Mickey Deluca

Appearance​

Mick stands at an imposing height of 6'4" and has an athletic build from his years playing high school football. He has a mysterious vibe about him, but his resting facial expression borders on uninviting. If he is unimpressed it is clearly visible, and most of the time he is. His eyebrows are thick and a scar runs through the left one, leaving a small stripe of skin visible. His eyes are hazel/ a very light shade of brown that contrasts with his pale skin and black hair. He is classically striking, but can also be seen as fairly intimidating and grouchy at first glance.

Unusual marks/body modifications: He has a scar through his left eyebrow, and a small tattoo of the date his grandfather died above his heart.

Clothing style/stage attire: Mick dresses very casually on stage, usually opting for a classic black t-shirt, hoodie, or long sleeve. Most of the time he wears jeans that are ripped at the knees, but he owns a plethora of black pants that all look the same. Occasionally if he's feeling frisky, he will switch things up with a grey, red or white shirt.

Species details: Mick's a fairly new vampire, and still struggles to maintain his control. His fangs can be unpredictable and come out at inconvenient times. He lost the small amount of colour that was in his cheeks when he was alive (which was very little), and when he's angry his eyes darken in colour. Mick was already physically fit before the change, but his strength increased significantly. He doesn't need to work his body as hard and can get by without exercising.

Personality​

Mickey is a grouch, plain and simple. He is a serious and no-nonsense individual. He doesn't bother with frivolous things and is very determined. He's hard-working but is also quite crass and rude to people who aren't close to him. He is logical, but an unrepentant pessimist. He is a clean freak and germaphobe, with a mild case of OCD.

Strengths/Weaknesses: His strengths include being hard working, intelligent, determined and exuding confidence. His weaknesses, which are many, include his occasionally unintentional rudeness, lacking a filter, being untrusting, and a having tendency to be a control freak.

Role in the band: In the band, his role is backup vocals, and occasionally playing a random instrument. His stage presence isn't exactly exciting, but he does deliver some pretty good harmonies and gives off an enigmatic vibe. He gets along well with most of the band and isn't a complete loner. He enjoys their company and tries to be less grumpy with them.

Likes: Mickey's likes are few and far between, but they include hockey, football, classic literature, horror movies, and mexican food.

Dislikes: Mick could write a novel about his dislikes, but the main points are: people obsessed with their image, candles, sugary foods, country music, bugs, germs in general, being sick, math, and bright colours.

Personal Motto: "I'm not a pessimist, I'm a realist."

Short Bio: Mick grew up in a small town obsessed with football, and was quarterback on his highschool team due to extreme pressure from his step father. He didn't care about popularity or pleasing others, which gave him a reputation of being a moody jerk. Mick didn't get along with his stepfather and got into physical altercations with him occasionally. He swears that the scar on his eyebrow is from football, but it actually came from a plate that was thrown at him during one of their fights.
