The Timeline
1877- Nicola Tesla discoverers a strange type of electrical signal seemingly emanating from the sun. Seven incredibly wealthy benefactors fund a project to respond where they are able to establish contact with the origin of the signal which claims to be a species called the Archaeon. The Luminaries are then formed in order to enact the will of these strange beings.
1878- Augustus Atori is born, his father begins building a fortune in real estate and natural resources.
1899- Augustus inherits his fathers fortune and begins traveling the world in search of evidence of a ancient global civilization.
1930- Augustus ends his adventures and settles down to raise his children Cooper and Daisy.
1938- Augustus atori perishes and his son Cooper inherits his fathers fortune. He immediately signs on to American weapons contracts making a vast fortune using the developments of world war 2 to grow incredibly wealthy.
1966- Cooper and his wife Maria give birth to their son Maxwell. Atori industries becomes broken up in an effort to de-monopolize the American economy and investments in Vietnam lose a lot of money. It becomes apparent that the Luminaries have been sabotaging the Atori family as Cooper has denied their offer to join them.
1985- Cooper perishes in a violent helicopter crash and his son Maxwell only nineteen at the time inherits the company and its assets. He expands into medical technology, toiletries, construction equipment, and a variety of other venues that make it nigh impossible for the luminaries to sabotage.
1990- Maxwell finds a chest hidden in the tree with the tire swing on his family property, inside of it is a ancient crystal sphere that contains immeasurable amounts of energy. Seeing this as an opportunity he prepares a compound on his family property with a variety of signal obscuring technologies being used to prevent spying onto the property. Maxwell is approached by the Luminaries who congratulated him on his success despite their efforts and offer him a position which he accepts in order to get inside information on them.
2001- After seven years constructing the compound, and another four years spent testing on animals and other subjects Maxwell begins human trails starting with his own twin children who are four at the time. After their success and a six month period of observation Maxwell begins gathering children from the globe over to continue his research.
2004- The gathering of children ends after three years and Twenty Six subjects. Phase 2 begins and the gathered children are expirimented on using Weirdrad from the Crystal sphere artifact. All 26 survive though not all display the same mutations. Some are similar to before but with added abilities while others were completely transformed.
2012- Maxwells wife Margret dies of a sudden heart attack and Maxwell pours more into his work with the students. Experienced military personnel from all over the world are brought in to train the children in combat tactics of all kinds while the greatest professors are called in to educate the kids.
2021- Maxwell Atori Dies of Stage four heart cancer leaving the compound, his family fortune, and unfortunately his enemies to his twin children. Records he was protecting while alive fall into the luminaries hands and they mark the 26 children as liabilities and enemies. Roxanne and Roxas Atori take over the group and allow each of the children to choose wether they will stay or go. Seventeen of them leave the compound to go and find a new life leaving seven behind with the twins.
2022- The compound and the siblings find the Luminaries beginning to ramp up conflict and destruction around the world. After a vote the decision is made to wage conflict with the luminaries. Unfortunately the Luminaries have also begun their assault and have been hunting down the seventeen who left the compound. As such the first order of business is to save the other siblings and bring the Rich cult down.
