Dear Sir or Madam,
Congratulations! You have been selected to participate in the Youth Musical World Cup. You good sir or ma'am are the winner or runner up of your nations top musical competition, and we want you to strengthen this tournament with your talents, and hope that you will be molded into the next generations of musical stars.
The First Part of Qualifying is Regional mini-tournaments, where you and a select number of other kids from your region will duke it out in a battle of music to determine a champion of that Region. The Four Regions are: Asia and Oceania, Americas, Europe, and the Middle East/North Africa. We will chose the final 8 of each tournament to advance to the official World Cup, which will be held in Tokyo, Japan.
The Second Part is the official Youth Musical World Cup. There will be two brackets, each with 16 people. You will face off against your opponent, playing one song each. You will then be judged by a panel of three judges. Who ever gets more points out of thirty, win! If you make it to the Semi-Finals, you will then have to play three songs for the judges, and whoever gets the most out of ninety points will advance to the final which will be held at the famous Tokyo Dome.
The tournament will take place over a five week period, starting on May 1st and ending on June 4th. We wish you the best of luck in the long road ahead, and hope to see you all become the next generation of musical stars in the world.

Thus the plot has been announced! Only 32 young musical talents will be able to participate in the Youth Musical World Cup! Your character must be between the ages of 13-25, and must be the champion of a country in one of the four specified regions. There we will begin, with four mini-tournaments, also consisting of 32 talents. It will be a long and arduous road, but your determination and whatever motivates you should be enough to get you through; if your skill is not enough, that is.
