Sooo, I'm thinking about something along the lines of: your character is a normal farm girl, born and raised, who lives with her grandparents and has never known her real parents. One day, she finds herself in danger with some ruffians, only to be saved by a man appearing out of thin air, who later explains that she is the King's first-born daughter. This man has watched over the girl since he was twelve, taking the place of an older knight who'd been watching over her before. Questions will be answered throughout the story if it ever goes far.
Is there magic? ---- Yes but it's more prominent male suitors. The only women known to possess magic are of royal blood.
Are there mystical creatures? ---- Yes, but they're not a big deal
Setting? ---- Kind of modern but with medieval elements. Guns, cell-phones, and cars and shit don't exist. Suits, like tuxedos, and high-top shoes do exist. Buildings resemble that of our every-day structures.
There will be a second love-option in the story, written by mwah.
