Welcome to the Crimson Pack House, where werewolves make their home and create a bond with each other as no one can ever imagine. Inside of the Crimson Pack House is filled with many werewolves; there are more than fifty people living in the packhouse, and most of those, are the followers of the Alpha who wish to be his loyal subjects. Many people would kill to be in the packhouse, and usually try to build their way up through ranks that would allow them to reside there.
The Alpha's team also resides here as well, which consist of the Beta, Gamma, Delta, and et cetera. But let's not forget about the Alpha's mate, the Luna, who has her female Beta, Gamma, and Delta alongside her.
The rest of the portion is the Pack Warriors, and they live on the upper section of the South wing. The Omegas are the maids and people who serve the house. They live in the lower section of the house which is the South wing.
Everything can be found in the packhouse, to make it a comfortable living for all who reside there.

The Town:
In this story, we come across a town, Ridgefield, that is secluded by the deep, thick and endless greenery of the forest. It was said that the town was placed in the middle of the forest in order to keep visitors from discovering them and to also keep its secret away from the rest of the world. Now the forest only circles around the town, but after making it through the forest, there is a big open field that stretches all around the town and is said to be a couple of miles. This way, when there is an intruder past the forest, the pack guards will be able to spot them from a good distance away in the watchtowers. One day risky humans decided to wander a bit too far into the town and saw something that they weren’t supposed too.
The werewolves.
The town is made up of all their loyal followers who consist of werewolves and some humans who were granted permission to live there, after the constant debate. It wasn't until four centuries ago that an Alpha by the name of Dominic, allowed humans to live here, though he created guidelines that everyone was required to follow, and anyone who broke any of the guidelines was either banished or punished, depending on his mood.
The Crimson Pack House sits just above the town, overlooking the town at night and watching as the moon becomes a light that shines down on Ridgefield.
The Plot:
These young adults must learn how to live amongst each other in the packhouse, now that they are the ones in charge. They also have to work as a team to combat new threats such as Rogues that have been coming together to form alliances. But they must also battle some challenges that are within their lives, such as new romance, betrayal, and et cetera.
The Crimson Pack is the most respected, yet feared pack in America and Canada, they have more than one hundred territories, all with their own town and civilians inhabiting it. Their town/territory sits on the border of America and Canada; meaning they have territory in both the lands. The Crimson pack has been around since the 18th century, which is why their pack and territory is so big, and some say even longer than that. The Beta of the Crimson Pack oversees the Gamma and Delta, who then oversee the other sections of the territories before reporting it to the Beta, who then delivers any news, or message to the Alpha. The same goes for the Gamma. The pack is one of the strongest that anyone has ever seen, and they have their Alpha to thank for. The Alpha of the pack asserts dominance over everyone, including his Luna. Even humans are susceptible to the Alpha's aura.
Here are the roles/ranks of the Crimson Pack. I have also included a description of each ranks obligations, though I didn't put any of their personalities in, because I want that to be done by you all.
There needs to be an interview for the Alpha position. (a series of questions and a paragraph of any scenario, so I can see how your writing is.)
As for the other ranks/roles, you all can give them whatever personality, or backstory that you wish for them to have, but keep it realistic/connected to how someone of that role/rank might behave or interpreted.
Below are the male / female roles that are available and taken, and just below it is a description of the roles.

___________________________
MAIN RANKS:
ALPHA (only 1)-- The Alpha is the handsome and calculating leader of his pack, and holds such a dominance that makes those who look at him, cower at his feet. This is the highest title in any pack, and they are the most respected person there is. They must do all that they can to protect the pack from any harm and lead them into the future. The Alpha is a natural-born leader, and fate bestowed the role of the Alpha to them at birth, where they get to choose who their Beta, Delta and Gamma is. This is why the Alpha sections off different portions of the pack's territory, and gives them to the Beta, Gamma and Delta; where they report back to him every week or two in meetings. Though, if the Alpha is killed, the one who has killed the Alpha is to become the packs new Alpha. The same goes for when the Alpha is in battle, and also if the Alpha is challenged for his role.
Luna (only 1)-- The Luna is almost like the Alpha, except a bit less intimidating than him. The Luna is mated to the Alpha for life and is there to bring peace, and order to the pack, while she leads with the Alpha. Her roles are different, she is seen as nurturer and has her duties to the Alpha with any projects that he may have. The Luna is to also give the Alpha a pup, the next heir to the thrown, sorta-say. But the Luna is also independent and has her own opinions on how things should be run. Once the Luna becomes a Luna...officially after the mating process; she will choose a female Beta, Gamma, and Delta to help her with her duties and to keep her company as the Alpha does.
BETA (only 2 [one for the Luna and Alpha])-- The Beta is the Alpha's and the Luna's second in command, and also a best friend. Before the Delta, is the Beta, who is the second strongest in the pack. She/He too holds a huge role for their title; she/he is the one in charge of the pack when the Luna/Alpha is either sick, away on trips, and you get the idea. The Theta, who is the pack doctor reports to the Beta, as well as the Kappas who are lead hunters, and the Zeta who is the lead warrior reports to the Beta. The Beta has a section of territory in which they have to watch over and report back to the Alpha every week or two.
GAMMA (only 2 [one for the Luna and Alpha])-- The Gamma is the third in command, and is the third strongest. The Gamma is also the oldest ones in the group. The Gamma is seen as a very wise and tactical person in the pack, after the Elders. The Gamma is very strategic and calculating. The Gamma makes sure that when the pack is in battle, they think of a strategy that will aid their troops and also keep civilians safe. The Gamma gets reports from the Epsilon, which are the Guardians around the perimeter of the town and house. The Gamma also gets reports from the Zeta, if the Beta is not around or is busy. The Gamma also has a territory that they watch over and report back to the Alpha.
DELTA (only 2 [one for the Luna and Alpha])-- The Delta is the fourth in command, and is the fourth-strongest of the pack. Like the Gamma and the Beta, he also gets a portion of the territory to watch over and then report back to the Alpha. The Delta handles some of the lower work, which is making sure that everything that is happening in the background is running smooth. The Delta looks over the Lambdas who are the hunters, the Etas who are the warriors and is a messenger to the Elders.
OTHER RANKS:
Zeta (only 1)-- The Zeta is the lead warrior and he/she brings much to the table for war strategies and to lead the warriors into a successful battle.
Theta (only 2)-- The Thetas are the pack doctor and they oversee the whole medical portion of the pack, switching back and forth from their office at the pack house to the one in town.
Epsilon (Unlimited)-- They are the guardians that are around the perimeter of the city, looking out for any danger, threats or Rogues that dare come in.
Eta (unlimited)-- The Eta are the warriors of the pack.
Lambdas (unlimited)-- The Lambdas are the hunters of the pack and kind of like the trackers of the pack.
Sigma (only 2)-- The Sigma is the teacher of the pack and he/she holds much knowledge on the history/culture of the Crimson Pack and Ridgefield, he/she works closely with some of the Elders, Gamma and et cetera, to bring the young pups knowledge of how the Crimson came too and the town.
Upsilon (four at most)-- The Upsilon is the Alpha's spies and they go out of the city, and some stay within the city to report any suspicious behaviour or any threats towards the Pack.
Rogues (Unlimited)-- Rogues are werewolves that have been banished from the Crimson pack or other packs around the world. These Rogues become very nasty and have hatred in their hearts, and news of a Rogue who is leading an army of Rogues around is stirring up in the town. If you wish to be the leader of that Rogue group, just let me know.
Elders (only 2)-- The Elders are the most important members to the pack, just like the Alpha is. The Elders give words of wisdom, advice and anything else that the pack may need answers too. There are other Elders within the territory, so often times they will rotate by having two Elders come in, while two leave and et cetera.
Here are some of the characteristics/appearance of the werewolves that you need to know.
Also just to let those who are on the fence about this rp...due to the fact that it is a werewolf rp, you do not have to keep shifting back and forth as other RP's do. Meaning, you do not have to stay in one form, you can stay in the human form for as long or as little as you wish. Since I know some people may not be experienced in writing about an animal running on all fours.
The Wolf -- Each person is born like any typical human being would be, but at the babes first breath, the soul of their eternal wolf is gifted to them by the moon goddess and has to wait until the age of 13 years old to transform. So basically they have two beings, their human form and their animal form. The wolf is just another side of the human, so they have a mind of their own, but still connected to one another.
Which is why it explains the reason why they eat a lot, in order to maintain an appropriate human energy and animal energy; allowing them to keep their strengths up.
Each wolf is different from the next and some may have wolves that are calm, while others will have hot-tempered wolves and et cetera.
The height of the wolves is very different from any typical woodland wolf. These are mystical creatures, and the Alpha has a towering height of 6 feet, will the rest of the members have the height of five foot, and some close to six feet but never reaching the height of the Alpha. The Alpha has the tallest height to assert dominance over the pack and any intruder.
The fur color is up to you.
The Eyes -- In the human form, they have three eye colors that change from time to time. One depends on whether they are hungry, the other depends on their temper and the last is their natural color.
If their eyes become black completely, that means that they are beyond angry. If their eyes become an orange or yellow color (like the gif you saw in the tab for "Roles/Ranks") that means that they are either hungry or their wolf wants out, and the last color is their natural color when they are in a normal state of mind, so that is up to how you want your character to look.
Mind Linking -- Every wolf is able to mind link with another, which is like telepathy; communicating through thoughts and this is used in both their wolf and human forms.
Shifting -- The typical age for a wolfs first shift is at the age of 13 years old. The latest age to shift is 15 or 16 years old, but that is only if the person is having a mental battle with themselves that conflicts in their wolf first transformation. It does hurt to transform the first time because the human bones are taking a new form for the first time. But the more the shift happens, the less and less painful it is to shift. Which is why when the first shift comes, the young wolf must be in an isolated spot away from people because their judgement is oftentimes clouded by the pain that they undergo. Before the new wolf can shift on its own, they must undergo three full moons, before they can automatically shift whenever they please.

Abilities that all werewolves have:
1. Superhuman... Speed, Strength, Endurance, Agility, Immortality, Shifting, Healing Factors, Night Vision and et cetera.
As for the Healing Factor, they can only heal quickly if they have enough energy. But if they do not and are in a weak state, they can still heal their wound, but it will take a while.
The Marking --Werewolves can mark their mate to show that they belong to each other and the scent from the marking will be picked up by any wolf as a warning to not try anything. Kind of like marking their territory, but marking each other.
Werewolves have their own Religion and Culture apart from the humans, though they do not force the humans who reside in the town convert to the religion of the werewolves. But they do ask the humans to respect it and they will do the same with whatever religion that they have brought into the town.
Religion:
The Moon Goddess -- Is the goddess of the werewolves, granting them their abilities to shift whenever they please, light to guide them the way, showing them their fate, and most importantly, she is the one who decides who their true mates will be.
Culture:
Mates -- Mates are a huge part of the werewolf culture, and the moon goddess gives each werewolf a mate. Mates are not only physically bonded when the mating ritual/heat comes in, but they are mentally connected and share a bond that is so strong that if one is hurt, the other will feel their emotional or physical pain. How it works is once the person has found their mate, they each will share a moment in realization, get to know each other, and then comes the marking. The marking is when the male bites his female mate to seal the deal and make their bond even strong as if they are becoming one. If one mate dies, or the bond is broken, then the other mate will fall into a state of depression and eventually feel as though they can't live without their other half. If this happens, they go through a lot and it takes a lot, like the whole pack to help their member through the pain.
The Goddess Festival -- A big festival thrown at the beginning and at the end of the year. One festival thanking the Goddess for all that she has done for the pack and will continue to do, and the other one is to shower the Goddess with offerings so that they have a great beginning to the year. The festival is a great way to mingle, share with others, bond, and sometimes even find a mate. Also, at the end of the year festival is when the younger pups (13-16 years old), show how they can shift and unshift out of their werewolf form. Failure to do so is looked bad upon themselves and their family members because they had not connected well with the Goddess.
More will be added or if you have anything, let me know and I will add it.
For those on the fence about this, I made a Q/A of questions and also comments you might be thinking and don't feel like asking.... (please ask questions so I can answer them, love to hear from you all!)
1. I don't know anything about werewolves, I don't think this is for me.
------ You don't need to know anything about werewolves, that is why I put everything that I want you to know about them in the tabs, so please feel free to take a look at them because I did this just for you all.
2. This is my first werewolf rp, what if I don't do a good job describing my wolf and them in action.
------ You are completely fine because this is my first rp about werewolves and I had to brush up on some facts and that is why this is a very detailed interest check for those who are on the fence.
3. What is this rp about anyways?
------ Basically it is about a group of young adults from the age of 19 years old and up, that are living in one big pack house that overlooks the town of Ridgefield. They also have to combat through the new challenges of Rogues rising up, other events, and their own challenges too when it comes to betrayals, friendship, and finding their mate.
4. Is this Slice of Life?
------ Yeah, kind of like that. I want all of your inputs and if you have any ideas about events, please run it by me and I will put it into the rp.
5. I don't want to keep switching forms or staying in one form...
------ You are not required to stay in one form, you can change forms as you please and when appropriate. So don't think you'll be writing about your character on all fours running through the forest twenty-four seven. That's not how I roll, most of the time, you will all be in your human forms. If you are battling with another werewolf, feel the need to change to go for a run, or et cetera, then you can shift.
A. PLEASE READ EVERYTHING, I WROTE AND THOUGHT ABOUT IDEAS FOR HOURS, JUST SO EVERYTHING IS COVERED.
1. TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT
2. Follow RPNation rules
3. Fade to black ya nastiesss
4. Have Fun
5. Grammar is recommended (so please re-read your post before posting) and no I am not the grammar police, also I will not penalize you for a grammatical error. I'm just saying that it is highly recommended.
6. A good JUICY DETAILED paragraph is a MUST! So the least I expect is one or two good paragraphs, not six sentences.
7. Save the non-rp drama for your mama.
8. Romance is allowed, and if you have any ideas for the RP that you want to run by me, please let me know. But for the whole mate situation, they will either be chosen for you or you can tell me who you want to be mated too.
9. Don't just drop the RP like flies, LET ME KNOW!
10. Don't leave your partner waiting for you to reply, let them know you have writer's block, Real life has taken over, or let me know what's up. (I LIKE TO BE IN THE LOOP)
11. NO KILLING ANOTHER PERSONS CHARACTER WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION PLEASE!
