anything or everything she could to save her family from starving or punishment. At the age of 7 she was caught stealing from a traveling noble, she feared that she would be put to the switch for this but the noble instead chose kindness and took the poor girl in. After this Sicarius changed her name from that of ‘Romero Elenarus’ to ‘Sicarius knowles’ , She trained everyday in the way of the sword so she could return to the region of her birth and claim it back from the good of all who live within it.

Background: As an innocent girl born into a poor family. Azura was forced into the fishing business at a very young age, so her family can survive with the little money they have. However, the little money they seem to get from the fishing business ended up disappearing. Due to her mother gambling all of that money, so they can be rich. That didn't work, and Azura, her father, and her siblings keep being hungry, because of her addiction. It got so bad that her father wanted to leave Azura's mother, since she couldn't control herself. They ended up fighting each other over that and the money in front of the kids, and they clearly had enough of this mess.
Eventually, Azura and her siblings ended up running away from home during the night. For they wanted to survive on their own, and they were sick and tired of being hungry every single day.
At first, it was hard for them to survive on their own for they didn't know what to do. But they survived by stealing food and some clothes. They found a place to live in a forgotten part of Magemahi as well, and have been living there for some time.
As they got older and became good at stealing. Azura ended up running into a gypsy at the market street. She became amazed at the gypsy's performance, but didn't know what to say to them. This ended up causing Azura to leave and return to the market street just so they can see the gypsy.
Given that Azura kept doing this so much, the gypsy ended up noticing that. The gypsy ended up saying hi to Azura, and the poor girl's face became red because of the awkwardness. They then became quiet after that, so the gypsy patted Azura's head. She smiled at Azura, and thanked her for seeing her performance. Azura said your welcome, and asked her if she can learn how to dance like that.
Surprised that Azura have said that, the gypsy thought about that for a while before saying yes. That made Azura happy, and she told the gypsy about her problem. The gypsy got sad once she heard that, but she offers them a place to live if they go with her. Azura agreed with her on the offer, the gypsy told Azura that her name was Maria, and they have being traveling to the other kingdoms together.

Personality: Determine to survive and to protect her siblings from danger, Azura will do everything in her power to keep them safe. She is cheerful when she is with her siblings and Maria, but will be cautious towards strangers. Azura isn't afraid to kick you in the face if you seem dangerous, but will calm down once she knows that you aren't dangerous. Likes to dance with Maria, and enjoys traveling with her and her siblings. Azura will try to flirt if a guy is watching her dance, and she will secretly steal some money from him out of pure habit. She will then feel bad about that, and return the money to them in some way.

Background: Born to a lumberjack in the middle of the woods, Natalie spent her youth in the forests. Her younger years were filled with fascination for the natural world. Much to the objection of her mother, Natalia's father thought it important for anyone to know how to survive on their own, in the great wilderness. Nights alone in the forest only deepened her wonder of the forest. She learned how to lure rabbits into traps and how to make friends with the birds. Natalia began feeding the same flock of crows every day, behind her parent's backs. The crows naturally came to associate her as a friend and protected her as one of the flock.
On one of these wilderness expeditions, Natalie was caught with her lungs full of smoke. Fearing for the worst, she darted through the forest to get back home, but it was already up in flames. With no money for anything, Natalia followed the dirt road, until she reached a town, where she made herself a trapper and hunter for hire. With little to nothing else to do, the town rumored that the girl always had a crow watching her from somewhere.

Background: Ashley was born in Lustelia into the Maundrell Family as the youngest of four, having one older sister and two older brothers. As the Maundrell Family was reasonably wealthy, Ashley and her siblings were able to live a comfortable life. Despite being from a well-off family and retaining a noble lifestyle, Ashley wanted to make a difference in the world and chose to go down a much more different path compared to her siblings and her parents. Around the age of fourteen, Ashley was found to be gifted with a bow. To help her with the path that she had chosen, her Father hired some of the best Archery Instructors in the region to help Ashley become a better archer and, in turn, a better warrior. Her training would be complete by the age of eighteen.

Sadly, a fairly recent poorly made decision led to Ashley getting pregnant. While she refused to let this hinder her, Ashley agreed to carry the pregnancy to term. Although she should be at home resting, Ashley finds that it would be more plausible to fight for a world where her child could grow up happily and give him or her a future without fear...or at least too much fear.

Background:
As a little boy, Mitsuhide or as others call him, Scarlet, was not well liked by his peers. Often, he would cause conflict to others around him but, it wasn't that he was bad, it was due to how he hated people being mistreated. His family had came from a clan of ninjas that were known for their ruthless massacres. He wasn't as mentslly capable in killing multiple people like his father, nor as efficient in killing enemies like her mother. He preferred to sleep rather than to actually walk. Although this was his preferance, his strength and speed was something that no one should ever laugh about as he may finish you within an instant.

One night as he slept, he felt something enter his body. It was as of a spirit had come and decided to rest within him. He was shaken by the thought of it but, he proceeded to sleep. In the morning, he saw a weird mark on the upper abdomen, nearing a bit to the right side of it. He couldn't describe what it was but he knew that it was certainly the spirit's work.​

Background: Gog was born into a poor family of five, including his parents, as the middle child. He grew up living a rough life beside his siblings, eventually picking up work as a mercenary with his brother once they were both old enough to do so, eventually using their accumulated money to send their younger sister and parents away to a better city. He and his older brother spent their years together picking up whatever work they could that involved getting violent or physical, whether the victim be man or monster.

Topaz Luna Denholm is the youngest of three, and the only girl. Growing up in Athenard was quite literally magical as everyday her older brothers, Jasper and Onyx, would come to show off the new spells their father taught them. Topaz tried to copy her brothers, but always failed to cast a spell. Once she finally turned seven, the age in which one can officially start practicing magic, her father refused.

It didn’t take long for her to understand why, as the town was buzzing with whispers of the ‘Sterile Child’; a child born to a magical family with no magical abilities.

The story goes that the mother of the child was having major complications during the birth. The normal methods of magic weren’t enough, and the father turned to dark magic. Untrained in such, the magic proved too complicated for him to weild. His wife died, but the child was scorched by the magic, tainting her bloodline.

The story didn’t stop Topaz from wishing to follow in the family footsteps. Jasper and Onyx were more than willing to show her what they learned, but when their father caught wind of it; he punished her in all sorts of ways.

When she was Twelve; Her brother Jasper (20) took her away to live with him in another part of the city. There Topaz tried to live a common life, occupying most of her time with a brush, painting the scenery.

Years later she was once again painting Mana Lake; the way it refracted the light in glittering sparkles always drew her closer. But the lake drew all its citizens to it. One moment she was spreading it’s brilliant color across the canvas, and the next she was being pulled from the lake itself.

Topaz was kept under observation and was interrogated as to her actions for months. With the scientist concluding that nothing had change to her or the lake, and now free of suspicions of trying to poison the lake, she was returned to Jasper’s care.

During her time in the lab, she had told them all she had no idea how she fell into the lake. But she confided in Jasper that she felt that she had had a conversation before being pulled from the lake. Though the conversation itself was that of a hazy idea of a possible dream. Jasper believed her, and agreed she did the right thing telling none.

As Topaz continued her life, she’d have hazy dreams of someone teaching her magic. Knowing it was only wishful hopes of the child in her heart, she ignored the dreams. Until one day she remembered enough of her dream to recall the lesson.

Standing in the living room; her memories echoed the speech of another. She focused on feeling around herself for something familiar yet foreign. Once she grasped it, a peculiar bizzare language escaped her lips, and a light sparked between her finger tips.

Topaz was no longer a ‘Sterile Child’, she was now Topaz Luna Denholm a Mage of Light.

Topaz's oldest brother by eight years. Jasper practically raised her since their father slowly began to reject her as she aged. At first he blamed her for their mother's death, but the changes in their father towards her changed his attitude, along with growing up. He fully supports Topaz in all that she does. Though he may soon have a family of his own, he still wishes to take care of her.

Onyx Denholm

Topaz's older brother by three years. Onyx was too young to understand the death of their mother and therefore never had animosity towards Topaz. Their relationship has always been one of squabbles and enjoyment.

Father

Topaz's Father. Their relationship, at best, is rocky. Though father and daughter there is little love shared between the two. To her understanding, her father blames her for his beloved wife's death. Her resemblance to her mother brings pain to him, so they didn't see each other often. Still, he wished her luck on her journey so maybe things aren't as bad as they seem.
