On Lyxian planet 12.48 otherwise known as New Happen in the space port Tavern two people were in a conversation.

New Happen was considered by most the armpit of the Lyxian confederation a real cest pit of crime. Which made it a great place to have these kind of conversations.

"We need the shipment there in three galactic standard days McGregor." An Alemecian said threw it's translator. Almecians looked liked humanoid bears with the head of a rotwiller.

Captain Drake McGregor took a sip of his ale. He didn't need to think over the offer he was just checking the tavern's patrons and exits making sure they were safe. "The usual." He said. "Twenty upfront and seventy upon delivery." The Almecian nodded before putting a small rectangular chip infront of Drake. Drake grabbed it and pocketed it. "Where...." his voice was silenced as sirens started to blare.

"Attention Lyxian force and UG raid in progress. We are not responsible if you are caught." The speaker said. "Nor will we help."The two men looked at each other. "Rishi. You'll get the cargo there." The Almecian said before leaving.

McGregor calmly stood up He pressed an ear piece in his right ear twice "Allie( Vagabond Spectre Vagabond Spectre ) get the Aces ready for take off. And Katia ( Mayali Mayali ) be prepared if something happens" He said as he slowly walked to the booth to the right of him. "Time to go Heath( Ashy_OCdesigns Ashy_OCdesigns ) ." He said to his crew mate and extra gun. He put his hands in his pockets and whistled as he walked to the exit.

"Alright, alright!" Came Heath's reply, not really annoyance. You'd have to know him to figure out what his annoyance was, he just had this tone on principle.
He continued to talk while adjusting his glasses, and it was worse talk than the first statement if that was indeed possible. "I wonder if we'll get any booty for our efforts?" Following that was a loud sniggering. Well, that was one-third of the vulgarity he displayed: if he found reason to use potty humor, he'd use it.

He walked to the ship after that comment and walked inside, trying to get comfortable, without getting bored. That was his main challenge for Heath, and he wanted to see how long he could sit still before he went and found the weapon's room. His record was 30 seconds.

2 minutes later, Heath got up and went to go look for weapons. Yeah, there were no regrets about doing something kind of stupid. It would only be stupid if he was walking around while the ship was moving and he wasn't handling the weapons right. He entered the weapons room and checked for people, then began to shoot at random things. It was a 2-for-1 deal for Heath: boredom-reliever and training combined.

On The Flying Access's main bridge is a woman currently occupied on a thick grey PDA , hopping screen to screen. Both legs kicked up on the countertop of the ship's offline ship console controls.

"Allie, get the aces ready for take off."

A familiar voice spoke into her earpiece. Pressing her pointing finger against her left earpiece. Now seated upright in proper posture, with the PDA tablet on her lap.

"Warming it up, Cap'n. Mind telling us where we are heading?" Casually in a relaxed tone. Her right hand now resting on the ship engine throttle lever, multiple glowing screens in her front and left hand rested on the yoke.

"Lights, Camera, Action."

With few flicks and push of a few buttons. The ship's inner sectors have brighter lights and her kneeboard console screen shown spaceflight indications and the window outside now fully visible. Finally engine thrusters making noise yet no flames were being expended just yet.

"Soooo... What's on today's agenda ,Cap'n? Everything set?" Leaning back to her seat, casually dabbling her fingers on the Tablet on her lap screen.

Drake continued his slow walk back to the Aces. He learned in his time of smuggling if you looked like you belonged most people won't bother you.

"Plot a course to Rishi 2." He responded to his Helmswoman. "A raid is happening. As soon as I get on board punch it." He said before running into a person in UG armor.

"Sorry sir." He said acting meek. The officer turned to look at him a look of pure disgust on his face. The man looked human with ashen skin and glowing red eyes. He was bald like most of his race."Human." The Mulich said as if it was a curse word before pulling a blaster on Drake. The Mulich didn't have time to aim it as Drake put two smoking holes into the officer's chest. He grabbed the UG's communicator. "Fucking fuzz head." Drake said.
He started to run towards his ship before stopping listening in on the UG comms. "Heath. He said into his communicator. "You got five UG and Lyxians heading to the ship."

"Oh, shit!" Thought Heath, and began to race back towards where he originally entered the ship. He had grabbed a gun,he didn't know what kind and clicked off his comunicator. That meant that Heath was doing his job and wanted to surprise the enemy whiling being fast enough to save Drake from getting a new hole inside of him
Heath didn't go to the ramp, but the room next to it and began to shoot. He aimed in such a way that it would hit some of them. He hoped he had done his job well enough, for the price of tinnitus. His ears were now ringing, but they always stopped.

"Plot a course to Rishi 2. A raid is happening. As soon as I get on board punch it."

Sounded like Drake was in a hurry and surely she has caught on judging from the background noise it caught. Despite the sense of urgency the woman still slumped over the cockpit seat, casually browsing through the Tablet.

"Don't tell me you are being followed, Cap'n. Always trouble with ya." Having a teasing tone in her voice, one can almost hear the smile from the comms. "Lucky for you, Cap'n. Rishi 2 ain't that far from here. Please come back here breathing, and no one following us."
She somehow has a sense of doubt, to satisfy her suspicions. She walked around the main bridge to the camera watch desk. The console counter screen shows multiple screens within' the Ship. Most sections were empty but in one of the sectors near the ramp exit/entrance is the crew gunman, Heath Jagan. Positioned at the edge of the screen aiming down the threshold of the ship. An ambush obviously.

"Hey buddy, It's Allie. Currently watching from the security area, that's two men down the hall out cold, at least from mah view. Listen, you got more guys coming in the slipway ramp. I can see em' from ere'. I think you're in a good position but that's a lot of dudes stepping in with some having big gunz, so be careful, aight? Allie out, Allie oop!" Finishing with a classic static after. To not give away her crewmate's position she voluntarily kept her voice low to a whisper. Now glossing over the cameras to double-check for everyone else onboard.

"OH this is not my fault." Drake said as he ran to the Aces. Even if their client is apart of a "terrorist" organization New Happen is expose to be safe.

Drake rounded the corner and saw a few dead uniformed bodies scattered about. Drake took out his blaster and fired at at the people trying to board his ship.

As the last one fell Drake jumped into the ship and closed the docking ramp behind him. "Get us out of here." He said in his comm. Looking at Heath he nodded. "Nice shooting."
.....

On board the UG Battle Cruiser Liberty Commodore Reginald Vickers gave the order to destroy every ship that tried to flee orbit without proper clearance.

Reginald was an Arcadian born human. The Hero of Arcadia the one who lead the Alliance in defending his home. Atleast that is what is said in the holovids and his book. After leaving Alliance Military he joined the United Galaxy Naval Security Force as a captain.

"Status report." He said to the comms operator a big slug like being. "Space ports Lethial and Garon are locked down the main space port seems to be meeting with resistance. In the streets it appears that several gangs are openly fighting. " It said. " Tell Riot squadron to bombard the cities that should make the gangs loose their spirit." Reginald said a hint of Glee in his voice.

The slug hesitated for a few seconds before giving the order. "This rebellion will end soon." And that is how the UG was going to spin this loss of life a rebellion that was set on overthrowing the Lyxian confederation. And the noble peace keepers that gave their lives stopping it.

Corvettes were small, armored warships that often would last several decades after their original heydays. Their size made them easier to convert when decommissioned to make room for newer, up-to-date models. And the Flying Access checked all those boxes. However, her conversion into carrying smuggled goods meant she didn't have much use for a massive sickbay.

Just that main treatment area was lit in an unwavering illumination, though one farther towards the far end wildly flickered. As if to declare itself still alive despite its distinct struggle. That light going out wouldn't cause a room this narrow to dim all that much. Being narrow enough, it lacked enough empty space to have medical equipment on more than one wall. Fixed onto that wall were screens, beds, etc., each having gotten dull with age.

Among those protruding was a desk with multiple consoles spread across its surface. Since it is parallel to an unused wall, any doctor who sat there would be facing toward that line of beds. And it being about bed-length, left room beside it for people to walk past. Which was a necessary design choice because the two doors here were directly beside said desk. Each were perpendicular to each other, and one went into Sickbay's quarantine area. The other led out of Sickbay and into the Aces' main room instead.

Katia Smith sat there with gaze flickering between handheld device laid flat between consoles and the consoles themselves. Glancing between unmarred screen, which showed layouts similar to some of the wall displays, then back onto dimmer consoles. Both were medscanners though one had more focused scanning than the other.

Her fingers skittered over each console, correcting data that hadn't gotten synced after their last round of physicals. Drake and Heath being off-ship made it even more essential to get it done. To get the currently extraneous information off the portable medscanner before something happened to necessitate using it.

Despite New Happen being safer for the conversation their captain would be having, that didn't mean much. Smuggled goods would always run the risk of bringing uninvited guests. A fact very much on her mind as she'd close that file and open another...wash, rinse, and repeat. She didn't have that many to go through because they were still new as a crew. She began opening what would've been the last file when her earpiece delivered the news she'd been bracing for just in case. "And Katia be prepared if something happens."

Her right hand immediately shut down the file she was updating, so it was her other hand heading straight up to rest against her earpiece. "Roger that, Captain. I should be ready quick. Already had got Sickbay to be a hairsbreadth away from 'prepared.'" Leftover military professionalism met prideful boast. All while Katia was tapping several commands into the medscanner to set it on standby. Leaving it like that upon her desk as she turned toward the back wall. Where everything that made Sickbay function, all its bread and butter, was. The portion behind her desk had all the smaller machinery, including a console for medicine preparation.

She drew several objects out from among that selection, including a thin, cylindrical object. Which she'd keep in hand another moment to turn to the medicine section. If something happens didn't give her much to work with, but she got the staples together used for most type of emergency treatment. Carefully organizing each item on the desk before she rose from her chair, left hand back on her earpiece to listen in on the comms. From what she was hearing, there weren't any injuries...yet. However, the whisper of her fellow female crewmate over comms kept her quiet as it gave away that more men were coming.

The dark-haired doctor took the items she'd gotten ready and went over toward the door into the main room. Firm, wide strides covered the short distance extra quick to bring her into that doorway, where she'd stop. Because Drake and his strong voiced "get us out of here" were clear indications that they'd gotten back onboard probably intact. At this she broke her silence to a more casual remark. "'Something' hasn't improved its aim yet, then? I was about to come down to check on that, or at least go to the stairs."

Hey, Drake. You good?" Heath runs the risk of whispering into his communicator to see if the captain is all right.
Heath continues to squat from his hidden position. Once his position is found out, Heath will have to move. He had immense fun as he shot his gun, which was no surprise. It wasn't the death that gave him thrill, because that was just weird. He just liked shooting everything in sight. The weapons room was full of holes already, but he hadn't hit the hull of the ship. Heath made sure of that. After making sure Drake was all right, Heath would annoy him. It was his talent.

Heath knew more officers would come, and he hoped the ship's helmsman, Allie, would be able to get them off the ground before drake died. He moved as a precaution, and besides, he could surprise more people. Heath moved to the other side of the ramp, fingering his gun with his left hand like it was nothing. There was slight noise as the gun came in contact with his dominant hand, the hand from which he bore the scars in the form of a training accident. He would wait for further orders, and meanwhile, he kept out of sight. No sense in showing himself, and a chance for the ringing in his ears to go away temporarily.

If you never knew Heath, you would've thought he was scared of accidentally shooting Drake. However, Heath had been practicing with weapons since he was nine, and until more peacekeepers arrived, Heath knew Drake was okay and he could relax. For Drake, this meant flexing the fingers of his right hand, even though he didn't use it.

Threat neutralized, for now at least. Bunch of bodies piled across the hall from just two guys. Doc's in the house, Trigger happy cleans house, and Big man just got home. No one got hurt as far as she's concerned. Nothing else to see here anymore and so she turns off the cameras.

"Get us out of here." the captain announced his boarding followed by the sound of the ramp closing behind him slowly.

Despite the urgency, the woman found herself skipping shortly on the main deck across to the cockpit. Left hand on thruster control lever and free hand on the Yoke. "Engine's warm, Doors closed, goods check, everything should be good to go." With a press of a button on the kneeboard, Flying Access hovers above the ground taxiing outward the docking bay. Following with an increasing push of the thruster lever which forwards the ship's thrusters at a pace where a few things onboard may have experienced minor whiplash as the Helmswoman boosts the ship out, nearly hitting a thin overhead bridge above.

"Setting coordinates to Rishi 2 Sector." Updating the computer on the kneeboard console in left side. As soon as exposing the ship into the empty space. The already fast-moving ship was set 1/4th away to full engine maximum. "Your fault or not, cap. I don't think they came here being good news. Also cleanup on aisle 3." Transferring to comms, telling whoever is in the mood to clean out corpses.

As the Aces leave orbit the UG and Lyxian ships move to intercept.

"Status report." Vickers said as he saw the ship on sensors. "It's a Storm Hawk class corvette third generation by the reading." The sensors officer said. Vickers scoffed at that. A gen three Storm Hawk was discontinued a hundred years ago. What idiots would use an antique to break a blockade. "Named.... The Frisky Land Shark." The sensor operator said slowly in disbelief. "What kind of ship is named that." Vickers shook his head. Open comms "Frisky Land Shark this is the Liberty stand down or you will be fired upon.
....
Drake gave his usual jovial smile as he walked beside Heath. "I'll take that one. You take the other?" He said indicating the bodies that made it aboard before their untimely demise. His smile started to fade as he heard the Commodores voice threw the ships speakers. "Arcadian bastard." He muttered before picking up one of the corpses fireman style and carrying it to engineering.

"Hey, Drake." Heath was stone-faced as he approached the captain and began to help Drake. "Y'know, this person has a twin who's still alive right? This twin is a dead-ringer." Yes, Heath was going to open up with a corpse joke. He would stop if Drake asked. "Besides, we could hide this body in your room, if you could stand the smell. If someone came into your room, they'd blow their shit!" Heath erupted into giggles, and not on purpose this time. He eventually dropped the corpse from laughing.

Drake just looks at him before turning away and letting out a small chuckle. "Nah they'd be better in your room it smells in there already.... Sorry that was dead on arrival." He said as he walked into the engineering section. A three foot droid stared at them and let out beeps that sounded like it was cursing.

Not being able to leave out of the territory on time forced the Helmswoman to crank the lever at 1/4th low speed. "Great." Alicia's fingers crept to the console upfront with a press of two buttons. Comms have opened and her strangely warm smile is onscreen for the officers like a behaved child. "Let's not get hasty, gen'le men~ Yes, this is Frisky Land Shark. Anything I can help fine fellas with?" The woman leans back on her seat with her hands holding together in a relaxed state. Completely taking her hands off the console and yoke. Although the feet are a different story. Going as far as generously put the ship at full stop.

"Ah Arcadian good someone with class. Thought you might be an Avalonian hick." Vickers says into his come trying to be diplomatic. With all the charisma of a pit viper "Frisky Land Shark you are ordered by the United Galaxy to slow down and be boarded. If you have nothing to hide you and your crew will be free to go." He said. "If you for some reason decide not to than you will be destroyed." He switches com to the fleet. "All ships if they go even a fraction faster open fire until there is nothing of that trash heep left.
