anyway, if you like Roddy and Ace could've worked together on a job(s) before this one since they have somewhat similar background

Honestly that should work. I didn't nail a hard date on it, but the botched hijacking could've happened when Roddy was a bit younger, and Natasha was at the latter part of her merc days.

Sweeeet. I am so here for them having a Taunting Ne'er-Do-Well vs. Long-Suffering Stoic Lawman kinda dynamic. I think it would be hilarious if Roddy was always greeting her with, like, ridiculous enthusiasm and acting like they're the closest of friends. Also because of their 'longstanding relationship', he ended up learning her full name and is pretty much the only person who ever calls her Natasha (or Nat), and it makes her hella uncomfortable especially because Roddy's so unpredictable and she'll be constantly worried about him telling the rest of the crew who she really is.

(I think they'll have a mutual deterrent sort of agreement on that front, in that if he tells everyone what she really used to do for a living, she'll tell everyone that they're crewing with someone who once left his old crew to die just to save his own skin, and now I really want to write that scene xD ).

Oof! Well, with the way I built 005, I doubt there’s going to be much room for drama around him. He's more chaos than conflict honestly. And with 005’s goldfish memory banks, remembering anyone's face is a long shot. Unless… a little blunt trauma might rattle loose a few fragments? Maybe he used to work undercover in the mines and had a certain someone catch him stealing the Kyrellium ores? Natasha might even remember 005's name? Tell me what you think!

Being an adult sucks lmao but I generally enjoy this job except for the fact that someone snitched on me for being on my phone the other day so my boss was like “if you have time to do that you have time for more work” and I’m like ugh I would understand the snitch if I wasn’t being productive, but I literally cleared all the cases I was working on before taking a small break. And also, we’re all adults, why are you snitching? We are in a competitive position because the company isn’t going to keep all of us at the end of the summer, so maybe they were trying to secure their spot by getting me to be one of the ones let go. Jokes on them though, I start a masters program in the fall so I would’ve been quitting anyway. Okay small rant over. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
