Cara Web, A newly promoted Detective Arrives at the 25th Precinct, Cara was sought after by her new Chief after her outstanding performance in taking the Detective's test, Cara has been alone for most of her life after her parents mysteriously disappeared leaving everything they owned, Whilst sifting through her parents belongings she found some rather unnerving information regarding the disappearance of her parents, she vowed to find out what happened to them. Cara and her best friend move in to a severely run down house attached to beaten up ranch. A killer with a vendetta for killing detectives arrives and threatens to shake things up for everyone at the 25th precinct .

Spencer Montgomery chief/captain between the ages of 28 and 34,Who is loyal to those under her command and is willing to bend the rules to help them, no matter the personal cost.
Sylvie Foam, a 24 year old female, the best friend to Card, Sylvie is married to a a man who betrays her by cheating on her. Sylvie loves to ride and take care of horses. She's very passionate and will go above and beyond to help those in need.
Detective Leo Sharp ,A 25 year old Male with a troubling past, Leo mourns the loss of his fiancé Alessia who died in a car accident 12 months ago, He finds comfort in his new partner Cara. He's very loyal and has a kind heart which sometimes gets him into trouble
Henry Sharp, Leo's older brother, A fireman who raised Leo from when he was 7 years old when their father was taken to prison for killing their Mother.
Cameron Gotham, A 27 year old male who is determined to become the next chief of Police in New York City, He's ambitious and intuitive, He also has a thing for Sylvie.
