other department seems incapable of pulling their weight in a project, and has sent NO LESS THAN 5 different people into engineering to ask us to complete this task when we've already done our part

xD Okay, fair- they clearly do not have their shit together. Maybe ask someone else to deal with them so you're not reduced to biting anyone? ._.

yeah except they're being sent by their boss directly to me, 'go ask noil they'll know what to do' like yeah no shit I know what to do I've been telling you what to do for over a year now. the reason it isn't done is not because engineering isn't pitching it, it's because ops is too incompetent to execute on the material we've clearly laid out
but one of the people they sent was an HR rep who was like 'hi I have been asked to get with you to create a plan' to which I'm like, cool great I have this plan already, are you going to make them actually do it though. also you are HR so here's all my grief-airing

Haha cool- I feel like they would have a kinda symbiotic relationship, in that Thrym could protect the pacifist Fenras in combat situations, and Fenras could maintain/repair/upgrade her in return ;P

Absolutely. Fenras will be happy to take care of Thrym in between missions, and she'll definitely need someone to keep her safe when things go bad.
