Hey, folks! Jules here, they/she pronouns, age 24, and EST timezone. I've been on and off roleplaying for a long time now, and am really dying to get back into it. I'm very new here, so please bare with me! I consider myself somewhat shy, but also outgoing? I like chatting OOC and making friends, so I'm down for that!
I work part-time currently and am looking for a full-time job, so I do ask that you have some patience with me. Retail is its own beast, and my hours and schedule fluctuate frequently. I also do struggle with mental health issues--I will be very upfront with this, and won't deny that it sometimes gets in the way of me doing things. But we're working on this!
My hobbies include video games, anime & manga, reading books, and photography. Please talk to me about video games, but be warned that I will not shut up about them most likely, lol. I'm very into Pokemon obviously, but I really love most things Nintendo, and I'm getting into retro gaming as well.
As for roleplays, I'm chill with mostly anything. I just really love writing and exploring characters. OCs are the loves of my life. I'm a sucker for romance and plots, but I'm down for something more chill and slice-of-life, too! Just try me, basically!
I'm not sure what to consider myself when it comes to how many paragraphs and how I write and such. Typically I am more comfortable with 1-3 paragraphs and more "fast-paced" roleplays. I think 1-3 para is the sweet spot for me! Although, I am capable of writing more or less--it just depends!
Please be 18+. 21+ is preferred.
OCs are most certainly welcome! I mostly like playing them against canon characters, but I might be willing to either come up with a new OC or ship one of mine with yours (I am pretty picky about my currents, though).
I'm mostly interested in F/F pairings, but...I might be convinced to do M/M or M/F. There are a few pairings that you'll read below that I wouldn't mind playing!

The quality of your post is much more important than the quantity. Please just work with what you're given, and I will do the same. I will never pressure you to write more or less. We can discuss this if it's important or an issue.
Please note that I am just getting back into Naruto. I've been a huge fan since middle school, read the whole manga, read Boruto, etc. but I am now just diving headfirst back into it and hyperfixating... I'm currently watching through the pre-Shippuden anime and re-reading the manga.
When it comes to it, I'm mostly looking for something that involves Tsunade and/or Shizune. They're my favorite (underrated, especially Shizune) characters, and I love them to death!!
Specifically, I am looking to play two OCs, one I pair with Tsunade, the other with Shizune. I've just come up with the concept of these OCs, so they are VERY new, and I would love help developing them!
The character I ship with Tsunade is Chishio. She's a bit older than Shizune--so, younger than Tsunade. I've come up with the idea that she has a rare bloodline trait that's very sought-after (much like the Byakugan, where people want to use it to study/steal it for their own personal gain). She has no living family that she knows of--it's just her. On Tsunade and Shizune's travels after leaving the village, they find Chishio injured, and Shizune helps nurse her back to health. Note that I figured this probably takes place before Jiraiya and Naruto find them, so Tsunade still has her fear of blood. She watches over Shizune as she heals Chishio, instructing her on what to do and such, but is unable to help directly.
This can be a great starting point for our RP! I kind of like the idea of Chishio joining these two on their (probably) crazy adventures. I do have the idea of them getting separated at some point, but Chi would show up a few years later, probably right before the Fourth Ninja War, injured again--but this time Tsunade can heal her!! Why not. Idk what I'm doing, no worries.
The second character I ship with Shizune; her name is Toboe Inuzuka. I don't have much information on her quite yet, and I'm still developing her. I guess in this sense I'm looking for a more relaxed RP to kind of explore her character and figure her out! Maybe something after the Fourth Ninja War. (Or, cute idea, she's there to support Shizune while Tsunade is in her coma, and brings the both of them flowers... Idk I'm gay lol)
I'm always down for brainstorming! Even if you don't want to do OCs, I'd be willing to try playing Tsunade or Shizune myself! So if you have any ideas~
Currently hyperfixating on Cynthia at the moment, lol. I'm a little more willing to budge with some of the characters I'll play with or against. Really, I am mostly interested in playing with or against canon characters. Not too interested in doing an OC only rp, sorry!

Born as Hidetoshi "Hide" Takahashi in Kanto. His mother passes away; his father is abusive. He runs away, chasing after his brother who has joined Team Rocket. He is stationed in Sinnoh, then after Rocket disbands, he moves far away to Galar, goes to college, and tries to figure out what to do with his life.
Kind of leaning towards shipping him with Gordie, ngl.

The opposite of Cynthia on a lot of things. She's not a Trainer, and rarely ever battles, but does own Pokemon. She's in line to lead the Celestic Town Research Center.

Diantha and Cynthia meeting.
They meet before they're even Champions. Diantha is Augustine's foster sister who visits (alongside with his boyfriend, Lysandre) Sinnoh while he's interning under Professor Rowan. Cynthia is also interning under him while she is preparing for the next Lily of the Valley Conference for the Sinnoh League. They meet...and shenanigans ensue!
Wallace and Winona are ex-lovers.
And they figured out that they're both very, very gay. No bitter breakup involved! However, the newest (and youngest) Gym Leader is struggling at home, and Norman assigns the two of them to take care of her and show her the ropes. They then both become Roxanne's pseudo-parents!!

They're on the run. Alongside Archie and Maxie, they escape Sootopolis City, just barely, and head to Mt. Pyre. The leaders go to return the Orbs, while the two commanders reluctantly run...
Clair and Cynthia help Lance in Johto.
Team Rocket has cropped up again, and Cynthia volunteers to help Lance. However, she was unaware that his bitter, yet...attractive--cousin would tag along.- So I am very new to the site, obviously.
