well the main location of Edgewood has underwent many changes since it’s creation, but it’s like any other large city with heroes and villains, we also have game characters appearing, both marvel and Dc are real in this world but we haven’t used them for a while

Yeah that's a pretty goodrun down. Our main universe is pretty much the marvel universe and DC kind of just combined into it at one point. Also in our world there are just times where portals open up which is how we have like game characters and we use it to have like alternate versions of our characters.)

Nen basic abilities and his own special nen technique called card soldiers
Weapons(optional): Haka is proficient in blades, and bladed cards as well as hand to hand combat and can use card with his nen cards added too.
Weaknesses: Haka has to touch someone with his card to give them a command and they have to be able to see/hear him and understand him at the early levels also if someone breaks his hold or disobeys a command the card fails and Haka needs to start over again however the higher the level of the card the harder to resist and the more likely someone is to hurt themselves when resisting. Also the cards he creates are mostly energy given solid form so they can be absorbed or disrupted. Haka can also have only one person at level 10 for each suit as Haka's cards cap at 52.
Backstory(optional): Haka has awoken a special ability called nen it is assumed that all people (mainly humans) can use it they only need to be awakened. Nen abilities and talent are dependent on the persons skill and personality. Haku once learning his skill and developing it began to travel and take odd jobs killing, hurting or just helping people all around the world.
Other info(optional): Haka is skilled at Nen and at basic hand to hand combat, he is resistant to brainwashing mind control. Nen is also similar but different from magic and most other forms of energy.

- Card Soldiers
- Haka makes card with 4 suits each suit has a different effect but all are some form of mind manipulation, each time Haka hits a person with the card he can put some form of subliminal message for them to follow however a strong enough will can break it or resist the effects. Each time the command is fulfilled Haka can choose to either give another stronger command or release the person from the effects. Level 1-4 is basically just simple commands but once they reach 5 their personality starts to come back after 7 they either gain powers based on their personality or enhance their powers and by the time they get to 10 (the cap) they are completely loyal to Haka but have their own personality. Haka also can promote his level 10 soldiers to either jack queen or kings.
- Hearts
- These cards are meant to manipulate a persons feelings their commands typically have a strong emotional trigger that makes them. The higher the level the more a persons feelings are changed or amplified depending on what the user decides. These cards have a condition on them that make them more effective on females and are easier to make into a Queen.
- Spades
- Spades affect a person generally making them do very specific tasks however it is easier to break these commands since a person can resist a command that they wouldn't normally do a lot easier. These commands can slightly affect a persons actions if they are inattentive to make them complete the task.
- Clover
- Clovers are general commands that are easy to fulfill and thus easy to level up but as a whole a lot weaker than the rest of the suits and they don't have a special target they work best on.
- Diamond
- Diamond is special in that it is harder to use on people but very easy to use on objects as it manipulates substance properties. This suit works best when upgrading into a Jack.
- Royalty

King is a special promotion that allows a person to be able to use Hakas cards and command his soldiers with impunity and while this is in effect Haka is forced into a state of Zetsu unable to use his powers. Haka is also unable to make himself the king
Queen is capable of promoting someone to level 10 in heart but to summon a queen a king must be active. Another ability is that she can strengthen soldiers near her.
Jack is a sturdy troop that gets stronger the more soldiers he has and the more royalty is around Jack must be summoned first before the King can be summoned. Jack also possess the ability to switch places with troops or even Haka.
Joker is a troop that there can only be one of it makes a familiar that is completely loyal to the caster and can have different abilities applied to it however it can't stray too far from Haka and it can't be placed on a soldier.
- Combat Moves

King Fall: Upon death Haka immediately consumes all his troops turning them into level 10 soldiers a king, queen, and Jack then uses their life force to heal and restore him however this requires at least one servant of level 2 of each suit to work
Blackjack: if Haka doesn't have a level 10 he can get 5 level 1 soldiers of each suit and then sacrifice them to make a level 10 however it can be used once a month and requires him to not have any level 10 soldiers.
Shuffle: Haka summons a spectral figure of a man in a suit with a black tophat that can move the cards on each soldier and royal in the vicinity allowing him to mix and match his troops and trick them with the change in abilities.
Sleeve: A special set of 3 cards that stores the abilities of select level 10 troops but it requires the troop to either be sacrificed or die and can only be used once.

Powers/Abilities: Reality warping, can affect anything within 10 feet, any father and it risks her passing out. Can’t manipulate anything living with biomass greater then a large dog . Any attempt doesn’t last very long and renders her unconscious. Same goes for manipulation of herself.
Backstory: SCP-239 was kidnapped by foundation personnel after they heard of a mysterious explosion taking the lives of every person in a city hospital, aside from a single baby. They took it upon themselves to raise the baby and study why this strange phenomena happened. As the child got older they attempted to control her power by telling her she was a witch and could only use a predetermined set of spells, they had hoped this would keep the child from wishing to escape. Throughout the years foundation personnel ran several tests on the girl to judge the full scope of her abilities, after seeing how far her abilities could go when D-class personnel accidentally did her harm and she literally wished him away, the foundation keeps her tortured in a medically induced coma.
Other Info: SCP-239 has no name or family, only the SCP Foundation that spent 8 years torturing her, thankfully she doesn’t understand the concept of revenge.... yet.

Resurrection: He can die like any other person. He just doesn't stay dead for very long. After six or so hours he'll come back to life
Camera Connection: Allows him to summon, desummon, and resummon his camera.
Weapons(optional): A camera, it is the main source of his most powerful ability. The camera itself looks like a standard camera, but it has a special ability. It has two settings, a normal camera setting and a second power granting setting. The power granting setting will give him powers based on the subject of whatever photo he takes. So if he took a photo of say a tree he would gain the ability to manipulate plant life. There are some limitations to this ability.
Weaknesses: Unless whatever power he's using from the camera gives him some extra durability, he's no more durable than a normal person. The camera's second setting can also have only one photo in memory at a time meaning he can't stack abilities, also is he takes a picture with setting two it will automatically replace the former picture and change his powers accordingly which could put him at a disadvantage as he'll often forget to change the camera back to setting one. Also landscape shots and photos without a clear subject will not grant him any photos and will actually remove the power he's getting from setting two.

I guess it’s ok, I was gonna say put a time limit on how long the copied power lasts, then I saw it only has room for one, but other then that I don’t see any issues
