Dual impregnability- Hector's mind and body are impervious to outside changes. Things such as body manipulation, telepathy, even scrying can't effect him. In addition his body is very durable, able to withstand any caliber of bullet and even small explosives. He has a natural resistance to any and all forms of damage but enough of any kind of damage can harm him.

Self sustaining- Hector doesn't need food, water, sleep, or even oxygen to survive. Furthermore no amount of pressure or lack thereof will cause him much trouble. As a side effect of this he is immune to all forms of poison, venom, toxin, or chemical, furthermore he cannot get drunk or otherwise inebriated.

Rage induced super strength- Hector's strength climbs with his anger starting out at a modest 10 tons he can grow to up to 100,000 tons or strength. Roughly the weight of a modern aircraft carrier.

Hector stands about 6ft 5in and weighs a surprising 1298lbs due to his bodies density. His hands and feet only have three fingers and a thumb, or four toes respectively. In addition his mutation grants his skin a yellow color with a texture similar to a car tire. Smooth yet firm. He is mostly hairless with the exception of a thick line of hair on his head and a very thin fuzz around his mouth. He is very strange to look at and is quite sensitive about his appearance.​

A villain is fine, Can you tell me what his power is...I dont know what Tactile Vector Manipulation is

He can manipulate physical vectors (speed, direction) as long as he can touch them. That's basically wind and earth manipulation as well as blocking straight punches and redirecting bullets. But there's a limit to his blocking and redirecting ability. (I kinda borrowed this ability from one of @JPax's characters in another rp)

Beastform- greatly enhances strength, speed, senses, and reflexes while decreasing intelligence.
Regeneration- Victor can heal from disease, injury, and infection at alarming rates. His injuries will still put him down but never for longer than a day.
Weapons?: Fists, claws, and he usually has a large .38 revolver.
Nationality: Canadian

Human form- Victor's a pretty big guy standing 6ft 5in with broad shoulders and a huge build. He weighs 270lbs and always seems to have a Scraggly beard.

Beast form- His beast form is truly massive he stands a whopping 22ft 10in and weighs 3tons. His fur is like iron, his skin concrete, each finger ends in a 18in razor sharp claw, his muzzle is filled with 9in pointed teeth and his eyes glow red like burning coals.

Extra- Though he can regenerate in both forms Victor's beast form is where most of his raw power comes from.
