Rules:
- Follow the site's rules, of course
- No absurdly OP characters.
- You must chose an Elemental power. This is basically Manipulation power, so something like Time i will accept.
- Nothing that is to broad, like Darkness Manipulation, which encompasses a fair amount of powers. You must chose a subcategory of that if that's the case.
- Duplicated powers would like to be avoided as much as possible, however you may use the same power just try to use different moves.
- If you have hard time picking out a power, here is a provided list you can chose from: Elemental Manipulation
- You can create up to three characters, but they must not have the same power
- Tournament does not officially start until at least eight fighters are present. Before then mock battles are allowed, but must be brought up to the moderator for it to be official and accepted.
- This is kind of a given but should be said: This is not a tournament to the death. That way competitors from previous tournaments can still compete if they wanted to (with the same powers of course).
