Name: Théomer the Invincible

Age: 27

Gender: Male

Appearance:
1538377226638.png

Personality and Attitude:
Théomer is a very dedicated and strong willed individual. Once he sets his mind to something, he will achieve the goal or die trying. It is near impossible to change his mind, once he has set it. He has a very strong sense of justice. Though justice for him does not necessarily correspond with laws. He pursues his own vision of justice and moves outside the bounds of law.

Théomer is a hothead. He is less of a thinker and prefers to act over planning things out. He uses the approach of running against a wall until it crumbles eventually. Giving up is not in his vocabulary. He is very upbeat and jokey and seems like he cannot take things seriously, but once you saw him actually concentrate on a goal, you will realize he very well can. Théomer is a very charismatic person as well. He is very good at winning people over and can easily get them to follow him, oftenly. Even if he does not have the mind of a leader, he has the heart of it. He would never let down people that trust him and very well knows of the responsibility. Théomer also is a person that will never ask for help, but instead just try to carry everything on his own shoulders all alone. Not because of pride, but because he does not want to trouble others with things he feels are his responsibility. He feels as if he would let them down that way. He can however appreciate help, should it be granted without asking for permission.

Magic Powers:

(passive) RISE!
Théomer´s will is unbreakable and so becomes his body. Théomer regenerates incredibly fast, if he is unconcious. If not killed, but only wounded and knocked down, Théomer will rise again shortly after. It takes seconds, minutes at most, for the man to heal up and stand ready to face fate again. Therefore, Théomer is incredibly strong in long, draining battles. Should he ever fall, without dieing, he rises again, with new health. He will however, for quite some time, carry a scar for each injury. How long it stays depends on the seriousness of the injury.

Sheer Willpower
Théomer´s body has grown strong, past the usual human limits. He can sustain more damage (Except for blows to the heart and head), has increased stamina, strength and speed. Not to an insane degree, but notable.

Weapons:
Rise and Fall, a pair of dual short swords

Bio:
Théomer made a name for himself as the leader of a rebellion for another kingdom. The king had become a puppet for another kingdoms ruler, that brought tyranny and bad conditions over the lands. Théomer could not stand that status. He started rebelling against the forces of the kingdom. Soon, people joined him, stood behind him. It took little time before he had a full on rebel force behind him and even if he wasnt the mind behind their strikes, he was the heart and face of the rebellion none the less. His ability to never give up, to always stand up again, no matter how hard he got smashed into the ground, earned him the nickname "Théomer the Invincible".

Name: Brakon Zanna

Age: 24

Gender: Male

Appearance:
1718a09c9fa07bcfcd50b9a7362d00ec.jpg

Brakon's skin is thicker than normal and has a reddish hue. His eyes appear as seen below. The tattoo is laid across the front of his torso, slightly to his left side. The tips of the wings can often be seen on his neck.

b161f4f5bd5167bf044404b35501a955.jpg

Personality and Attitude: Brakon is confident to the point of arrogance. He is friendly and respects those that can stand up for themselves and even more so if they can stand up for others. Still, he has a bit of a rough exterior and is often unintentionally rude with a tendency to overreact.

Magic Powers: Brakon is what's known as a Draconite. What they are exactly and how they came to be is a bit of a mystery, but there's no mistaking them. They all have eyes of a dragon, off-colored skin, and a drake mark (the dragon shaped tattoo). The most commonly accepted theory is that they have the soul of a dragon and their physical features are just how the human body adapts to handle that power.
  • Draconic Aura: Brakon's drake mark can glow red and release a red aura that envelops his body. The brighter it glows, the more power he's pulling. At the most basic level the aura will just surround him, but he can pull out more and it will form the shape of a dragon. This is a sliding scale, so it can shape anywhere from human looking to full on dragon in appearance.
  • Physical Durability: His naturally thick skin provides some extra protection, but unless you plan on attacking him with splinters or paper cuts it's not going to do much. His aura, however, can help. At it's most basic level it's like wearing some light leather armor, but can be ramped up to be as strong as a full set of metal armor. He also has increased stamina.
  • Strength: It should come as no surprise that Brakon is stronger than the average Joe. If he wants to push his strength further he can use his drake mark (causing it to glow) without using his aura.
  • Fire: Brakon can breath fire and is naturally fire resistant (though not his cloths). He also has some control over his fire, but not much.
  • Limited Flight: If he pulls enough of his aura to form wings then he can use them to fly.... sort of. It's mostly gliding, as he has difficulties using the wings to gain altitude.
  • Limitations: For as strong as he is, he has limits. His body is mostly mortal, after all. For starters, anything he can do a dragon can do better. That is to say that he could never be as strong, fast, durable, etc. as a dragon. Further more, he has no regeneration factor and can only heal as fast as a human. His aura is also limited. Think of it like a magic meter from a video game; the more he uses at one time, the longer it takes to regenerate. He can push past the normal limit of his aura (magic meter at zero), but this has physical repercussions. I also mentioned that he has increased stamina, but this is nothing special compared to anyone who regularly trains. He is also no faster than a normal human.

Weapons:
gothic-fantasy-gauntlets-medieval-armor-lotr-lord-of-the-rings-nazgul-1705.jpg

He can will two blades to grow from the top of each gauntlet, extending forward about as much as his fingers do.

Bio: Brakon was born the third of four surviving children in his family. They grew up in a small mountain village. They belonged to a kingdom, of course, but they were so secluded that it hardly mattered. Most of the village was comprised of normal humans, but three families had draconite blood. It was what most would call a peaceful existence, but Brakon called it boring. Despite his parents objections he wanted to go out and see the world. One of the few elders int he village was a veteran and took it upon himself to teach Brakon how to fight, knowing he'd leave eventually. And he did. When he was 17 he left the village for mercenary work.

During his first year he accomplished many tasks and even spent a month guarding a wizard. As part of his payment the wizard gifted Brakon his gauntlets, enchanting them to be able to withstand high temperatures without melting and allowing him to summon the blades.

Brakon returned to the village after his first year, but found nothing but ruin. Most of the building had been burnt down and he found many mutilated and burned corpses. It was clearly an organized attack, but by who and for what reason? Brakon soon left to return to his work, but now spurred on to try and figure out what happened to his village. He has narrowed it down to three likely scenarios, but is losing hope of ever figuring it out.

Anything else: I'm not sure how powerful this is compared to your standard, but I promise to gauge his power level to "fit in" with the RP.

Name: Princess Veronica “Amber” Lux

Age: 26

Gender: Female

Appearance: Google Image Result for https://i.pinimg.com/originals/25/d8/9f/25d89fb0bfc50f185fba3c9210b8f3f6.jpg

Her look when she is fighting or exploring: Google Image Result for https://i.pinimg.com/originals/bd/87/2a/bd872a2caaeef5cda7d4e61b4592a8ef.jpg (She still looks like the first picture though, but just wearing this outfit instead)

Personality and Attitude: Noble and wise, she is very kind to her people and wants the best for the world around her, but she still can stand up for herself, and she can also have an attitude if need be. She isn’t afraid to go out into the field herself and fight her own battles either. She can also be a closed book at times, and keep many secrets, but if she really trusts a person, she will let them in on her secrets most of the time.

Magic Powers: She is a very powerful mage, and can wield magic to high levels. She still has a lot of limitations though, as her magic is bound to her feelings. If she is feeling hopeless, her magic barely does anything, but if she is feeling empowered, then her magic can be as strong as the most powerful wizards in the world. However, she isn’t as strong as a god is, and she is only as strong as a powerful wizard at best.

Weapons: Guardian Sword - A sword that is both sword and shield in one. Can also be fused with magic to become elemental based. - Google Image Result for https://www.swordsknivesanddaggers.com/m27837/SW-677.jpg

Anything else: This is the Princess from the plot on the Interest Check. She will be joining the fray as well. ?

Name: Rogue Trevil

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Appearance:
9f00b60cb7252af7fca19b0911e707de.jpg

Personality and Attitude: Business, money and power have always caught Rouges eye through his life. Ever since he was a child his only concern was to have the heaviest coin purse in the tavern and the most influence through others. His silver tongue has gotten him out of the deadliest of pinches and has also secured him many valuable opportunities. Nothing has ever mattered to him but himself, he has used all he was given to insure his survival and success. People, money and even lives have all been used up. Though he has never regretted the many crimes and sins he's committed, there have been a few times where he has not felt right in his deeds. He ignores those feelings however and only focuses on what will move him up in the world and insure his survival. As long as he makes a profit in the end then it's none of his concern.

Magic Powers: Rouge despises magic and any of its users, finding disgust in its very existence, but he will not deny its effectiveness in battle. Reluctantly he has learned a few spells that he feels the most useful with his type of fighting.

Thief: Once casted Rouge becomes a master of stealth and is nearly impossible to detect, though casting this spell greatly decreases his strength. It is possible to correct this effect, but he still finds himself reluctant in learning how.

Chains: This spell is used to subdue opponents once activated. Once the spell is cast several chains shall erupt from ground below the target and trap his enemies. It is most useful when holding down foes for attacks, or for keeping them grounded for him to escape.

Weapons: A steel sword, a few knives and a small bag filled with smoke bombs he made himself.

Bio: He only speaks of his past if paid the right price.

Anything else: Rouge is surprisingly good with children and even enjoys interacting with them, finds them to be a nice distraction from the harsh reality of the world. He also enjoys the slums and the scum who roam them, but he feels most at home within the taverns.

The Dark Knight

Name:
Unknown ( To be revealed )

Age:
40-50

Gender:
Male

Appearance:
1538500135372.png (Disregard the bat-symbols)

Personality and Attitude:
Not much is known about the dark knight. He rarely talks and when he does, his tone and way of speech are direct and straight to the point. He doesn't talk until it's necessary or talked too and he doesn't seem to be social by any means. Even with this, he cares deeply about the lives of innocents and will sacrifice his life for the greater good, even if it means facing the army of a kingdom he once fought for or laying down his life in the line of duty.

Magic Powers:
No recorded magical powers were mentioned in reports of the Dark Knight, but many have said that he is accompanied by a flock of bats when he enters or leaves a place or when his victim lays fallen, much like a calling card.

Weapons:
1538500786222.png
A mythical sword conceived in the Forge of skulls and imbued by corrupted dark magic, some witnesses say that there is a dark aura surrounding the blade. Spectators mentioned the Dark knight's victims starting to lose their sanity from fear, which most scholars and wizards theorized comes from the blade itself

His cape seems to be woven from leather and covered by the scales of a young dragon. It provides minimal protection against blades and arrows but mostly protects against fire and explosions

The dark knight carries a slew of weaponry on him and on his horse. Bows, throwing knives, shields, extra armor, smoke powder, grappling hooks and so on.

Bio:
A threat to some, a bounty for others and a myth to most, the Dark Knight is a legend shrouded in mystery. No one knows who he is or where he came from and those who did never saw the light of day. He first surfaced many decades ago, inspiring fear into the barbarians and brutes in the wild and striking terror to criminals in the night. Reports of sightings of the dark knight have varied from time to time. One time he can be in a nearby town and the next in an opposing kingdom in the short span of a day. This has led some people to believe that he may be a wizard who is able to teleport, a time traveler righting the wrongs of the past or even many people taking on the mantle of the dark knight all throughout the continent, inspired by the original dark knight. No one knows who he is, all they know is that if you see him, pray you have done no wrong or that your judgment is quick.

Anything else:
He wasn't summoned by any of the Princess' soldiers, rather going to the kingdom himself due to a prediction from a fortune teller of an ensuing battle between good and evil.

Name: Nixene Alba
Age: 149
Gender: Female
Appearance:
35739956-352-k289289.jpg

Personality and attitude: Nixene is a manipulator in the highest order. She gets what she wants, even from those who hate her. She uses the forms of anyone or anything that would prove useful to her plans.

She also is very fickle when it comes to acquiring new hobbies. Much like people, she will pick up new distractions and gain passing skill with the craft before growing bored and moving on. Occasionally she goes back to a skill or trade five or ten years later to brush herself up on the topic.

She is the same with researching topics. She has a smattering of knowledge in many areas, but only if she had once found them interesting enough to study.

Magical powers: Nixene is what is known as a True Vampire: A vampire who had gained her powers through a magical ritual, not through being bit by another vampire and biting that one in return. Much like with any True vampire, any minor weakness they have is magnified in the vampires she creates, and any strengths she had are lessened in them as well. This is why vampire spawn burst into flame in contact with sunlight, and why a true vampire is only inconvenienced with a sunburn that will heal.

Nixene is frightfully strong and fast for her size and can shapeshift. While other True Vamps represent their clans with Bats or Wolves, hers are represented by insects. At will she can become a swarm of insects of varying types.

Nix also has complete control over insects within a five mile radius of her. With them she can see, hear, touch, smell, and generally perceive her surroundings. She can use insects to speak as well, manipulating their buzzing and other noises to create language.

As long as one insect of her swarm body survives, she can use it to gather up a new body for herself. This also means she can "teleport" within a five mile radius, cause she can reform wherever there are enough insects to make her body.

Her shapeshifting can also come in the form of manipulating her appearance. While in her human like form she can take on various disguises as well as changing what she is wearing. The transformation itself happens by briefly revealing the swarm before reforming into a human.

Nixene uses her insects in a variety of dark magic like necromancy, potion making, and the like. She is less of a hands on fighter than she is a manipulator and a schemer who gathers intel in secret.

History: Nixene was a human once. She was a kind and sheltered thing from all outward appearances. Sheltered and cared for in the small Albanian kingdom, it was said that she had not known strife before her evil stepmother had moved in.

The stories and rumors were that she was purely a victim of her Evil Step mother, a cruel sorceress whom had nearly killed her, but true loves kiss had brought Nixene back to life from her slumber.

In truth, the story was far more nuanced and grey than that. Nixene had met with Seven men in the woods, like the stories had said, however it wasn't out of happenstance. They had been a cabal of necromancers and vampires, and their group had been planning Nixene's transformation long before the arrival of the Stepmother. The only thing that did was speed up the time table.

The Stepmother, One Sancta Bellator, had been sent there by her god. She was a paladin of magic, crusading against the corruption of vampirism. She married into that kingdom under cover, suspecting the heiress in a heretical plot.

Unfortunately Bellator had been far too late. Though she had poisoned the girl with the sacred apple, which had been supposed to kill her and cleanse her soul for the afterlife, Nixene and her cabal of dwarven necromancers proved too strong. Nixene rose from the grave, sucking the life out of the prince whom had sought to save her with love. It is said Nixene still roams the planet to this day.

Full name: Tharraleos Polemistis

Nickname: Tharr (mainly used by allies)

Age: Just under 400 years old

Species: Vardia Griffin (mutated)

Gender: Male

Minor height: 3 feet, 4 inches

Minor weight: 260 pounds

Major height: 5 feet, 8 inches

Major length: 12 feet

Major weight: 700 pounds

Sexual orientation: Asexual

Occupation: Tharr partakes in a number of fighting tournaments yearly and earns a good amount of prize money. He also frequents work as a bodyguard, usually giving protective aid to higher ups like royalty or politicians.

Alignment: True Neutral

Dominant paw: Ambidextrous

Diet: Carnivorous

Residence: Tharr has no consistent living situation. He primarily finds shelter within the mountain range of whatever region he's in. During his time making these places his temporary home, he becomes a protective guardian of sorts for the area, shielding it from harm.

Hobbies and talents: Training his mind, body and soul for combat occupies a majority of his time. Aside from battle, he is quite the skilled poet, often converting his experiences throughout his life into poems of various types. Tharraleos is an adept yoga practitioner. It keeps his mind and spirit clear and is a crucial component of his training among other meditative practices.

Likes: Tharraleos prides himself in excellent hygiene, and this is most evident in his love of extended bathing. Whatever areas of clean, natural water he finds among his travels are almost always visited. Aged wine is his other luxury of his and enjoys a wide variety of such on an almost day to day basis. Even more evident is his affinity for travelling. Tharr is in constant search of adventure whether to seek worthy combatants, or simply a change of scenery to further his wisdom.

Dislikes: Weak or inexperienced opponents irritate Tharraleos to the point of boredom. He also despises losing a battle only if he didn't try with all his might. Modern technology is also something he despises, although this may pass much like it has with previous advancements in technology. Phones, computers and anything of the like are useless tools for Tharraleos and while he does have the ability to adapt to them quite easily, he prefers to ignore them entirely.

Personality: Despite his affinity for combat, Tharraleos is rather amicable towards many issues, occasionally to the point of apathy. He is habitually unconcerned with the problems of others simply out of sheer disinterest. Tharr is a stubborn beast who believes his way of approaching things to be ideal. It is not easy to change his mind, just as it isn't easy to convince him he is wrong or he should care about a particular issue. He’s largely content to let the troubles of the world pass him by and doesn’t bother with issues other than his own. Tharraleos feels at peace with himself and will assist those who grasp his intrigue to the best of his ability. He however, is still mostly indifferent with the entire perspective compared to his objects of interest. He overall does what’s necessary for survival and holds little care for anything at all.

If Tharr has spent an abundance of time in one place, restlessness will likely ensue and he will yearn for the opportunity to travel. He has a desire to see the world and experience its mystery. Tharraleos seldom has a destination and revels in the journey itself above all else. He often has trouble maintaining focus and interest on a single topic. He commonly multitasks and gets bored quickly unless the subject appeals to him enough. It’s difficult to anger him as he takes very few slights to heart.

Notwithstanding his docile nature, Tharraleos will lash out swiftly, violently, and with intent to end the problem for good if provoked. He has a very clear sense of ownership, property, and commitment with notable emphasis on these traits. Breaking a vow to a him is often an unforgivable offense. Undeniably honorable, he lives his by his words and this designation holds great merit. He is extremely confident, though in a more stoic and less outspoken manner. Although he has a strong sense of self-worth and may express it in a particularly abrasive form of self-righteousness.

He has a natural warrior-like mentality, preferring to fight stronger opponents rather than weaker ones and generally shows reluctance to fight those he considers weaker than himself. Tharraleos has incredible amounts of courage, both physically and mentally. That being said, he has the ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation with no problem. He can easily face physical pain, hardship, death, or threat of death. He acts rightly in the face of popular opposition, shame, scandal, or discouragement. Tharraleos is not one to usually take the role of leader. When applicable, he more enjoys being the backbone or enforcer of a group. If this position is given to him and he has no other option than to accept, his natural born leadership is shown. This is when his fondness for impassioned speeches is seen to boost the morale of his followers and to bestow them his immense knowledge.

Physical description: gryphotair_by_succulentgarden-dcl0pgq.png

As a result of a genetic mutation, Tharraleos is a composite creature with two semi-autonomous lion bodies making up his frame. The result of this is a bipedal (minor) torso attached to a quadruped (major) body where the head would normally be. He is a large, majestic and robust warrior, sporting a very toned physique throughout that's built to mostly supplement power with a deceptive amount of agility and flexibility. Despite nearing four hundred years of age, he has the appearance of one in their late twenties or early thirties. Tharr's fur and feathers are almost always very well groomed, which gives the former a plush and downy appearance with the latter more streamlined for aerodynamic resistance. Pampering himself to such a degree has a most favorable hidden purpose. Derived from his metamorphosis, each patch of hair and every individual feather has gone under natural painstaking reinforcement growth over many years for varying purposes while still serving their intended functions. While they are soft to the touch and flow in the lightest of breezes, their density rivals steel and notably heavier, though the added weight is hardly an issue for Tharraleos. This means, in essence, he's constantly equipped with a natural, all-encompassing armor and helmet so long as he upkeeps them.

Both bodies have hardened skin comparable to stone and covered mostly in medium length, tan colored fur on a primarily feline frame. Excluding this is his head and neck in which white plumage is covered throughout. Perched on the sides of his head are a pair of wide, slightly pointed and erect white feathered horns that give him an additional foot in height and have a slight outward curve. These reach a foot and a half in total length. These lighter colored feathers are contoured and protect him from the elements. Bony and angled ridges are seen protruding just above his eyes that give Tharr a perpetual scowl. His eyes are mostly avian in appearance and function, blinking upwards as a result. He possesses black, round and large pupils with yellow irises and the sclera hidden below his eyelid. A piercing and rigid gaze is the expression these eyes primarily convey. His nictitating membrane can be seen on the inner corners of his eyes. Mostly translucent in appearance, this third eyelid sweeps horizontally across the entirety of his eyes and offers additional protection. This serves to moisturize his eyes or to clear debris while not hindering vision.

His beak has a cream colored cere with bright gold making up the rest and a pronounced hook forming at the tip. A pair of ovoid nares are visible at the base that lead to his respiratory system. Thin gaps are faintly visible along the middle of the top and bottom of this protrusion. Tharraleos’ mandibles are naturally a set of quadrants and can flare open further for a more ranged bite. Dwelling within his rostrum is a pink, elongated and triangular forked tongue with longitudinal ridges. These ridges serve to guide food down the throat. There is also an adjustable hole in the tongue that closes in the midst of swallowing. It also acts as a vent that lets in variable amounts of air to increase the entry of air to the lungs during flight. It additionally grants increased airflow for temperature regulation during days of searing heat.

Hidden with his bill is a series of protractible twenty eight feline teeth. Four molars and eight premolars are his carnassials. They're a highly effective, self-sharpening slicer and is his primary source to chew food. Seven inches in length are his four notable fangs in place of canine teeth. These have two layers; the inner pushes the teeth halfway out and used mostly for expressiveness, the outer extending them to full length. Between his fangs are twelve much smaller incisors that are arranged in the middle of his beak and are utilized for increased grip on prey. While his teeth are unsheathed, Tharr has the inability to close his bill fully until he retracts them. The teeth are also arranged in a way that they are evenly dispersed between the four parted sections.

An abundance of russet pelage loops around and connects to the bottom of his neck feathers that hangs from his shoulders and forms a dense, overly tufted mane of fur covering the breadth of his chest. It ends at a point at the bottom of his stomach with streaks of blonde and black present throughout. His large and powerful paws have five digits each, including a dewclaw that provides extra grip on prey. Though this thumb-like digit is not opposable, resulting in an alternate way to handle everyday objects. Soft, load bearing brown pads are present on each paw, including digital pads on all of his digits, palmar pads on his palms and carpal pads for added traction. Hidden within his paws is a natural weapon for him. Protractible claws can be unleashed from all digits at any time and are five inches in length. As a result of extensive refinement, the claws of Tharraleos are not only as sharp as a knife, but have sturdiness that prevents breakage.

A pair of dense and durable wings with thick black feathers on both sides protrude from the major body's shoulder blades. With an outstretched span of forty feet, they fold along his sides with bottoms ending just before his tail feathers when not in use. Multiple layers of small, contoured, plumage make up the base with much larger flight feathers outlining the bottom. Twelve primaries attach at the metacarpal and phalangeal bones at the far end of each wing that are responsible for forward thrust. Sixteen secondaries hang from the ulnas that are necessary for lift. A much more elongated band of six tertiaries arise on the brachial region and are not considered true remiges. They aren't supported by attachment to the humerus bone. These true tertials act as a protective cover for all the folded primaries and secondaries. His unique physiology allows them to be used as fully functioning extremities; stretching, extending and manipulation of his plumage as coils and digits to interact with items of interest.

The anterior third of his major body and upper half of the frontal legs are lined with black feathers. The latter of which also has a more avian constitution with a heavily reinforced, golden yellow tarsus starting just below his knees. The feet of these limbs are a same colored pair of four digit anisodactyl talons. The hind toe can freely rotate forward and backwards to place itself beside either of the outer digits for varying purposes. The front position is best suited for running, climbing and combat while flight and prehension get most use with it facing back. Gold scutes are present on the top surface of the metatarsus. Long, curved and black claws protrude from each deeply clefted toe. His hind legs are furred and retain a feline build like the majority of his body. The digittrade nature of these talons and paws results in him walking mostly on his toes with the posterior part of the feet raised. A lion tail juts out from the rear of his body with a length of six feet, eight inches. In place of a tuft of fur at the tip is series of tail feathers that are wedge shaped and extend four and a half feet out. The rectricies themselves have been crafted to yield bladed properties and are white colored with a black covert at the base. This avian portion of the tail can also fan out to the sides in the form of a semicircle. This appendage aids in balance and frequently shifts about.

Abilities

Enhanced Condition: A masterpiece of biological engineering, Tharraleos possesses prime physical and mental condition.

He's capable of vast amounts of strength as well as the ability to run up to eighty miles per hour in open terrain. Most notable, given his brutal, bestial fighting style and raw strength, with which he can crush stone with his bare paws and talons. His layered defenses provide excellent protection from most kinds of attacks and his durability allows him to withstand great amounts of force. He also showcases a notable amount of dexterity and awareness of his various limbs and is able to seamlessly coordinate their movements effectively. His legs can be used to send him leaping incredible distances, covering frighteningly tall heights or vast expanses and landing without harm. Furthermore, he can suffer prolonged amounts exhaustion before succumbing to the fatigue. Even so, he can function on low amounts of power, allowing him to operate for an extended amount of time and remain collected through stressful or painful situations. Tharraleos has drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing him to maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to. The extent of this is so great that in Tharraleos' perspective, the world around him appears to temporarily flow at a much slower pace than normal.

He has an extremely well developed sense of balance and can precisely control his movements and muscles, making him unable to be uncoordinated. He can only fall over when physically uprooted or pushed, though most times he can land on his feet. Through much practice, Tharraleos can root himself on even the most unstable of surfaces and can fight at seemingly impossible angles and positions. Also with ample training, he has learned to bend and twist his body far beyond the normal limits of physiology, although still only from the joints. His joints, muscles, tendons and physiology in general is modified to allow him to perform near-boneless looking contortions without stress or damage and stay in any position he chooses as long he needs to without effort or strain. This gives his minor body much freedom and a wide range of motion, being able to lean and twist in various ways with forward motions being less restricted. That being said, with a combination of balance, strength and flexibility, Tharr is able to mostly straighten his entire body out. From here, he can stand upright on his rearmost legs to allow bipedal locomotion. Walking like this feels unnatural in spite of its ease though this linear stance has some benefits. He's quite acrobatic as well despite his size and Tauric frame, being able to dexterously perform a wide variety of flips and somersaults.

He has immense memory and other mental capacities, allowing thinking on several different levels at once and while multitasking. He can remember great volumes of information and can recall a vast majority of the details of his experiences. Because he has existed for countless years, he possesses great wisdom: deep understanding and realization of concepts, people, things, events or situations, resulting in the ability to apply perceptions, judgments and actions in keeping with this understanding. It often requires control of his emotional reactions so that universal principles, reason and knowledge prevail to determine one's actions. His genius level intellect; harbors exceptional intellectual ability, creativity, and originality. He’s become adept with higher mental faculties, better calculation skills, greater reasoning skills, and superior learning capacity.

Attributed by his mutation, Tharraleos has an expert level regenerative healing factor. Lesser and moderate wounds heal within minutes. Critically and fatally damaged cells can regenerate, preventing scars. Damaged nerves can be repaired to some extent and cellular senescence is drastically reduced, granting his halted aging. Near immunity to disease, toxins and drugs is also given. If blood loss is survived, entire limbs can eventually be restored if given the needed time. At worst, Tharr can be reduced to just his minor body and head. So long as his brain and minor heart stay intact, his whole body can be restored; taking a century's time at most for full recovery.

Battle Cry: Tharr is able to roar with such thunderous force that it can cause vibrations with his ferocious vocal cords. It begins with the piercing screech of an eagle and transitions into the booming roar of a lion. The force of the bellow is strong enough to damage hearing, cause fear, paralyze foes or cancel out opposing attacks.

Enhanced Vision: Tharr's eyesight is comparable to other avians, though it can act as a sort of telescope, allowing him to further increase his vision by up to eight times at will and see with great clarity from remarkable distances. Using this will cause his pupils to gradually increase to nearly twice the size. His eyes also allow him to perceive his surroundings in the darkest of areas as if they were under light. Once the night vision is activated, his irises don a greenish hue. Both of these sight enhancers can be switched on and off instantly with a simple blink of his eyes.

Predatory Instinct: An innate sixth sense that has enabled him to become a master of hunting and tracking. Numerous factors of a situation can be discerned that makes him superb at pursuit and capture. This includes what move a foe will make, their destination (if within proximity or enough knowledge is available) as well as how to effectively cause prey to fall victim to him in combat/pursuit. Tracking down others is fruitless by various means, ranging from scents to footprints. After prolonged experience, he can follow tracks that are days or even weeks old. It is entirely possible for him to reconstruct prior events using his senses alone. By hunkering his body to its lowest point and suppressing his footsteps, Tharr can be somewhat stealthy, though this has mixed success and generally fruitless.

Flight: While a crude and clumsy flier when compared to the far lighter and more aerodynamic bodies of birds, Tharraleos is capable of sustained flight with soaring speeds averaging a hundred and ten miles per hour. It takes significant effort to get off the ground and is best accomplished from a height he can jump from, and then flying by his own wings takes a great deal of energy, and so he stays aloft by gliding through updrafts and thermals like a bird of prey rather than through beating his wings. While it's nigh impossible to sustain lift with just his wings alone, he can hover about in place for a short time through taxing flaps. He can make use of the built up momentum for a lethal dive, potentially reaching speeds exceeding three hundred miles per hour. Tharr has an enhanced lung capacity that grants him the ability to adapt to high altitude environments. He is able to withstand extremely high or low air pressure and isn't disoriented or deprived of normal breathing capacity by it as well as high wind friction, accompanied by an innate immunity to vertigo or fear of heights. He has learned to master control of flight and can perform a range of graceful aerobatic maneuvers with ease.

Climbing: With various limbs of his, Tharraleos is able to climb and otherwise move nimbly on angled or vertical surfaces. This is as long as he can gain a hold of it and keep his balance. This provides most usefulness during ground travel or to scale vast mountains when his flight isn't an option.

Aerokinesis: Tharraleos has limited control over the element of wind. With a hefty flap of either of his wings, he can create and launch razor sharp, crescent-shaped constructs of wind from the air around the feathery appendage. These cover a wide area and are known to cut through metal, but their range is subpar and it takes some time for it to be unleashed. His tail can release identical projectiles, only they are a third the size, can be launched at four times the rate, and only deal a fourth the damage. Using his enhanced lung capacity mentioned above, he can release a cone shaped torrent of wind from his beak. The reach of this is rather far and the most it would accomplish is knocking an opponent off balance for a short time.

Geokinesis: Much like the element of wind, Tharraleos has very little control over the element of earth. By using his formidable strength, he can send a paw or talon to the ground with enough force to create fissures with a maximum radius of fifteen yards. Narrow tremors can be made for more precise attacks. This same process can be used while climbing to sculpt a landmass or to slice large chunks of rock clean off a surface to create avalanches or rockfalls.

Fighting style: With an abundance of individual combat experience between bipedal and quadruped forms over most his life predating his mutation, Tharraleos’ dual-bodied frame yields a unique method of fighting he has highly potent mastery over. He specializes primarily in short and mid ranged tactics. Moreover, he has learned to utilize his added beastly traits to maximum efficiency. The dagger-like horns atop his head hold notable piercing strength and are backed by powerful neck muscles for maximized puncturing. His beak can send forth a barrage of quick and deadly pecks in addition to a lethal bite using his formidable fangs. These fangs, while not as keen as his molars, are perhaps one of his most deadly means of attack and are as sharp as a blade, able to break through bone with little effort. The claws sheathed within his quartet of paws can be rather deadly with his great proficiency and strength behind each slash. His taloned feet are remarkably powerful and prehensile, able to grasp things with alarming strength, speed and accuracy. The claws of these avian feet are dense and lethal; the hind toe targeting vital areas of prey while they're held immobile by the front toes. The end of his flight limbs can twist into a makeshift fist for bludgeoning opponents with about as much force as an actual punch. They can also be used defensively by wrapping around his body for protection and offensively by lashing the feathered fists forth with speed, power and notable range. These wings can support his weight on the ground with their resilience that gives them evasive purposes as well. His tail feathers while folded act as a blunt instrument comparable to a lead pipe while flaring them out makes them a keen slicing tool much like a razored fan. Both are effective with broad, wide angled swings of his tail.

He is an analytical and strategic genius, allowing him to swiftly and thoroughly examine his opponent's combat style through even the faintest of movements and reacts accordingly. He can quickly understand an opponent's method of thinking and combat style. Once he understands his opponent's strategy, he's able to find their flaws and weaknesses and gain the upper hand with little effort. Tharraleos can create strategies and plans several steps ahead of his foe, making it seem as if he has a sense of precognition. He is able to elaborate complex plans and strategies and apply them to combat. He has a refined balance of offence and defense which he can fluently lean towards one or the other depending on his opponent. He commonly begins a battle defensively, primarily focusing on blocking, evading and enduring a number of attacks. This is his way of studying an opponent's tactics and to discover a potential weakness. Once the weakness is found, he begins an unrelenting assault with unyielding force, typically by chaining together a series of attacks in rapid succession using his wide array of appendages that give foes little time to recover.

Overall, Tharraleos is a highly disciplined and exceptionally adept combatant who's well aware of his body's limitations. He’s able to fight at seemingly overwhelming odds with ease and is a very capable warrior on the battlefield, decimating foes with near supernatural finesse.

Weaknesses: His most glaring weakness is his massive size, making him easily targeted and maneuvered around by smaller and faster opponents. Even with all his cognitive prowess, his body simply can't move quick enough to avoid attacks a majority of the time. He's also extremely prideful, which can make him overconfident, overlooking possibilities he really, with his experience, should have seen. Therraleos is also a strictly close range fighter and possesses no magic or ranged abilities. Moreover, his natural armor does have its limits and can fade over time or with a strike with sufficient strength, His much more crucial bipedal torso only accounts for a third of this resilience and is much more susceptible to attacks. Equipped with only his body's natural tools, Tharraleos’ applications while in combat are rather limiting and can be taken down rather easily if he's careless.

Backstory: Tharraleos hails from a warrior race of Griffins with the ability to shapeshift. Naturally bipedal, this in truth acts as a suppressant for their much larger and powerful quadruped forms unleashed under certain circumstances. A somewhat rare and elusive mutation can blend these traits together, nullifying their ability to transform and disfiguring them in various ways. Often creating Tauric monstrosities, they were seen as vastly capable on their own with strength fittingly between the forms. Two and a half centuries passed of a relatively simple life. As Tharraleos began to finally age, his body reversed this process and went back to its prime as he began to undergo the mutation of his kin. For a rather unpleasant one hundred years he gradually morphed into the beast he is in present day. While he initially viewed this change as a curse, this mindset altered once it reached its conclusion and became rather fond of what he became after realizing the power he now possessed. Perpetually honing his strength, he now searches a fitting usage of his prowess.

The Dark Knight

Name:
Unknown ( To be revealed )

Age:
40-50

Gender:
Male

Appearance:
View attachment 488014 (Disregard the bat-symbols)

Weapons:
View attachment 488018

Physical description: View attachment 488054

Dude, I’m very sorry, but my short attention span is not letting me read all of this. To me, this is all too much information all at once, and I simply can’t work with it. Is there any way you can give a short version of all of this to me? ?

Well, let's see. Tharraleos is rather simplistic in the grand scheme of things in spite of the wall of text. He's a Tauroid Griffin with no real powers to speak of. In combat,he strictly claws, bites and punches his foes. Decades of battle has brought him to peak mental and physical condition. His main abilities stem from the mutation he underwent. His fur and feathers are tough as steel as long as he upkeeps them. This also gives his tail feathers bladed properties. He's stoic and prideful with an affinity for combat and generally resides in mountainsides during his abundant travels. Suffice to say, he's ready to risk his life on the front lines mainly for the hell of it and a chance to hone his prowess further.

Gender: Male

Appearance:
1538522326621.png

Personality and Attitude:
Quiet and reserved. Kel is pragmatic and often won't mind taking an unorthodox approach to win a fight or solve a situation. That being said, he abides by a code of morals in order to ensure that he reaches his peak without resorting to out and out deception.

Magic Powers: (If you have any, and also list if you are a magical creature here as well (not needed for regular human characters))
None

Weapons: (Optional)
Sutā ken (スター剣, "Star-Sword")
A Katana forged in ages past, handed down the family to the next Firstborn. Made of a steel found inside of a meteorite, the weapon has an unmatched durability, allowing the user to ignore the fragility found in the Katana-styled swords that is usually the case. Other than that, it boasts no special powers, other than it seems to emit a faint white 'aura' when exposed to moonlight. Like all other Katana swords, the weapon cleaves through unprotected flesh like butter and can slip through chinks in armor. It is light and easily handled with it's hand and a half hilt, allowing it to be one-handed or two handed. The Guard is made of the same metal and is a little wider to allow it to more easily protect the fingers.

Bio: (Can be explained in the RP itself if you don’t want to list it here)

Born to an unamed family in a far-off village, Kel grew up to a normal life. Roughly ten years before the current day, Kel's village was attacked by bandits and raiders, and burned to the ground. While most of the village survived, Kel swore revenge on those who committed the act. His father, loath to see his only child and son go off on what he saw as a wild goose chase, refused Kel's pleas to be trained in all that his father knew.

After months of begging, his father relented. The training was grueling and brutal, often seeing Kel go days without rest, food, or water, in order to strengthen his resolve for his journey ahead. The training he had endured had quenched his thirst for revenge, and instead awakened a new lust. After training for years, Kel yearned to become the world's greatest swordsman, eventually forgoing all he knew in the pursuit of that goal.

While it was no longer for revenge, he recognized the sort of power having that skill would grant him, enough to maybe protect the new village he had inhabited from another raid. So he set off, fighting for 4 years for coin, bed, and for whichever lord would employ him. His voice was even crippled after a pitched battle that saw his throat slashed, and after the care of an inexperienced mage who failed to cast a healing spell properly, leaving him mute due to the strain it takes for him to speak. Due to his injuries, Kel has simply learned to nod, shake his head, and grunt his intent. It has seemed comical at times, but the obstacle only strengthened his resolve.

Anything else:
Partially mute due to injuries sustained in battle. Kel does know a little sign language, but does not often use it as speaking is still possible, just painful for him.

Personality and Attitude:
Zack is a person with little morals and the idea that life is only really worth it for the action we can find in it. These central ideas have allowed him to commit crimes without a care of the consequences and monstrosities without a care for the lives he may be taking. This little care has also made him outcast from society and extremely wanted criminal. The loneliness has forced him to create his own friend whom he refers to as "Lathos" and has created a small amount of paranoia that has made him scared of the royal family and most other rich/famous people (bio says why he's helping). When he began developing the personality he has today he used his fire magic as a coping mechanism and may from time to time light fires out of the need to return to a seemingly happy exterior.

Magic Powers: (If you have any, and also list if you are a magical creature here as well (not needed for regular human characters))

. Fire Magic
Zack's main form of combat comes in his fire magic, he doesn't use too much other magic beyond this because of the history he has with it. He can usually control the strength of his flames to be appropriate to the situation but has at times lost control with the worst case being when he burned down his home village. Zack has the possibility to be burned to death at levels of magic like this

Weapons: (Optional)
He carries a few daggers but nothing else of too much interest.

Bio: (Can be explained in the RP itself if you don’t want to list it here)
Zack began his life in a small village, most of his early life was spent simply working on his family farms and some of the local mining companies. However when he was working in one of the mines he discovered an ancient book of runes. He took the book home and used it to learn about magic and was primarily enchanted by fire magic which he found to be the most artistic of any magical forms.

After teaching himself magic he hoped to continue his research by creating a mask that could amplify the magical abilities of the user. He created his mask but upon testing it burned down his village and he was exiled very soon afterwards. While traveling he contemplated everything that had happened up to then and it was in this time that he developed much of who he was.

He finally came upon the capitol of the kingdom and began a small crime spree, and a few murders, that lasted just under a year before he was captured and put in jail. He overheard that the princess was looking for warriors from the guards and saw an opportunity to get some of his freedom back. It took him a while but eventually Zack convinced the guards that he would actually help out and not kill them all upon being released. To persuade them he gave himself a small mark on his wrist that creates a burning effect throughout his body when he tries to kill/harm a person they don't want him to.

Anything else:
He carries a mask that when taken from him will cause him to go extremely violent.

Name: Human translation is Hrathgaer.

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Appearance: Hrathgaer.jpg(Default of 24 feet tall)

Personality and Attitude: Hrathgaer may look like he's about ready to squeeze you into paste at a moments notice but he's a lot more interested in learning about the world around him. He loves birds, and music. And is quite the dancer. Even though his dancing is more like a ox in its death throes. He has fun doing it. Even if everyone else is at extreme danger of being accidentally stepped on by the prancing giant. He's pretty easy going. And even though he has a child like sense of humor, he will beat the crap out of things when they don't give him a choice about it. He above most things just wants a place to call a home. He loves to show off his epic strength.

Magic Powers:

Giant Powers

Giants are very strong. There aren't many that can brag about being as strong as this massive race.

Not only can giants beat literally anyone at arm wrestling. They can with a bit of focus change their size to be more along human lines. Hrathgaer's not the best at keeping up this ability but all it really takes is experience.

He doesn't need conventional food to survive. Wood, and other organic material is just fine.

Weapons: (Whatever's at hand)
Large log that is equal parts weapon and snack.

Bio: Hrathgaer was born in a giant clan up north. Where the sky was bleak, and the air was biting cold. He lived a mostly good normal life for a giant. Patrolling the foothills. Hunting oxen like rabbits. And using sharp logs as toothpicks. He was short for a giant and he was often teased for this. Often the target of bullying for being weak, and small. This taught him how to fight barehanded. Hrathgaer became a bit of a fisticuffs master until a raid by another clan left Hrathgaer's home looted. His clan was wiped out for territory. Against the odds, Hrathgaer escaped. He retreated south. Away from the land of giants and towards the country of humans. He learned a bit of the human language from travellers, and he's become a bit of a drifter while learning about the beautiful world of the south.

Anything else: He speaks a little weird but given time he'll ditch the speaking impediments.

Bio:
Hailing from the Lunar Isle, Lythian Republic*, Rokka spent most of his childhood as a jack-of-all-trades. From farming to carpentry, the young orphan had much to offer to others, but owes little to himself. He eventually enlisted in the Lythian Navy when he turned eighteen and served for many decades. He was able to travel to many kingdoms and explore the world of which had eluded his grasp during his teenage years. The young marine learned the values of camaraderie and racial integrations of the progressive Republic, earning him a place with the Mermaids and many other magical races that served together with him. Rokka eventually made a name for himself during the Lythian Civil War, rescuing many of his comrades behind enemy lines. This earned him the nickname "Ol' Faithful" and he was given command of a small flotilla shortly after. Although he possess no magical skills, his relations with the mermaids gave him insights to expansive knowledge of the water-dwellers - making him quite formidable in water.

Rokka, throughout the years as a small commodore, would put his carpentry and physical skills to use - contributing minor accessories that revolutionize the Lythian Navy. Things such as the portable lamp fueled by mana crystals, conceal-carry weaponry, and collapsible shields, quickly furthered his ascendance to the rank of Admiral in the Lythian Navy. He was wounded during his last battle against pirates, which affects his right leg, rendering him vulnerable to long marches or straining hikes. He slowly faded away into the background as a simple overseer of the Lythian Navy, while able to hold onto his title as an honorary Admiral.

When the call for the gathering of heroes were given, Rokka was reluctant at first - mindful of his old age. But the man eventually picked up his sword again, and left his home to answer the call.

*Lythian Republic:
A small coastal kingdom to the Southeastern side of the continent, the Lythian Republic main exports are its fisheries, craftsmanship, and exotic Mermaid goods. The Lythians are known to have volunteered in many wars that were waged on the continent, and have the peace at sea with their long-standing naval power. The Lythian Republic is built upon a constitution, and governed by a council of hand-selected members. Differing from that of the traditional monarchist kingdom, the Lythian Republic interests stray far from war, and was established as a republic during its founding as a profit-driven port-city. Most of the Lythians are more interested in trading opportunities rather than war.

The Republic was one of the first to dismantle racial segregation and services, further diversifying their military and societal traditions. There is little tensions between magical creatures within the Republic, as amended by the Constitution's long-standing rights.

Anything else:
- Rokka can survive in water for a long time, due to his experience and time in the Navy alongside the water-dwelling races.
- Rokka loves to go fishing and will not hesitate to participate in any hobbies aside from saving the world.

Name: Human translation is Hrathgaer.

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Appearance: View attachment 488449(Default of 24 feet tall)

He retreated north. Away from the land of giants and towards the country of humans. He learned a bit of the human language from travellers, and he's become a bit of a drifter while learning about the beautiful world of the south.

Anything else: He speaks a little weird but given time he'll ditch the speaking impediments.

Personality and Attitude: Brave and Bold, Caring and Smart, will always do what is right (even in the most difficult of decisions), is also a bit of a hopeless romantic, can be full of himself at times, and does have difficulty working with others, but at the end of the day, he means well and wants to see the world around him be safe and well

Magic Powers: Very Strong Light Magic

Weapons: The Blade of Order (the sword in the picture)

Bio: Much of his character will be revealed in time, but for now I will say that he is the son of the master of the universe (the creator of the realm) and thus he is very well respected and has high official order of the lands. He is also very powerful, and thus will be the strongest ally in the story, even stronger than the princess herself. (Though he isn’t god status, don’t worry. Even the creator of the universe isn’t as powerful as a true god)
