The Dark City of Halenreind - Can you survive long enough to find the truth?
Something is very wrong in this city, Its been Raining for weeks now, people have been vanishing, and now you get a personal invitation to one of the most popular night clubs in the city, only to find out that there are others there waiting for you . The thing you all have in common: All of you are investigators in one form or another, and your "Mysterious benefactor" has a very special assignment for you. Enter the Bleak City of Halenreind: A Vast overpopulated New York Esc city, set in a Noire 1920's back drop, as you play Investigators set out on a mission to discover what has been Plaguing the people of this city. Though, in the end, you may have wished you'd never have found out...
Anyone is free to join! Simply send me a brief Description of the Character you'd like to play (Name, Backstory, What they look like, Ect.) Though Everyone must be Completely human, This is all about using your whits and skill after all. Whilst the main set up for each character is generally a "Detective" or "Investigator" if you can think of any other kind of occupation and can generalize it, then by all means go for it! One big reminder though: Play Smart. Characters Can and Will die if things go wrong, and you will have to wait until the next chapter to introduce your next character. Also, Remember, this is set in the roaring 20's so roleplay and Act Accordingly

Chapter 1: Meeting at the Camerata Night Club
The smoke is heavy in the Air, the sounds of Laughter and conversation fill the nightclub as the music sets the back drop for an establishment of class and high standards. The Camerata Lounge and Night club, One of the most expensive and ritzy places in town. Not just anyone can get in, and if you can, you've got to know a guy that knows a guy. At a table the the far back, a man sips his drink awaiting the arrival of those he summoned, He's arrived early. He's been here for hours, sipping the same drink , watching the crowd as it filled in, heard the band and they warmed up to start playing the same smooth jazz that would move through the crowd like a wave. He was nervous, and he didn't like to be, he was a man of class and high standards dammit, he couldn't be nervous. But despite it all he was, but he couldn't let it show, he needed to let them know he was in control, that it would work out in the end, no matter what, it would.
