Appearance: Shorter, only reaching about five feet tall; Long hair (that when not put up falls to her knees) that is a dark blonde with olive green ombre; Sleek features; Longer pointy ears; Eyes are red like the berries from the Rowan Tree


Flowy clothing: Long, open sleeves; Long, high-waisted skirt with long slit up the leg; Layered belts; three-fingered archery glove; loose ankle booties; Lots of necklaces


Personality: Quiet & observant; Very thoughtful & kind yet it isn't shown as much because she is very bashful


Biography:


Thora was brought into the world just a year before the current king was born. She spent much of her time running around the mountainside she called home; she was adventurous and excited to learn about life. She was often found climbing high trees, laying on the grass and playing with the bugs, or taming the blind animals that called the inside of her mountain home.


Then a monstrous fire spread across the far side of her mountain. She retreated into her favorite tree and hid there for many years (as her time in a tree was abstracted and different than the time outside of the tree). When she finally entered the world again, several years had passed (much to her surprise as she thought she had only been hidden for a few months). She explored her mountain and found that many of her sisters had died in the fire that had claimed most of her home. She felt relieved that she had miraculously survived but also guilty that she had lived and so many of her sisters had died.


There was nothing left her on that mountain and so she ventured away. In her travel to the nearest mountain (a far journey away) she learned how to perfect her archery skills (something that all of her sisters had possessed beforehand and she had been practicing). As she crossed the sea to Algoran in her quest to the Mountain of Eldur, she grew more quiet and isolated, her passionate side quickly dwindling like a fire in a thunderstorm. When she landed in the new country, she heard murmurs in the ground and a pull from nature to go to the village of Brink. Though once she was there, she didn't quite know why.


Extra:


- Unless it's in the caves and tunnels of a mountain, Thora is fairly claustrophobic.


- Feels most comfortable traveling on foot, as it connects her better to the earth. If she had to travel quicker, then it must be on animal-back because she cramps up and grows anxious when riding in a cart or wagon.


- She prefers the outdoors, choosing to sleep outside in almost any weather condition because she doesn't like to be inside. That being said, she still doesn't mind venturing indoors for a drink, to buy something, or to marvel at a palace.

ABILITIES/POWERS: Nameen was born with a very mysterious power in her left eye. This power, greatly fear among the people of her home, gives her influence over the mind's of others, allowing her to control their action's as well as weave illusions. After her eye was mutilated and blinded, her eye's abilities were thought to have been destroyed. Though the sight in the eye is gone, the magic lying within it is not. It's power only dormant, and waiting for Nameen to wake it again.

WEAPONS: Her sword, which was a parting gift from her uncle. Though she may not look it, Nameen is a vicious warrior.


APPEARANCE: Shown above. (She has albinism, hence her pale complexion)


PERSONALITY: Nameen is an introvert, who is most comfortable hanging back in the shadows and being alone. She tries to draw as little attention as possible to herself, as she dislikes when eyes linger on her scar and generally strange appearance. On the outside she seems very composed, but she has a driving internal fire that is not seen too often. When she sets her mind to something, it is very difficult to drive her away until she sees it through. Because of past experiences, she speaks very little and remains distant, careful not to reveal too much about herself to the people she meets during her travels.


BIOGRAPHY: Nameen was born in a clustered village deep in the mountains. Due to the remote area, Nameen's village lay untouched by the conflict occurring over the on the other side of the range. The community lived peacefully behind the protective shield that the mountains offered. Nameen liv e an average life with her family, until the day during which her power woke within her eye. Being young at the time, her curiosity about this new ability led her to experiment. To make a long story short, (and not reveal too much hehe) she took these experiments too far, resulting in several disastrous incidents within her village. Her fellow villagers branded her as dangerous and as something evil, having never seen such unpredictable magic before in their isolated community. In an attempt to destroy her magic, Nameen's parents took a dagger to her eye, blinding it and giving her a jagged scar, that stands out bright red against her pale skin. After this, Nameen left home and ran to the one person that was not afraid of her: Her uncle. He healed her to the best of his abilities, and gave her supplies for a journey over the mountains since it was evident that she would only suffer more if she stayed.

His final parting gift to her was his sword, before he sent her on her way, being too old to accompany her on the gruelling venture. Since then, Nameen has mastered the sword, and now wanders through the land with a bottled desire for justice to those who mistreated her. Quite recently, she has also wondered if there is a way to revive the magic in her eye.

Secondly, she seems to carry the grace and beauty that most hybrids of magical races are associated with. Her skin is pale, tinged with blue, and she is cool to the touch, though not unpleasantly so. Her hair is jet black and falls straight, usually kept just above her shoulders and her bangs swept behind her left ear. She tends to dress in darker colored robes and cloak with bright accents. Phaedra has a bandolier strapped across her shoulder to carry her reagents, keeping them easily accessible for her most used spells. A small, magical pack is kept at her hip, hanging off of a thin belt.

Phaedra desperately desires to connect with others but tends to create a barrier for herself, immediately believing herself "too different" to mingle with other races. This internal struggle externalizes in the form of terse, almost hostile behavior towards others. Once she warms up, she will spill forth an endless amount of questions, wishing to know <em>everything</em>. Phaedra wants to know where you're from, about your parents and if you knew them, what your favorite color is, and how in the world do goats balance on cliff faces. Nothing can filter the unending curiosity once she feels comfortable. She is significantly more friendly once she realizes she won't be abandoned. While not necessarily unkind, she doesn't see much reason to help others just because it's the "right thing" to do. She must first see purpose in the task, and then determine how she will benefit. Of course, if it is a friend in need, there would be no hesitation whatsoever. She isn't very likely to keep a promise unless if you are her friend, either. It wasn't out of evil intent or to simply be rid of her, but rather because air elementals are not ones to tie themselves down with responsibilities, being free spirits. Thankfully, she was found by a resident wizard who had his tower tucked away within the wispy peaks of the mountains that she was born. Phaedra was raised by the wizard and taught magic traditionally, through use of incantations and reagents. She caught on very quickly and excelled, having a natural talent for magic due to the blood of an air elemental flowing through her veins. Because of her heritage, however, this instilled a lust for change and adventure - a trait most likely handed down by her Sylphid mother. Knowing he couldn't keep his ward for long, the wizard had prepared for this long before she made her decision to leave and equipped her the best he could for Phaedra's departure. Now, she travels, seeking thrills for the sake of it, propelled forward by her curiosity and her desire to learn.

Personality: Lucas adores his sister above all else, despite often acting like he doesn't care for her, and aspires to be like her when he is grown, so he will often attempt to imitate her. He loves watching fights, but is not such a fan of them if someone on his side gets hurt. His current lack of powers annoys him and he is constantly trying to make them appear, often taking the smallest things as the beginnings of his powers. He is also remarkably tough, and although he can't often do much, he will certainly try. He also makes bonds much too easily. He is also at that stage where he believes he is fully grown up and tries to act like it


Biography: Lucas can remember his parents and the royal life he once led, if only vaguely. He also remembers the night it all changed and often has nightmares about it. Once at the inn he often served as an errand boy.

When his sister set off, he followed her, sure that his role model would always succeed and wanting to be by her side in her moment of victory.

Abilities/Powers: While she may not be exceptionally good at being a thief, Ayda isn't your average thief either. She's pretty light on her feet and can run pretty swiftly as well, in case she gets caught. She also has almost inhuman reaction speeds, not to mention Ayda is also slightly smaller than what others her age are so she can hide or reach places her 'siblings' can't due to their size, not to mention she can make up lies faster than someone can say thief.


Weapons: Ayda has a very strong dislike towards weapons and anyone who wields them, and would rather punch herself in the face than use one. However she knows it's foolish not to carry one, especially when she has no way of fighting or defending herself.

Personality: Ayda is very introverted and prefers to be in the corner, or even better alone which gives the false impression that she's cold or hateful towards others. Even her friends have to admit they Ayda doesn't take part in their conversations much or even interact with them on a daily basis. However when you do manage to force her into a conversation, she gets flustered easily and always tries to weasel her way out of the conversation. And she's actually quite motherly and caring, just in her own little ways such as leaving small treats for people to find if they're sad or upset, trying to resolve their problems herself, or taking practically all the responsibilities.


Biography: Ayda was raised in a rather distasteful home where love and kindness were unheard of, and her skin was always covered in red,blue, and black due to 'family circumstances.' Her family also didn't bother sending their daughter to school, so Ayda constantly spent her time with kids from the nearby orphanage, as they too suffered similar situations. Their days were spent playing for hours in the nearby woods, stealing small things such as apples and nuts from the market and eating them in the treehouse they all worked hard to build. Ayda was the oldest of the bunch, so they all looked up to her as the leader of the group, and all pledged to follow her anywhere. One day when Ayda was twelve, things at her home got extremely bad and she ran for her life, and soon after ran away from home along with her orphan friends who were sick of their situation and wanted to get away too. Although it was hard, the group of six managed to make a living for themselves by becoming thieves, moving place to place before eventually settling down and buying a house for them all and trying to get proper jobs, which most of them managed to, including Ayda who found work by becoming a maid for a wealthy woman. Though because the money from that isn't always enough, Ayda is still also a thief.


Extra: She's a sucker for sweet things and is lured out of her room when offered her favorite chocolate. SHE JUST WANTS THE CHILDREN TO BE HAPPY

But when she made it home, she found it empty of any of her family members. Nothing was there to explain what happened, until a local villager approached her, telling her that her family had died from a horrible sickness and was sent to be buried with the rest of their bloodline. Lilith feeling guilty of not being there, picked up a new but forbidden magic. Necromancy. The practice of the dark arts. She was devastated, and wanted her family back. She knew she had to practice bringing the dead to life before doing it on her own family. She has no idea where the tombs of her family are, and continue to search for them, but also practicing reanimating on any dead being she can find. All have failed, but she believes she'll be able to bring them back if she masters it, and so she continues to practice and search for her family.



Extra: She has a black cat named Lucy.



The scars on her arms are from doing "blood" sacrifices which are needed for bringing back the dead. She'd cut her arm, and let blood drip into a bowl. In order for that, she needed a deep wounds so... Scars!



She's very sleep deprived, and is tired 24/7, mostly because of late night studying and the thoughts of her test subjects haunting her at night.

He likes to toy with people and pry with their boundaries, which can lead to him getting into trouble. Yet he enjoys getting a rise out of them, and seems to somehow weasel his way out of unfavorable situations. He's too curious for his own good.

Biography: Gore, while being as dumb as a pile of bricks, was a skilled leader of the imp army that attacked the adventures, along with her sister Organ after they left Brink. She makes it her duty to avenge her fallen imps by hunting the team who slaughtered them. Gore and Pip have some history with one another that will be relieved later on. She will soon find out that the stone imp, Pip, is with the group.

When he was young, and the daemon lord Kavacht invaded, he accompanied a retinue of honourable men tasked with displacing the crown before being seized, involuntarily obligated to fortify the grand throne room by his Lord Commander. There he stood, clad in armour, awaiting the mournful gust of a daemon feud.

As a struggling clash ensued, he faltered, and a sword pierced his chest.

If not for his armour, he would have perished.

Upon that fateful day, he is hushed upon it's seal of savagery.





Extra:

Motivated by the determination of re-establishing his "extinct" house, obliged to assist those in reclaiming the throne.

Was the one of many whom ushered the last of royalty into the tunnels before securing the door.​

I'm afraid I can't accept it though because we already have so many characters in the roleplay as it is (it gets confusing sometimes), and because it is closed. However, I do plan on making other roleplays like this one. So if you are interested, I can message you when I create another. Agh, I'm really sorry I have to deny!
