THE TL ; DR

Lim Minki is a Korean/American born twin. He has an elder twin brother by the name of Lim Mingyu. Both were born into a very wealthy family in America; but after a divorce of their parents at a young age; and their mothers new drinking problem after gaining custody; the twins werer taken away from their mother when they were only 5 years old. Both boys remember little of their parents, but stuck together through the different houses they'd been too. Mingyu was known to cause troubles, between anger issues, and other serious behavioral issues, which caused the two of them to be seperated, just a few years later. Due to being seperated from his one life line; Minki's behavior which before was rather obeident and good. He became more of a troubled soul. Acting out, getting in verbal fights with people and often acting more like this brother.

PERSONALITY:

Minki is a talent kid. He spends a lot of his time practising music. Before in his life, he was often playing music horribly trying to follow in his father's footsteps and so was his brother. Both were very in love with music which opened their eyes to creativity. From a young age; both Minki and his twin were very open about their feelings, and passions. Minki more so. Minki is able to talk about things he loves forever it feels like. He's very chatty with people he is comfortable with, but otherwise, he will hardly sleep, only speaking up when spoken too; or when he is in dire need of attention. Minki is strong-willed, obedient, and normally very organized and excitable. But after being separated from his brother; he's easily annoyed, short-tempered, and always ready to talk back. Once he lost Mingyu to a different home; Minki changed. He's harsher towards others and is far more aggressive, often not scared to hit someone or yell at them. Things his brother used to do to protect him or the things they would see how home that he hardly remembered.

BIOGRAPHY:

Lim Minki is the youngest twin out of the Lim Brothers. He's younger to his twin Mingyu by 3 and a half minutes. The boys are in a Korean/American Family, where they were living in Baltimore Maryland. The boys were born into a wealthy musical family; with a singer mother and a composer father. Their American mother often took care of them as well as she could; with the often verbal abuse of her husband. The boys would normally run into their room and hide and try to block out of the noise in their bedrooms closet in a small 'safe space' they made at such a young age of 5. Within a few months, when the boys were almost 6; their parents got a divorce. Their father moved back to Korea when he found out his wife had gotten custody of the twins.

Within the following year, their mother developed a drinking problem as her way to cope with her truth about her husband and finally getting away from him, but also not being able to find someone who was good to her like him, even if he did hurt her. When word of that had gotten out; the boys were placed in foster care as their mom couldn't care for them and none of their family wanted to deal with a son like Mingyu who had severe behaviour issues. They all wanted just Minki; but Minki didn't want to leave his brother. So they were placed into the system, and have been there since. Originally both boys were together, but after a few years, Mingyu's behaviour issues got seriously bad; and they were separated. Minki stayed alone for a while before his own issues of separation and loneliness arose and caused him to be moved to his newest home. Lim Minki is the sibling that was left behind.
