As the youngest child, you'll think that he'll adapt to this cannibalism and join them in their nonsensical actions. In fact, you'll think his influence would make him the worst out of them all. Amazingly, he didn't pay attention to that rubbish. He stayed on his own lane. Despite all the madness that went on around him, he stayed in his room, focused on his future reputation as a detective. He fell in love with stopping crime once and for all and creating a society where it was safe. He watched these people with powers as he grew up, he didn't develop any superhuman powers. He still realized that he didn't need any of this. He was strong already as a normal human. As soon as he was 15, he took it into his hands to learn all martial arts. He met an Israelite man who claimed he could teach him the art of Krav Maga and he was developed into a complete fighting master by the age of 17. This man's name was "Rae". He found an interest in Sammy, and not only helped him in Krav Maga but in his dream to become a detective. He payed his permission into college and Sammy got a degree. This allowed him to get into Police Training Academy an become a detective. He is now a hard working detective working hard towards being the head of detectives and pursuing his dream to change the world of crime.

This is a general look of him, he doesn't smoke he doesn't have that thing on his neck and he has a beard. The other stuff as in clothing an d accessories are true.
Powers/abilities:
- Enhanced Speed = Astro can run faster than the speed of sound, the more he runs the more he passes his limit. His goals are to be faster than the speed of light.
- Blue Fire - Although his outfit his red, when he gets serious his body glows in a blue aura, he can produce blue fire from any part of his body, he aims better with his hands and mouth but he can still burn with other parts of his body.
- Healing - Despite his explosive powers he could change the fire so that it doesn't hurt but it heals people
- Dragon Art - Can summon a dragon and put it at his command.

Weapons(optional):
He has an AXE that he uses to increase the damage of his blue fire.


Weaknesses:
- His weakness is that when he uses his blue fire, every part of his body when the fire is hurts but he has learnt to endure it. Despite this, there'll be a limit to him using his blue fire all over his body.
- If he uses the dragon art too much, he looses control of the dragon and it goes crazy.
- He can only heal depending on his mood. If he is happy he heals, if he is angry he can't heal. And he is extremely angry at life in general.
- He is not great at close combat and is preferably a long range fighter. He could hit you hard, but its difficult for him to counter attack against someone.

Thanks man. I've written a whole trilogy with these two characters when I was in grade 6. It waas fun that I could use them here. THey are more powerful in the story but I just lessened it so that it'll fit here. The power levels in the trilogy aare way higher than everyone's level.

Eventually these experiments led to Jack and the other children acquiring abilities, At the age of 9 Jack was forced by Wilson to absorb the powers of the other children in Wilson's care. However since his abilities were still very new every time he replicated a power by touching the individual ended up killing them. The next few years were filled with more experiments on Jack and testing his newfound abilities all the while he harbored rage against Wilson inside of him. it all came to a head one day when he was 14 and Wilson brought in a new batch of children he had acquired that had abilities. He expected Jack to absorb their abilities as he did with the other children years before, Jack finally snapped and ended up killing Wilson and running away. The next 15 years he spent traveling the world and honing his abilities.
