• Tijiht Atoll was one of the first planets in the universe to be able to sustain life. Since the time of the first beginnings of life, Tijiht Atoll had displayed trillions upon trillions of different kinds of living organisms. Due to how long life has had it’s roots in the planet, the humanoid residents, and even other living beings have learned the secrets of advanced technologies and a variety of magicks. This has, however, led to several wars of course, due to certain species being threatened by another. There was a long period of times from around 294,000,000 B.C. to 293,999,170 B.C., which wiped out a great many species residing on th planet. A certain few species rose above the others, and continued to advance and grow to the point of knowledge they are at today. While tensions do remain high, few wars have broken out since between the species, and little divide is shown inside of a species. Even though some species may dislike others a great deal, and adore others a great more, all the remaining species know that another war would lead to planet destroying effects.
• The main grit of this roleplay would be diplomacy and politics. Leaders would be chosen among the races(by the people of each separate race, correspondingly) and the leader would have to dictate foreign affairs between the other species, deciding where to create alliances and where to create rivals. Along with dealing with foreign affairs, they would have to oversee the production of goods that their species, as a nation, is producing. If one is not a leader, they would either work with the government, or have a job crucial to the continuation of the species(managing worker production, overseeing harvest of raw materials, etc.). There is also a commoner role that is mostly focused towards actual role playing and social interactions. I will elaborate on these jobs later.

  Leader - The Leader is the main man of a species, the guy who gets things done. Each species must have a Leader, and cannot have more than one. As stated, the leader is expected to oversee diplomatic affairs with other species, and to decide whether to make peace treaties, war declarations, etc. The leader makes the final decision on EVERYTHING, unless the Justice Counsel has a unanimous decision to veto the move.
  Justice Counselman - These guys are the second in line people for the government. Each species must have a minimum of three, and no more than eleven. The Justice Counsel meets privately from the rest of the species and convenes on diplomatic issues. They are to give advice to the leader if requested, no matter what. While the Justice Counsel’s main purpose is to gain a group perspective of an issue or decision, they also have the power to override the leader’s decision, if every counselman comes to a consensus. The Justice Counsel’s override cannot be struck down, and stands as a final ultimatum, no matter what.
  Manufacturing Manager - Manufacturing managers oversee the creation, manufacturing, and distribution of goods. They are to work closely with the Production Manager to make sure that necessary goods are being manufactured and sent out for whatever is currently happening for their species. While it is a government job, they have less stress on politics than the Justice Counsel or the Leader. However, they are required to do a thorough check through of production of goods and report to either me or their species leader each week in the roleplay that passes(NOTE: If the Manufacturing Manager reports to the Leader, then the leader MUST report to me.). While they are not required, it is very highly suggested that each species has one(NOTE: If a species is lacking a Manufacturing Manager, then the leader will be expected to overtake this position.)
  Production Manager - The Production Manager is to see to the gathering of raw materials to be used for the creation of goods for their species. The Production Manager for a species will work closely with the Manufacturing Manager to make sure that an appropriate amount of goods(decided by me) is being produced for the population of a species(decided by the leader). At the beginning of each week, I will have conversations with the Production Manager going over how much their workers are producing, how much material is left to gather in the current area(s) being gathered from, and how much material is left in the species’ nation. If the amount of material that a species has is too low to continue, they will be able to make voyages to other planets to gather material from there, or trade with other species(these decisions would be made by the leader.) This position would most likely have to do the most work, with taking in reports from me, making decisions on where to harvest material, making reports for the Production Manager, etc. Each species is required to have at least one Production Manager. Also to note, if I find discrepancies in the material you have and the goods being produced, you and/or the Manufacturing Manager will be ejected from the roleplay.
  Common Laborer - The Common workers are roles more so focused on social interactions with other than people, rather than working. While the main point of a common laborer is for people who want to focus on interacting rather than working, they must have a job. If a species go to war, all common laborers will have to cease their job to go to war.

  -I have the final say for major decisions. I will decide if a species has lost a war, if a species no longer is able to continue its survival, etc. While I will mostly try and leave it to you guys, I will take presidence as a ‘game master’ of sorts.
  -That being said, by joining this roleplay you will acknowledge the fact that I can request screenshots of any information pertaining to the roleplay. This includes reports being made between Managers, Leaders, the Counsel, even workers. If I have a reasonable doubt in my mind you are somehow cheating, then I can and will request screenshots of such information. Failure to comply will result in ejection from the roleplay.
  -Each species will have their own thread. Other species are NOT allowed to scout out the thread of another species. If I suspect someone of doing this, I will give a warning first, and if I suspect you of continuing to do so I will eject you from the roleplay.
  -Group direct messages or other messaging services are suitable for inter species conventions(for government purposes.). However, I am still able to request screenshots no matter what service you have used for such a meeting.
  -There will be a main hub for interactions not pertaining to politics and managing. This will be purely for interactions between characters.
  -While the Common laborers will be interacting the most, every person is HIGHLY suggested to interact with other characters. As long as you do not completely shirk your duties as a government worker, socialize all the fucking time if you want.
  -This roleplay will require a GREAT amount of perseverance, work, and faithfulness. If you are not willing to devote time to put work into this, do not bother joining.
  -Time will continue on, no matter whether or not someone has left or is inactive. If someone has been inactive for two weeks real time, they will be removed from their position and set as a Common laborer, so that the important tasks can continue to happen. If a person has told us/me beforehand, someone will be assigned to their position upon their leave, and will be relinquished back to them upon their return.
  -I plan on being a part of this, however, I will mostly be governing everyone. I will most likely play a Common laborer so that I can make sure everything is going as is, and then interact now and then.
  -Each species is required to have a minimium of 5 people. If there are any less for a given species, it will be struck off the list, and any who chose it originally must choose a new one.
  

GUYS! We are going to need a SHIT TON of people for this! So if you’re interested, tag anyone and everyone you can! We need as much people as possible, as I plan on this being pretty huge! That being said, don’t be an ass if they say no. I’m looking for about forty people in this bitch.
