I'm just happy it's finally summer down here. Some days it was snowing and other days it was 80 degrees Fahrenheit, but at least my state has finally settled on a season

That's actually quite pleasant by my standards, especially if the humidity is low.
I ain't sweating it (literally) until it's 95 F/35 Celsius with like 98% humidity, so it ends up feeling like 125 degrees or something ridiculous like that by mid-afternoon. There never fails to be at least a few days like that each Summer here.

My buddy saw some insane dry desert heat in Afghanistan, but still said the heat in Savannah when he got back felt a lot worse because of the humidity, even though it was technically 20 degrees or so cooler.

I have finally made it home to my sweet sweet A/C. It is currently 30 fees like 34. And apparently going to have thundershowers, but there isn't a cloud in the sky, lol.
