    • Light and Wind Magic - Typically used to either enhance his blades, create distractions, or form daggers or throwing daggers as well as shurikens. His wind magic's primary use is to enhance his speed and combat prowess.
    • Thermal Vision & Monster Detection - Only at night, his left eye adjusts and is able to see in thermal while his right eye, the monster eye, can detect humans and more notable other monsters through walls and such, but at the cost of migraines and putting a strain on his body. Closing his eyes negates this ability and the eyepatch is used to achieve this.
    • Enhanced Senses - Hearing, smell, and eyesight have all been increased to allow him to detect smells, hear sounds, and see long distances like a wolf.
    • Accelerated Reflexes - In conjunction with his speed from Wind Magic, this allows him to keep track and keep up with his own movements.
    • Enhanced Stamina & Endurance - In conjunction with his Wind Magic, Bít can maintain his accelerated speed for longer periods while also being able to withstand such strain on himself.
    • Accelerated Healing - Can heal from non-vital or non-lethal injuries at a faster pace than others.
    • Monster Scent - To the normal noses, this scent goes undetected. Those with sensitive noses, however, will find that Bít emits not only a human scent but also a monster scent. This is helpful since it confuses monsters and make him difficult to track, allowing him to infiltrate nests and the like. However, it often puts him at odds with other wildlife due to this stench.

    What one would call a bit of an eccentric, Bít Qyldryn would be the one to dive headfirst into trouble without a second thought, and somehow come up with a wild plan to get out of it. While not one for decorum and being quite unversed in social etiquette, Bít tends to do everything at his own pace without regard to rhyme or reason. One moment he is drinking out of his flask and talking up a storm, the other gone and doing battle with something or someone, and finally eating to his heart's content before passing out. None of this in any particular order. Any sign of nobility is almost completely gone apart from his last name. The young lad tends to sleep out in the woods instead of in a nice bed in his mansion or even within city limits, and he likes to do everything with a hands on approach rather than being served. The main reason the young man has departed from being heir to his family is due to him wanting to earn the trust and respect of the people through something else, something earned, and it is the perfect excuse to run away from all the responsibilities of being a noble.

    Having an energetic disposition and jolly attitude often puts him as the loudest, most rambunctious rascal of any group. Telling wild stories of his various (mis)adventures and cracking jokes at the drop of a hat, the young lad carries his smiles like a badge of honor.

    Humble and quite bright, the former Qyldryn heir is a remarkable combatant, who aspires to be a Legendary Slayer one day, because, unlike everything else in his life, it cannot be earned through money, influence, or authority but rather through experience, hard work, and power. His increasing mastery over the light and wind elements of his magic has steadily been growing, able to use a number of tricks to either distract, blind, or kill his opponents. His main tactic is to use his wind magic to accelerate his speed to new heights, hence the name Warrior of the Wind, moving faster than the eye can track, while enhancing his blades with either wind or light magic to deal serious blows. While not the best at contriving strategies, far from it, the young man has the occasional idea or wild plan to get out of a tough situation.

    His favorite pastimes are reading, drinking, and playing music, being quite proficient at playing the fiddle, drum, and most of all the flute. Above all else, Bít Qyldryn is afraid of losing friends, family, and his humanity as he has difficulty in dealing with his short-temper, especially so when someone insults him or those he cares about, believing it to be influence by the more monstrous side of himself.

    The reason he is called the Rabid Dog or One-Eyed Wolf is because of his tendency to fight in an almost animalistic and deadly manner when dealing with monster or human foe who dares to enrage him. However, despite his short-temper, Bít has only become like this under extreme duress. Usually in combat, the Idiot with the Katana fights exactly as described. There is no rhyme or reason behind his attacks and advances, but this unorthodox and unconventional fighting style has proven effective nonetheless due to its unpredictability.

    [Backstory]:
    While out in the woods killing a number of monsters and beasts of ill-intent, Bít Qyldryn was ambushed by a high-tier monster, resulting in the loss of his heart, his eyes, a few organs and muscles, and lots of blood. Luckily, the young man was not alone as his father and a few other slayers and healers found and rescued him, unable to kill the high-tier but able to drive it off. However, due to the blood loss and severe damage done to his body as well as the slayers and healers having used up a ton of magic, there was little that could be done for him. His father came up with a rather ingenious but risky and at the time insane plan, forcing the healers to heal the Qyldryn heir using the heart, eye, and tissue of the monsters already slain along with healing magic in order to restore his son. The young lad was most likely going to die anyway so, with this one option, the operation began. At first, Bít Qyldryn's body began to reject these monster parts before finally accepting them, being restored, more or less, to his former self. However, his heart and right eye were now replaced with a monster heart and eye and his blood infused with the dark beast's blood. The whole operation was kept silent.

    It took time for the young lad to adjust to such a sudden revival and subsequent changes the operation brought. During this period, Bít began to reflect and delve deep into the very core of his being, deciding upon his future. Leaving his noble name behind, the former Qyldryn heir sought to train his magic, his body, and his newfound abilities with his grandfather, a retired Slayer. Not long after, Bít Qyldryn set out to venture the world and the various kingdoms, gathering experience, learning new cultures, and becoming a borderline alcoholic, although for good reason. As a result of his absence, some either assumed him dead, others assumed he lives a life elsewhere, while his family believes he will return one day as he promised. However, the role of heir currently resides with one of his younger siblings, Bít's brother, who is second oldest in the family.

    Holding off his return to Yystania and to his family, Bít Qyldryn has answered the call for help at the capitol Rose of the kingdom of Terra, and decides this would be the prime opportunity not only to bring honor and respect to his family name but a chance to prove himself and one day attain his goal of achieving the rank of Legendary Slayer.

    Only time will tell if he shall reach his goal.

Skill(s) : Soutien is quite the talented blacksmith, while also being able to semi accurately appraise works by others of the same profession. Dabbling a bit into carpentry as a hobby he can make some interesting looking pieces of furniture. Personality : Soutien's the kind of fella to help out people he is connected to one way or another even to his own annoyance while being indifferent to people he has no connection to. While his temperament causes slight problems with "friends" they are usually solved easily while problems with strangers or people he just straight up doesnt like can some times be solved without violence, there has been a number of times where he had no choice but to get rough to end the problem, be it through threating or clashing fists. Soutien being a father and being the husband to his late wife he had tried his best to fill the roles that felt abnormal to him, which to his credit he felt he succeeded in this department feeling joy with every second he spent with his family.

Backstory : At the age of 16 Soutien's parents had abandoned him in the City of Rose within the kingdom of Terra deciding that he had no other choice he joined the army. Being that he was 16 and of peasant blood, he was given grunt work something you'd expect servants to do like cleaning of the Army grounds, handling of weapons and armour, it had carried on like that for 2 years. At the age of 18 Soutien's magic had surfaced as Enchanting magic a branch of support magic, this had garnered him some respect as Support magic is of great use, so he was finally given the jobs of a solider. Since wars weren't much of a problem in these times Soutien's main objects revolved around crime in city and eliminating bothersome bandits from the kingdom. By 20 he proved his worth to the army by being in the same squadron of soldiers tasked with clearing a fort of a particularly bothersome group of bandits, and had been promoted to a commander of his own squadron along with the rest of his squad gaining the same promotion. Over the course of 5 years Soutien climbed the ranks of the army until he had achieved the title of knight, upon gaining the title he gained many enemies most being nobles who were frustrated that a peasant became a knight. Four years later at the age of 29 Soutien would retire after meeting the love of his life and his newly wedded wife Kaitlyn and a year later would have his son, Aether. After retiring Soutien and his wife decided it would be pleasant to live in the country side so the moved to the remote village of Durham where Soutien set up a blacksmithing shop to keep himself busy. 13 years of peaceful life Soutien had honed his skill a blacksmith becoming a remarkable one and further enhancing his craft using his Enchanting magic, every so often Sou would head up too Rose where he would buy supplies for orders and catch up with old friends and subordinates from his time in the army. At the age of 42 Soutien went to the capital in order to purchase supplies when a raid occurs at the village of Durham, by a group of bandits that have control over an abundance of B and a-ranked monsters. When Soutien had arrived back to a burned and pillaged Durham he had returned to hear the news of his wife's death from a family friend, Sou asked about Aether. He said that Ather was in critical condition when found and he should be at the medical center they set up. When Sou arrived at the makeshift medical center he learned Ather was in a coma. For an entire month Sou isolated himself in his house taking care of Ather while thinking about what to do next, he then decided he'd take revenge against the men destroyed his family. Calling in so favors he had, pulling some strings, and using the money he had saved up Soutien moved back to Rose and joined the group of slayers dealing with A and B-ranked monsters.

How could someone live on a high horse and let others decay in darkness? They weren't animals, but alas, that's exactly what their continent was. Nothing except greed and lust. Every day, living and learning the truth made her stomach turn. How could her beloved parents cater their services to gluttons? Survival of the fittest she supposed? Needless to say, at the age of thirteen, Aerith began to riot and preach to her fellow neighbors. All of those suffering agreed and found truth in her words. Her actions did not go unpunished. Her parents facing the consequences, and therefore forced to shut her mouth and take the wrath of her parents after they pleaded for mercy to gain none.

The coming of age is when Aerith made the decision to risk her life and abandon her kingdom, but not before being marked. A horrible reminder she agreed to only to keep her going even if it meant leaving her family behind. She traveled here and there with a few fellows where they gladly had taken her under her wing after she begged and tried to prove her worth. The fire in her eyes was enough. The condition goes as followed, "You may join as long as you convert into a Slayer." Not exactly what she wanted, but Aerith did what she must to survive. Her first weapon being none other than a bow. Her mentors, archers, teaching her a traditional ranged weapon before moving on. This is where she grew her love for weapons. Next, she battled her first monster. A wolf. Simple and luckily alone, yet dangerous. When the tides were turned against Aerith and her mentors, she bravely took an arrow and slammed it into his eye, blinding the monster. The sneaky attack was enough for her to reach for a sword and decapitate the beast. Breathless and strong she felt the high of her adrenaline subside. Her mentors foresaw a heroic pose and the dawn of a prodigy slayer. It was then that her mentors decided to grant her full access to training her and teach her everything there is to know before reaching their destination to Merda. A place where Aerith made her own path to join a sailing crew. She felt like a pirate, free, and adventurous. Though it was sad to say good-bye, it was also something she would regret. Her time in Merda, drinking, laughing, and helping civilians has helped unlock her true potential and figure out who she is and where she needed to be. Her loyalty is to stand within the civilians than any kingdom whether it meant good or bad. A year after separation, she received word that one of her mentors had retired and survived an attack that killed his partner. The tragic story of a man who adored to make everyone smile, and served to assist. He held righteousness in his heart wherever he went and sent an example to her.

Grieving wasn't easy, but it was done and to this day she still mourns, numbing the pain with booze. As if matters haven't gotten worse, she was dubbed a legendary slayer three years later for being able to take down higher ranking monsters. To Aerith, it was a game, and knowledge was power as well as experience in fighting monsters. The praises here and then were growing tiresome that she would wear a red cloak for people not to notice. The only outcome is drinking and free stuff. Somewhere in her mission, she met Sir Reynolds where they bashed heads and made an unimpressive mark on one another. Aerith laughs that she is able to piss the guy off even a little.

ago, Aerith had saved this guy thinking it was a knight. When in fact it's a forest sprite who wishes to assist humans but doesn't know how and has taken the form of a wooden, armored knight. He doesn't talk much but understands languages well. He is able to use trees as an assist as well as the earth to heal folks. Yes, he's an archer. A decent one and still in training under Aerith's wing. He's a shy one, kind and quirky. (Think Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy but sweeter) He's not impenetrable so he can break his armor bur repair takes a full day depending on the damage.

The King Slayer - A running joke in the kingdom of Erynada, as the people claim Edessa will be the death of her father for her ways.
She Who Screams with Banshees - Known by many as quite the tamer, Edessa is more known for her work defeating monsters and corralling beasts than her actual work as the princess.

Powers/Kinds of Magic

Monstrous Manipulation - Has the ability to control and manipulate a beast for a short period. The longest Edessa has been able to hold this is an hour. She trains every day to further this ability.
Beast Communication - Has an odd ability to show her intentions to monsters and beasts, however, she can only communicate with beasts(semi-effectively).
Earth Manipulation - Inherited from her father, this ability allows her to cause small ruptures in the earth. This is her weakest ability and she doesn't use it often. She can also bless plants to be more plentiful in the harvest.

Swordswoman - Efficient with a blade, Edessa uses quick bursts to surprise any attackers.
Hunter - Is also trained to use a bow, however, because of her speed, she prefers face-to-face combat more.
Farming - While Edessa doesn't use this much, it is well known that anything the girl plants will live a long and healthy life.
Moonshine Walker - Can hold her own when it comes to drinking.
Bottomless Stomach - Has a large appetite and is often seen eating to replenish her energy.
Intuitive - Has a great sense of her surroundings.


Personality
Wild and unrefined, Edessa is not what many would think of when they picture a princess. Seemingly untamed to the public, Edessa has a short fuse and refuses to be put in a box, much to her father's vexation. She prefers the wilds to the perfectly sculpted halls her father wishes her to stay in. While she seems to many as an unruly girl, Edessa has many soft spots, that including her beasts and companions. She loves a good laugh and is often seen hiding from the consequences of a prank she has just pulled. Also easily embarrassed, Edessa has a hard time hiding her emotions, to her own dismay.

Backstory
Born as the third child and only daughter to the King and Queen of Erynada, Edessa was far away from the spotlight growing up. Disregarded by her father for most of her life, Edessa often snuck away to be with Erynada's tamers. Not expected of much, her father never invited her to any official events, and many wondered where the girl was whenever an Erynada Ball took place. The only people to truly care for Edessa was the beast tamers and her two elder brothers, one of which was to be the Crowned Prince. Unfortunately for Edessa, however, she would not lose just one of her brothers, but both, at the age of 19. This caused things to change for Erynada, as it took out the two people most qualified for the Crown of Erynada. Her father, with no other choice, was forced to name Edessa as the Crowned Princess, thrusting her into a life on unwanted duties.

Powers/Kinds of Magic

Monstrous Manipulation - Has the ability to control and manipulate a beast for a short period. The longest Edessa has been able to hold this is an hour, with a B Tier Monster. She trains every day to further this ability.
Beast Communication - Has an odd ability to show her intentions to monsters, and communicate with them semi-effectively.
Earth Manipulation - Inherited from her father, this ability allows her to cause small ruptures in the earth. This is her weakest ability and she doesn't use it often. She can also bless plants to be more plentiful in the harvest.


Skill(s)

Swordswoman - Efficient with a blade, Edessa uses quick bursts to surprise any attackers.
Hunter - Is also trained to use a bow, however, because of her speed, she prefers face-to-face combat more.
Farming - While Edessa doesn't use this much, it is well known that anything the girl plants will live a long and healthy life.
Moonshine Walker - Can hold her own when it comes to drinking.
Bottomless Stomach - Has a large appetite and is often seen eating to replenish her energy.
Intuitive - Has a great sense of her surroundings.


Personality
Wild and unrefined, Edessa is not what many would think of when they picture a princess. Seemingly untamed to the public, Edessa has a short fuse and refuses to be put in a box, much to her father's vexation. She prefers the wilds to the perfectly sculpted halls her father wishes her to stay in. While she seems to many as an unruly girl, Edessa has many soft spots, that including her beasts and companions. She loves a good laugh and is often seen hiding from the consequences of a prank she has just pulled. Also easily embarrassed, Edessa has a hard time hiding her emotions, to her own dismay.

Backstory
Born as the third child and only daughter to the King and Queen of Erynada, Edessa was far away from the spotlight growing up. Disregarded by her father for most of her life, Edessa often snuck away to be with Erynada's tamers. Not expected of much, her father never invited her to any official events, and many wondered where the girl was whenever an Erynada Ball took place. The only people to truly care for Edessa was the beast tamers and her two elder brothers, one of which was to be the Crowned Prince. Unfortunately for Edessa, however, she would not lose just one of her brothers, but both, at the age of 19. This caused things to change for Erynada, as it took out the two people most qualified for the Crown of Erynada. Her father, with no other choice, was forced to name Edessa as the Crowned Princess, thrusting her into a life on unwanted duties.

Sand Magic: A form of earth magic that's more versatile, as well as unique, the element of sand has a few surprises amidst looking rather harmless. However, while sand carries notable weaknesses, by practicing certain techniques can one overcome them.

Sand-Blood: Unlike most of the natural races in the world, the Sultair bloodline (or sandline in this case) actually has sand flowing in their veins instead of normal blood. While this is an oddity even amongst scholars, this unique trait does enable those who bear this a fighting chance against those who use the dark arts of blood magic.

Fancy Tongue: Because of Sultair being raised as the backup heir to Erynada, the boy has developed the natural nobility flair to his speech, making him capable when dealing with the more notable people of society.

Halberd Expert: An exotic as well as dangerous weapon, Sultair is proficient in the use of this armament.

Close Combat Specialist: While Sultair can use a halberd, he prefers to deal with more violent matters with his hands. Because of being groomed as the backup, the young individual underwent strict training as a result.

Personality:

While polite and generally friendly in public, Matel is actually eager to acquire more power, through various means as he's determined to see his ambitions through. Cunning, Resourceful, and quick to anger once out of sight, the true colors of the sands show ever brightly when facing against Matel.

Backstory:

As part one of the minor noble factions residing in Erynada, Matel was born into the world through the arranged efforts of two families agreeing that the current line of Erynadian rulers wouldn't be able to make their kingdom prosper in the far off future.

And so began the process of training even at a young age of 5. Matel was subjected to the rulings of how a noble should act, walk, and display authority amongst others. Combat lessons on evenings were held to nurture his magic, revealed at birth thanks to a professional analyzer hired.

Because of Sand being considered a 'dirty' element, Sultair understood the main virtues of how a noble should look upon the crowd, and thus refrains from overusing his ability to keep the magic from soiling his specialty made clothing, made from the smoothest of cloth.

However, his deepest secrets, his innermost desires were kept hidden, Matel yearned for power, a want normally found on the continent of Oblivia. Desires of encompassing rule belayed his soft exterior as a noble, to which were only fueled by the efforts of background parties interested in re-seating him as the new ruler of Erynada.

But only time would tell if his ambitions would rise to greater heights...

Yay! Thank you! I'm still needing spells/techniques, but that can come later as I RP. However, today is Memorial Monday, and that usually means IRL matters. So I'll post when I can.
