The Clown Prince of Crime
Welcome to Lockbridge City, Maine, with a population of around 400,000 and best known for its grand tourist attraction, the Bayrow bridge, which also holds the world record number of padlocks attached to its rails.
Supers in this city have lived like normal people. Their powers and whatnot kept secret or nothing more than a social media attraction. However, over the course of the past few months or so, Crimes committed by supers in specific have greatly increased. Three in particular stand out, going by the names of Snake, Magma Woman, and The Necromancer. Against these three, Law Enforcement is powerless.
In an attempt to stop these villains, a top secret organization separate from police and the government has started to form led by a very rich and powerfull woman named Lexus (Lexi) Rexford. But as they try to fullfill their goals, new enemies may arise, darker secrets unveiled, leading one to wonder if they will succeed.
