President Jacob Birch sat at his desk, looking out over the city through his window. He was reviewing some papers when Vice President Tanner Smith rushed into the room. "Jacob! We finally have that proof of nations in Europe!" He set down a phone which played a recorded message in German. "It's something about municipal law, nothing major. What is major is that it confirms our suspicious about Europe!" The president stood up and began to speak. "The implications... We need to contact them now. Send 3 plane squadrons eastward and enough fuel to get them across the Atlantic. They might be able to refuel in the ruins of Atlanta or New York. Send 2 squadrons across the Pacific as well, to be sure. This is a day to be remembered in the Republic."

Deseret troops and missionaries had moved into this area and had been converting locals and establishing settlements. The area was now officially included on Deseret maps, and the Colorado Territory was established. The great fertile lands in the east would be a great boon to Deseret.

"Mein führer, I suggest we expand East, into Poland, give no chance for the these so called 'Danes' to expand outside their precious Scandinavia." Admiral Hermann Georing II suggested. "Nein. Mein führer, the Danes aren't our only problem. The Carolingians to the West are still a problem, remember the war?  I suggest we expand into Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein instead, limit their expansion capabilities." General Ernst Rohm II said. Rohm and Georing then started yelling at each other on whose plan to go with. "Enough of this!" Adenoid yelled. "We don't know much about these Danes, but as we've seen, the Carolingians are the real threat. General Rohm, have your troops march into Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. Admiral Georing, prepare the fleet, we're invading Poland in 3 months." The two then bowed, saluted and said "Ein volk, ein Reich, ein Fuhrer" before leaving.

Shortly after, the air raid sirens started ringing and a staff member entered the Fuhrer's office. "Mein Fuhrer, unidentified aircraft have been spotted over the city. What should we do." "Contact them, but don't shoot them down, we don't want another war so soon." The staff member bowed before leaving the room to contact the unidentified aircraft. The message transmitted to the aircraft read "Unidentified aircraft, you are in Reich airspace, state your business and allegiance."

He was advised to consider war with their southern neighbor, but declined as it would be a lengthy and long drawn out war. Mean while in Scandinavia the Danish expansion was going well, their Finnish holdings were finally connected and Helsinki was finally reached. Population began to slightly increase, little by little, and so did the military and infrastructure. One of his guards walked in, informing him that unknown planes had entered their airspace. "Do not shoot them down, let them land. I will have Josef go there if this is a diplomatic mission from an unknown country." August told his guard. "Do you think it is the Carolingians your majesty?" His guard asked. "No, otherwise we would have recognized the plane and the inbound direction would be different. No go rely my orders."  "Yes your majesty!" After that the guard left his room, about to send his orders.[/SIZE]

Jiyu Empire

The Minister of Health has announced that the signs of Hades Flu has been disappearing since a couple decades ago and now, finally, it has disappeared. There are still no insurance if the disease would ever comeback and if they would, the government promised to take immediate action. The only surviving cities in Japan are Tokyo and Yokohama. Due to the outbreak of the Hades Flu, The Government has built a wall surrounding both cities to prevent infected organism to enter the city. All birds are also known to be shot. Each City has two walls, the outer and inner. The Inner wall was there to ensure that if the outer wall failed to keep some organism out, they would take care of them. 


Multiple soldiers were deployed to every other cities in japan. They were sent in order to assess the damage and secure each city. The Prime Minister promised to rebuild each city so that people may inhabit them again. They also promised to try to establish contact with any surviving countries and establish trade and if possible, alliance with them. Many has changed since the day of the outbreak. War, famine and many disasters struck all countries in the world. Satellites were also destroyed which prevented the government to contact any country.


The Minister of Foreign Affairs proposed to the Prime Minister that they send planes to designated countries to confirm if their government ever survived and if it did, they would try to establish trade with them. Many things has happened, war could still be waged since the surviving countries would try to fight for resources,land,etc.  The International Laws were gone, the United Nation was gone, ASEAN was gone, NATO was gone. Nobody could stop a country from doing whatever they want. Scout planes were sent to the ff:

The plane for US was about to depart when it was put on a hold. A squadron of scout planes were seen approaching. The SAM missiles were already locked down on them when somebody from the radio spoke.


"This is the Emperor of the Jiyu Empire, Emperor Takahata Jiyu Eisaku. Do not shoot down the planes, relay a message to them to land and then bring them to my palace." The Officers were shocked, but went on to deliver his orders.


"You have entered the Jiyu Airspace"  An officer said. "Unknown Aircraft, please land in the designated runway."

The Government also decided to expand to south east asia. They have sent a fleet at taiwan,singapore and  west malaysia. They were to confirm if the government has survived and if not lay claim to the lands and establish a base.

Guangzhou, Greater Chinese Republic

President Chen visited the great metropolis of Guangzhou to be there for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly established People's Exploration Command, a detachment of the People's Unification Army that would be in-charge of the expansion of the GCR's borders and sphere of influence in the surrounding regions, finding local settlements and bringing their inhabitants into the GCR via peaceful means. Along with mapping out routes to use and all the other requirements for land expansion, the establishment of utilities like water, sewage and electricity which they would work alongside the People's Army Engineers with an increased level of cooperation between the two military entities. Meanwhile Chinese population growth has boomed once again due to an increased supply compared to demand ratio in terms of water and general food items and multiple large contingents of PUA troops have been deployed into the surrounding ungoverned regions to begin annexing them into the Greater Chinese Republic.

So far multiple scout aircraft have been deployed all over China to begin surveying the land for remaining settlements and communities of people, and Chinese troops have began setting up large military outposts in what was pre-outbreak Chinese land in-order to ensure its protection from foreign organized take over.  President Chen has seen a great surge in nationalist support from these actions and has announced his intentions to continue doing so until China is fully reunified.

Taiwan

Along with a sudden and decisive move from the People's Unification Navy, J-31 fighter jets have reportedly spotted multiple foreign vessels approaching the North-Eastern part of Taiwan and in response have scrambled a Naval Response Group together to deploy to the Western-facing half of Taiwan in-order to ensure that China may lay claim to some of Taiwan if not all of it as the Chen Administration has seen great security threats from allowing such a seemingly organized foreign fleet dock in Taiwan, a strategic location in Asian waters and one that would prove a "pain in the ass" for China if another nation were to aquire it fully.

Chinese fighter jets have also been scrambled to follow the unknown fleet to Taiwan, recording their movements and being void of weaponry as to not pose a threat to the ships. In response to two groups of unknown scout planes, fighter jets were also scrambled in-order to intercept and escort these scouts to airfields in China where ambassadors were sent to greet them, now finding them out to be both Japanese and American delegates from their respective homelands, and the Ministry of Foreign Relations has taken the two foreign delegations to Beijing for official talks, translations are currently being set up in-order to allow communications.

The plane squadrons were nearly met with Anti Aircraft fire until the commander halted them, noting them moving in from the west and lacking Reich markings. He had his men radio the squadron and request them to land and greet them or face Anti Aircraft shells. @Fishman Lord


Italia, Western Border


The soldiers marched in, escorting numerous colonists who stream into Italy to colonize it or go by barge to colonize Corsica. This is a new effort by the government to extract wealth and resources from these lands to further the glory of the NCE.


Germany, French Ambassador


The meeting between the two nations for peace was swiftly to start. There were points to discuss, still, foremost being peace, but among them, of course, was an embassy in both nations to ensure war could not happen again. Second was reports of boats sighted in the seas near Danemerk. These reports were fresh and devloping but there was an underlying threat. perhaps the Germans knew more? Manet decided he should ask the German diplomat about these things.

He then started speaking in German to the person on the other end, most likely Fuhrer Adenoid. He returned a few minutes later. "The Fuhrer says yes, is that all?"

The planes landed and several different people got out of the plane. "Good lord, what a beautiful land! We hail from the Republic of Deseret, you say this place is Jiyu? Our old atlases mark this as Japan."

The planes quickly complied and landed. A few diplomats jumped out and greeted these strange new people. "Ah, hello! We are representatives of the Republic of Deseret, and we are here to try and confirm the presence of nations in Europe. Tell me, who controls this land?"

Alexei was in his office within the kremlin. He was finishing some paperwork based on military count, and then it hit 7:35 PM. Once he put up the papers in a organized fashion, he would proceed to leave the office a form of war room down stairs. After shutting the door, he took a seat infront of a desk with a room of strategists within. "Good morning premier" one of them said. "Same, now on to business." Alexei said. "Yes... With the death of your father, and now you becoming the premier. You have four options which your father created in this event, Expanding, Spending reallocation, Healthcare, or warfare." Another said. "We have had a fair share of killing millions already, We need to plan for the future of our people. I am aware of a slight overpopulation problem for the land we own." Alexei said while looking at a map of Europe and Russia. "I believe we should expand further east back into the rest of russia, retaking her for our own. We could then in the future construct new cities there if necessary." One of the male strategists added. "We believe however, that we should believe that hostile forces do exist. They could be in Europe and thus can easily get to our capital in this state. That is why we should expand into Estonia, Latvia, Belarus and Ukraine immediately as possible." She would point at the map at the countries. "Ukraine was a obsession for russia in the past, so taking it can succeed easily since we own a city there." She concluded.

"I see... Is it possible to obtain the Ukraine, head further west, and into russia?" Alexei asked. "We would not be capable of taking alot quickly, but yes." She responded while Alexei stared at the map. "How about this..." He would take a red marker, open it, and proceed drawing on the map. "Erm, wh-" he was interrupted. "Silence you damn fool, the premier is working." Alexei stopped drawing. "How about that? Can you do that?" 

"Inbetween both Latvia and Belarus, straight through the Ukraine, and a small force to get tiny amounts of russia back possibly." He added. "Then if there indeed is anyone in europe, and we get the land first..." he would draw a strange line until it deluded into curves and eventually not. 

"Take land from the bottom or top to the opposite direction. Preventing anyone or thing through without wanting to be shot at for it. Then we can populate the land in peace, without any form of interruption whatsoever, and without another force attempting to claim it." He then looked up at the strategists who were thinking.  "Well if the plan goes flawlessly, it is possible. It would just be a longer, and more time consuming version of what we did with the Ukraine already." The strategists just stared at the map. "Since I doubt nobody wants russia besides us, or at least keep it alive. We can spend all of the units on the west. So thus that is the plan, and I want it to commence within three months. Once the plan is completed in some way, we can focus upon retaking russia entirely." Alexei said before putting away the red marker. "Yes premier, that can be done." They said. "Also one more thing, if my plan fails, Simply just take the rest of whatever is left. We can deal with whatever problem there may be later." Alexei said. And with that, it was over. They saluted and left.

Random aircraft were detected heading to russia and Soviet jets were launched to intercept them immediately afterwards. After getting to the unknown aircraft, the Soviet pilots used hand signals to order them down or else they would be destroyed. They would be waiting at a airfield until someone eventually was sent to them.

[SIZE= 16px]Before the Carolingian forces could move any further, they were stopped by a Danish division of troops. Their commander then spoke to the land troops. "You are heavily violating the sovereign borders of the Danish Empire. This can easily be seen as an invasion, state your business and leave. If it is diplomatic then retreat all of your forces and send the proper diplomats." As the Danish ground force intercepted the French Danish naval forces approached the German and French navy, outnumbering both of them. In order to avoid immediate hostilities the admiral lowered the guns. "You are in Danish territorial waters, retrieve your troops and return to your ports before an incident occurs between our nations. If you wish to have a diplomatic meeting then send the proper diplomats." One both land and sea the Danish outnumbered the French and Germans, but just narrowly in order to avoid large suspicions.[/SIZE]

The Ships in taiwan pointed its weaponry at the planes, but was told to stand down by Admiral Aoyoma Shusaku. He did not want to go in war and he was aware that the aircrafts were void of their weaponry.
