Ciel's golden-blond hair is long enough to reach his shoulders. He combs his hair to the side to avoid disrupting his hearing and sight. The god has an intense neutral expression, thanks partially to the intensity of his almond eyes. He has thin eyebrows and lips, both which only adds to his intense impression. The hint of a scowl given by the slight furrow of his eyebrows makes it so Francis appears as if he can explode anytime into a fierce burst of emotion. An impression that is not false in the slightest.
PERSONALITY
Wild. Erratic. Unpredictable. Ciel just loves when things don't go as planned. Why? Because his plan in life is to not have a plan at all! His erratic behavior mostly stemmed from the core of his belief: That anything anyone does will have an effect on the world.
What might be revealed when someone behaves utterly out of normalcy? Thinking in a way no one ever thought before? How would one eccentricity in thought and action or difference from the norm affect the world? A twisted way of thinking but one that he fully believes, Francis often passes by using made-up words or behaving out of the norm just for the sake of it.
It is wrong to call him kind, nor is he evil or apathetic. Francis is fully a wild card, eager to sow discord and chaos for the sake of changing the world and satiating his curiosity. He could be easy to anger at one time or be a saint at another. His actions are haphazard as they only follow his most sacred way of thinking: To be beyond expectation and the sensibility of the world.

Ciel's first presence in the mortal world was in Poland, where he hosted the Apple Appreciation Party, Eatery, Discussion, Extravaganza, and Anything Apple-y Enough for Apples. The event fulfilled its promise of being everything apple-y enough for apples.
From then on, the god's presence in the world could be traced to many eccentric and unique events across the globe. If you found events like Water Castle Building and Sand Balloon Fight Beach Barbeque, Happy Break-up Wintery Pot Luck, or Live, Love, Laugh with Lemons Just in Timber Lake in the area, you could find a certain god working in the background.

Throw a fish at Ciel and he will run away. As such, as the God of Sea (ok), Fish (UM), and Earthquake (ok), Skipper earns the special throne as the only deity Ciel truly fears. Fish.
AUTHORITY
- Gratification: Pleasure encompasses a realm more vast than sex and carnal desire. It involves a thorough fulfillment of the body, the mind, and the being. Most of the time, it's raw and primeval. Society has turned gratification into a ball of yarn with many knots, where pleasure is segregated into cubes and seperated into levels. Ciel embodies gratification through release. He is a freedom humans cannot achieve in the cage they themselves built through societal norms, morals, rebellion, and rules.
- Nonsense: Nonsense is unacceptable. It can be illogical, thus it is not logical. It can be irrational, thus it is not rational. It can make no sense at all, thus it is nonsense. The meaning of a meaning, when delved into, can have more meaning inside that meaning if the meaning you are looking for is not the meaning inside the meaning. Veneration is the billions of major religions devotees in the world. Veneration is fervent supporters of a public figure or faction. Veneration is stans and kinnies spread across the internet.
