Hi everyone i was thinking of making a time travel storyline for a while now and finally have an idea in mind. Welcome to the T.S.P.D

For most of earths history humans were regarded as dull witted animals by the rest of the universe. It wasn't until the humans developed nuclear energy that they began to be regarded as a sentient species. However it Wasn't until the late 2200's that humanity surprised the universe and became the first ever species to create a means of time travel. With the discovery humanity was quickly offered a position in the universal council they shared their time travel in exchange for various different technologies. Yet in the year 2516 the universe witnessed the first true danger of time travel when a psychotic being named Deucalion sought to destroy the universe by corrupting the big bang and removing the elements of life. Luckily Dr. Adam Jones and his cohorts were able to prevent this. Shortly afterwards the universe created the T.S.P.D to deal with threats from all over space time. They recruit agents from all over history and all over the universe. Yet their work never ends with time travel becoming wide spread many timelines exist with a seemingly infinite number of parallel realities. Surprisingly the T.S.P.D has been able to maintain a semblance of order throughout the infinite multiverse. Yet the greatest threat to all realities has reared its ugly head. Deucalion has risen again and no one knows what malicious plans he has in store for the universe. As such Director Adam Jones has decided to put together an elite team of agents to hunt down and eliminate Deucalion once and for all before he does irreparable damage to the multiverse.

(Hi there everyone. Im looking for a small group if about 4-6 rpers. You will be playing the role of one of the agents chosen for this team. They can be any thing from any point in history or the cosmos. In other words go nuts. Just don't make a thanos level character. We dont have any agents who are city busting level of power, plus you will have access to pretty insane technology so you dont need to be superman. Ill be making the threads in either 2 days or when we get 4 interests. Feel free to bounce ideas off each other and if you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.)​

Good questions glad you asked

Agents are approached and saved at the end of their timeline. So however they would've died is prevented by the recruitment process. For example Billy The kid gets hanged when he is caught afterwards an agent comes to his body and revives him with 40th century technology. Thus recruiting him without harming the timeline.

The training is actually quite severe. Its an 8 year program training in hand to hand combat, various forms of advanced sciences, how to utilize the 40th century tech (incidentally the base is in the 40th century as it is the most advanced point in universal history for some reason none can go past this era.), navigation of the multiverse, and the education 100,000 procedures. (Almost no one remembers them all. But they basically tell you what to do in almost any situation you find yourself in.)

The typical mission one would find themselves on is busting time travelers who break a law of time.
There are various laws and they are constantly fluid. Luckily imprisonment or deletion are rare outcomes. Most of the time the traveler is unaware of the changes they made. A few examples include someone going back in time to supply adolf hitler with advanced weapons to change the outcome of the war. Since humans invented time travel any tampering with the earth timeline is a serious offense. Another example of serious offenses include influencing the development of a species, damaging the universal timeline, trans-dimension tampering of any kind. Agents are sent to correct these mistakes.

Also if i were to power scale agents your average agent is comparable to someone like nightwing or spiderman in power. A seasoned agent is at about hulk or thor level. The Elite agents are at about Thanos or superman level. This is factoring in tech, trans-dimensional skills and abilities, experience, and creativity. Its not to say they are as powerful as these people but they can normally deal with people of their caliber and would be comparable in what they could accomplish.
