Personality: As serious as they come, Tharon is what everyone expects of a general in the Suna military. He is stern, direct, and tends not to take shit from anyone. He shows respect to all until they prove that they don't deserve it. He has a nearly unapproachable feel to him, but actually tends to be welcoming. He thinks strategy for the most part, but does have a bit of a temper. His quick wits to change battle plans has saved him on more than one occasion. He is action oriented and likes to brawl, but is strategic when it comes to larger operations. If he needs someone else to help him do something, he considers all the possibilities that may occur.
History: Born in Suna, Tharon was the child of two high ranking members of the military and was expected to follow suit. He was trained from the age of six in the art of war, fighting and managing his pyrokinesis. He was bred to be a soldier through and through and dreamed of becoming a hero. He revolved his life around it and when he wasn't at home studying strategy he was out practicing his own fighting skills. He was destined to become a general.
As soon as he was of age, Tharon joined the military and helped on menial escort missions for caravans between the cities. It was a boring job until beasts became involved. Whenever one attacked, even as a new recruit, he quickly assessed the situation and began barking orders. It was what he'd prepared for his whole life. On one such occasion, a pair of travelling earth elementals invited Tharon to their home and made him a set of armor that he wears still to this day. It was made of stone and fused together with his own flame. The armor fit so perfectly that it looked like it was attached to his skin when he wore it. However, it left vulnerabilities and exposed skin. Tharon didn't fear this though and welcomed the challenge.
Tharon quickly rose the ranks of the military and with his first two years had earned the ranking of one star general. It was an honor and Tharon was happy to receive it. However, unlike other generals, he remained out on the front lines. What good was proving he was an excellent soldier then never returning to the battle? He wouldn't allow that. Not long after earning that title, Tharon came face to face with one of his greatest threats. It was a beast so massive and terrifying that one could easily see it approaching the tunnels of Suna. He gathered his men in a flash and together took down the beast in a literal blaze of glory. As the fires dimmed and Tharon and a few other men remained before it, he earned his nickname and title, the God of Flames.
With his newfound fame, it wasn't long before Tharon found a partner. However, it wasn't one of his fangirls that he'd chosen to marry. It was an ordinary merchant girl from Tsuri that balanced out the warring and fighting desire with Tharon with her own peaceful aura. She was a nature elemental, and despite the differences in race, he managed to convince her to settle down in Suna with him. For a time, the couple was happy. As is all the case with war heroes though, Tharon had to embark on another mission that would take him to Chaski.
Upon his return, Tharon found his wife dead upon their kitchen floor. Her hollow eyes were the sign of the Black Widow. It was a supposed woman that could kill someone without leaving a mark. Tharon swore vengeance for his beloved and took an extended leave of absence to hunt down and kill the Black Widow. He would mount her head on his wall as a reminder to all that dare cross the God of Flame.

Pyrokinesis: Tharon has spent his life learning to control the element of fire. He has learned to bend it to his will and rule over it, creating even weapons entirely made of fire.
Pyrogeneration: Tharon is a walking flame. Any part of his body can spontaneously combust upon his command. It enables him to have a source of flame anywhere at any time.
Martial Prowess: Tharon has studied four different fighting styles, including brawling, drunken fist, tai chi, and kung fu. He has learned to combine these ancient martial arts into a fighting style unique to him and makes him highly unpredictable in a fist fight.
Weaknesses:
Tharon is stubborn and refuses to give up, even when it's obvious that he'll lose a fight. He is willing to push himself to his breaking point in order to complete his mission. He also is unable to use any of his fire abilities if he becomes soaked with water. However, coating him with alcohol is a good way to have a place blow up. He is also fairly exposed in his armor as his chest is bare and his legs are merely protected by cloth. It is a wonder he barely sustains injuries when fighting.
