I love nicknaming Pokémon. it can be funny if pulled off right, adding a layer of challenge to nicknaming.
However, I'm not the best at it. I've had my good and bad names, sure, but I usually end up somewhere in the middle. But that's not the point... I'm here to share the best nicknames I've made. if you have some to share, the by all means, post it.

Araquanid- DoTheDew
Primarina- Underrated
Golisopod- YA BOI
Toxicroak- FAK YOU (Named after his middle fingers)
Magmortar- Mr. Lips
Drifblim: Pedo (Named after his pre-evo's pokedex entries)
Swampert: I Leik
Kyogre: AllOgreNow

Those are all I can remember for now. what's your best nicknames?

I can't recall using Nicknames for any Pokémon in my playthroughs. Maybe during my first or earliest memories of playing the original games for Pokémon, I might have used basic ones like Spike or Blaze. But really don't recall using nicknames much if at all.

I play this team against my friends who have a hard time paying attention. Works every time.

Skitty- Skittles
Buizel- Splashy

I always name pokemon that I use in my team and sometimes even random ones.

Beedrill - Gurren Lagann
.... and everyone else have names of bosses and final bosses of various games which I won't tell because it can be spoilers for some
Especially fun with some pidgy with epic name

I usually name my pokemon one of two ways: referencing something I like or picking a name that fits them specifically like Glaciphant for Mamoswine.

i dont usually nickname my pokemon but my favorite hypnos in pogo is named Ambien

The only nice name I ever had was for my first pokemon Bulbasaur, Amber. Everything else has been terrible.

Oh my word, the memories. I've still got my Pokémon from Black 2, transferred all the way up to Sun. I love them all to death hhhh.

Back when I played Black, my names really didn't have a pattern. I just looked at the Pokémon and picked whatever popped into my head. Sometimes it wasn't even an actual name or a word; I just sort of... rolled with it?? Anyway, here are the Pokémon I put into the (CHAMPIONS) box:
