By the time she got there it was almost completely frozen over. Jackson knew his choices. And both meant trouble for him. Either go into the negative 20 degree water or try use his Nanites melt the ice so she could get out.

Isanne held her breath and banged on the ice to break it. She could hold her breath for a little bit and the cold water didnt affect her. If banging on the ice didnt work she tried making an ice crystal to smash it.

Jackson made the decision on his end. He smashed through the ice with a nanite powered lunch and jumped in after her his Nanites creating gills. Allyson was right. This was useful.
