She had a well-off life, having everything given to her, even when she didn’t need or wanted to be a burden. Now, attending Seaside University, she works at the Cafe found on the Apartment Complex and normally is spends her free time at the beach on her days off.

    Description: Mia and Miya are identical twins, the only thing setting them apart is Mia's glasses and slightly darker drown hair. Also how she usually wears more simple clothing, while Miya has to look expensive and preppy. Both have very naturally straight hair and well shaped faces, looking like they are the exact same person. Eyes are a nice chocolate brown and teeth are bright and white. They both stand the same and are usually never seen apart from one another. It is a challenge to get one alone most of the time.

    -Mia: Mia is a laid back type of girl. She loves ascetics and the little things in life, often daydreaming while there is a window near by. A pure optimist at heart, in par with her sister. But, she is pretty quite, not that she won't speak to people, just doesn't like social environments to often. Much rather play video games where she is by far the loudest mouth as she plays. Highly enjoys it.

    Mia also tends to make friends a bit more difficult then that of her sister. Mostly because she just chooses to not open up and take chances with people. You have to earn it, basically. She is the nicest and most purest thing, but her social game is off. No hard feelings for anyone and apologizes frequently. She is the neat freak twin.

    -Miya: Now this girl likes to talk and be center of attention. She doesn't have an obsession, she just likes meeting all sorts of people and having a fun time with everyone. Just a friendly person who can never see the dark side of anything. Just like her sister, they are both innocent, keeping a positive mindset regardless of where they may be. The life of the social scene.

    Miya also seems to be a little more ambitious then Mia. In fact, scratch that. She is very ambitious that sometimes she gets too far ahead of herself to the point where Mia has to drag her back to reality. A dreamer, she is. Much more then her sister, who reality checks her. She is the disorganized twin.

    Background: Mia and Miya grew up with jut enough. Proud parents, awesome childhood, being together for all their lives, never apart. It was perfect for the two. Literally the dream. Mia would always shadow Miya but for good reason. She was the most mature one, holding Miya back from trouble, getting involved in the wrong places and people. Littler sister love, barely little sister. They always did the same things together and seemed to enjoy everything, never getting tired of each other (of course there is the sibling annoyance, but nothing ever serious) and they passed as top of their class in high school.     She doesn't have a cat, as shown in the picture, and her apartment will be much more cluttered than that. She looks like a crazy person most of the time, even mumbling to herself at times. She also looks like she's consistently on the verge of solving life's deepest mysteries.

    Her apartment will look like chaos, but it's actually clean, meticulously so, and she knows exactly the place of every single item there, though you'd have no idea how. She's also not as shy as the image conveys, this is just something I found on Google I figured I'd work with XD She's more aloof, and off in thought, solving those mysteries it looks like she's always trying to solve.

    Sasha Thompson is a genius, and because of that, few people can understand her and accept her. She's very friendly, but can come off as not all there. Some may even describe her personality to that of a homeless crazy person. She mumbles to herself occasionally, sometimes even speaking in louder tones when she's made a breakthrough.
    Sasha's super friendly, and will drop what she's doing to help anyone who asked. Though no one ever asks her for help. She tries to have small talk with people, but she's not very good at it.
    Sasha is often seen working on her inventions and contraptions. She likes building scale models of things that most of the time don't make any sense to others. Her contraptions often make their way outside of her apartment as well. She's very passionate about her work. She invents new technology for use in the world, it's even said she's created an unhackable system for military and government use.
    Sasha speaks in an almost nasally tone. Though not unpleasant to listen to, it may even be soothing for some. Clearly the voice of a closet perv. She has deep, oh so very deep, desires for an intimate relationship. These aren't conscious desires though. She's been pushed so far away in society, that a smile is second base, and getting a hug may as well be having sex for her. She has a desire for any sort of relationship, and would be hard pressed to find someone who would call them her friend. In fact, she has turned to the internet for her daily dose of social interactions, as everyone needs them to stay sane. She generally role plays in forum style postings to fulfill this part of her life.

    Background:Sasha had a normal origin story. Just like any other normal person, with a normal life, like Sasha, she graduated high school while her peers were at the higher end of elementary school. Very normal. She earned her first masters around the time she discovered boys, of whom they were all older than her.

    Her parents are actually fairly normal. One's an accountant and the other is a mechanic for the government. Sasha stays in contact, though not so often. She had, at the earliest possible time, become emancipated from her parents, all parties agreeing, and started living on her own. She's tried to talk to guys her age, but it seems that she's weird. Such an odd thing to think about such a normal person.

    For the most part, she can participate in normal conversation. She hasn't developed weird ticks or anything, except maybe that she likes microwaved food over a home cooked meal. Her thinking is advanced, and she's learning to tone things down, but it's hard when everyone already thinks you're weird.

    Her biggest accomplishment is the unhackable system she created for the government. She has other notable things, such as redesigning machinery and programs to be more efficient, among her many inventions. She even invented a refrigerator that doesn't need a door to keep the cold air in. She's also used that technology in insulating clothing. It's insulation is top of the line, but only the military really uses it, because there's no designer behind it, so not many people know about it.

    She loves difficult problems. She can solve DrBezendrine DrBezendrine 's problem while working on her scale models of complex quantum physics particle entanglement structures, and holding an intelligent conversation with you.

Yet when she is home, comfortable loose clothing are her go-to attire type. You can always see Saren with headphones on listening to music. Golden eyes are caressed by her creamy skin tone, and she jogs every evening to keep her body toned.

      Personality: Professional and proper when she needs to be, Saren knows how to bend to people's desires with ease. Getting what she wants is the norm, and she can become quite irritated when things don't go her way. However she isn't a whiner, but more of a persistent and determined woman. She doesn't seem to care too much for others on a deep, personal level. Yet when she does find someone she is fond of, she'll make it apparent. Just as she makes her fondness apparent, her dislike of others will be crystal clear as well. Despite being on the shorter end height wise, she isn't your cute and shy gal. Saren is all about risk taking and accepting challenges. She's the type of woman to hold grudges, and she'll make a person pay for disrespecting her. More than anything she hates being looked upon as if she can't protect herself. Usually a calculating person, she lets her guard down around animals.

      Saren isn't the most experienced in the art of love. She avoids the topic when she can, and it cannot be confidentially stated that someone has ever found a way into her heart. Preferring to focus on her work and hobbies, there has been seldom any room to spend looking for a partner. She hasn't even had her first kiss yet.....ouch. She doesn't get nervous often, but when she does she becomes quite clumsy and energetic, which isn't such a great mix. Music is her way of life, and if anything, has become her soulmate~ More of her personality to be revealed later....

      Background:       Saren was raised by her single father, as her mother had died giving birth to her. Others would say a girl couldn’t grow into a woman without a motherly figure. Well, they couldn’t be more wrong. Countless women tried to enter her father’s life, each turned down. For nobody could replace Saren's mother but Saren herself. Her father loved her so much, and he taught her everything she needed to know to survive including Muay Thai and specialty cooking skills. Her father was a wealthy business man, owning a popular hotel chain. At the time it was decided Saren would be the heir to the business. But after a few years of faking smiles and taking business etiquette classes, Saren couldn't stand the thought of committing her entire life to something she found to be entirely boring and monotonous. After breaking the news to her father, disappointed as he was, he wanted her to fulfill her dreams. One night a popular boy band Ace were resting in one of their hotel's before a performance, and Saren's father pulled some strings, Saren's fame started that night as a ghost writer for the band. Later becoming public and increasing her popularity as a song writer.

      She recently decided to move out on her own, abandoning her studies to work full time as a song writer and music producer. She rented an apartment away from her father, in Suncrest Apartment Complex. Though she could probably manage fine on her own paycheck, she still gets checks from her worrisome father.

      Background:       Saren was raised by her single father, as her mother had died giving birth to her. Others would say a girl couldn’t grow into a woman without a motherly figure. Well, they couldn’t be more wrong. Countless women tried to enter her father’s life, each turned down. For nobody could replace Saren's mother but Saren herself. Her father loved her so much, and he taught her everything she needed to know to survive including Muay Thai and specialty cooking skills. Her father was a wealthy business man, owning a popular hotel chain. At the time it was decided Saren would be the heir to the business. But after a few years of faking smiles and taking business etiquette classes, Saren couldn't stand the thought of committing her entire life to something she found to be entirely boring and monotonous. After breaking the news to her father, disappointed as he was, he wanted her to fulfill her dreams. One night a popular boy band Ace were resting in one of their hotel's before a performance, and Saren's father pulled some strings, Saren's fame started that night as a ghost writer for the band. Later becoming public and increasing her popularity as a song writer.

      She recently decided to move out on her own, abandoning her studies to work full time as a song writer and music producer. She rented an apartment away from her father, in Suncrest Apartment Complex. Though she could probably manage fine on her own paycheck, she still gets checks from her worrisome father.

      An odd stoicism surrounds Mr. Edgar Ishimori, a reserved young man who isn't quite used to social interaction. He's a very quiet and crafty young man, one who knows how to make something out of nothing. This applies to both his job and one of the hobbies he possesses; cooking. Edgar is a closeted master chef and he doesn't like to mention it in front of other people. However, its undeniable that Edgar is passionate about cooking.       Of course, on that note, angering Edgar is probably not a good idea. Edgar can get relatively scary when he's worked-up, and especially when someone he likes is hurt, he will begin to panic. He's basically that overprotective big brother, even going as far as interviewing newbies to the apartment complex just to make sure that they won't try anything on any of the people living there. Once he figures out that they're trustworthy, he will stand aside, but if he doesn't find them trustworthy, there will be a confrontation.

He is also especially overprotective of him/her, practically acting as their personal bodyguard. It can't be said that Edgar is the most romantic in the world, but he views anyone he loves as practically royalty, and him, their dark knight.

One of the less wanted parts of the deal was Edgar, and he was born in early November. Of course, his mother and father had trouble figuring out what to do with him, so they decided on joint custody. It was a strange upbringing; Edgar spent one week learning detective skills from his dad, and another in an underground gang hideout, listening to the plans of his mother. He grew to become a very clever young man due to constantly growing up with strategy, but obviously this was problematic. He needed a secure household to grow up in. So, when he was eight, he was adopted off to a small family. The parents were independent artists, and they broke him away from the strategic laws that had held him for a very long time, teaching him the wonders of taking stuff from scrapyards and making new things out of them.

      He attended a public school, and he fit in just fine. Many kids went to him with fun requests and he joined the pottery club in ninth grade. He graduated high school with a scholarship to some fancy art college. However, no matter what they taught him, he knew that his heart laid in what he already knew. So, after graduation, he left for the town where it all began and settled down in an apartment. He's been living in the complex for three years and has developed a reputation as a big brother figure.

He isn't very cheerful and rarely smiles or laughs publicly, unless it's smugly and at someone else's expense. Despite his depressing personality and bad attitude, he can be likable and even kind if he gets to know you, though this will take some time. Winning him over isn't easy, as his life experiences have lead him to believe most people that try to befriend him are only interested in his money or fame. He does find his fans amusing, and will usually tease them but stop for a photo or autograph. Those who enjoy his dark fashion sense and morbid humor may well end up having a snarky emo friend for life. If he trusts you and you hurt him however, the walls will come down and you might just catch a glimpse of what a sad and troubled young man he really is... and that for all his feigned indifference, he cries very easily.     The early years of Nicholas Sterling weren't particularly interesting, nor is the teenage star proud of them. He was the accidental result of a one-night stand, but that didn't make his young mother love him any less. Though they were broke, she tried her very best to keep things stable for her son. They mainly lived in basements and low budget housing, but Nicholas still had a fairly innocent childhood.

    Things got worse when he went to school, as he was often bullied and had difficulty making friends and fitting in. He learned from a young age that it was better not to care, and had mastered the art of hiding his sweet and emotional nature behind a wall of icy indifference by the time he was in middle school.

    If elementary and middle school had been difficult, high school was a thousand times worse. Nicholas refused to act or dress like the crowds, which made him even more of a target. His interest in music and unpopular tastes did win him a few friends, though they were all outcasts like him. Nick recorded his first song at 14, but didn't receive much attention until he was 16.

    Things turned around for him after he formed a more permanent band and released a very successful album. Taking on the stage name of Spook, he quickly gained popularity amongst the alternative crowd. A bit overwhelmed by his sudden fame, he had a tendency to hide from the cameras and would even stay out partying all night before a performance. Fortunately, he managed to balance his wild side and never went too far. Nicholas dated an up-and-coming singer named Vivienne, though it didn't last and the resulting dramatic breakup caused the teen to swear off relationships.

    He purchased his current apartment only a few weeks after turning 18, and is currently taking a month off before he's set to return to the studio.

Even with his long list of acquaintances, he doesn't mind being alone either. Most see him as a happy-go-lucky kind of guy who enjoys life. His close friends will tell you a different story. He can fall into a dark abyss where he questions life and death. He likes arguments and philosophical debates, but no one is willing to go aginst him. Sometimes he talks to himself and paces around his home, whilst ignoring all distractions. Pacing is probably the most exercise he gets, because the gym is full of intimidating people and going outside is not an option for him. It might also have to do with his laziness. Eventually he was called a child prodigy for his stories and art. This was an amazing feat as his mom had to work day and night to support the two of them. All he wished for was to make her proud, so he is driven to become best in his craft. Art was great, but he knew that in order for his family to have a wonderful life, he knew he had to go into something that payed well. He started focusing on psychology rather than drawing or writing. Middle school was hard for him. He was getting average grades and he was being tormented by his classmates. Sure, there were a few friends, not enough to help him though. After eighth grade, he started being more social and built a circle of friends. People were afraid to mess with him now for his friends were all the popular girls. If any of them wanted a chance with a girl they'd have to be nice to him. During high school, his mother decided to adopt a little girl named June. June instantly became part of the household. Their family continued to get bigger when Susie married Jonathan. The new father was a very wealthy businessman, who loved all of them. In present time his family back in Quebec have a large house and he moved to Suncrest for university.

Art was great, but he knew that in order for his family to have a wonderful life, he knew he had to go into something that payed well. He started focusing on psychology rather than drawing or writing. Middle school was hard for him. He was getting average grades and he was being tormented by his classmates. Sure, there were a few friends, not enough to help him though. After eighth grade, he started being more social and built a circle of friends. People were afraid to mess with him now for his friends were all the popular girls. If any of them wanted a chance with a girl they'd have to be nice to him. During high school, his mother decided to adopt a little girl named June. June instantly became part of the household. Their family continued to get bigger when Susie married Jonathan. The new father was a very wealthy businessman, who loved all of them. In present time his family back in Quebec have a large house and he moved to Suncrest for university.

    England!!! Sorry, I just love the character you're face claiming. Anyway, everything looks great. The apartment is yours, so if you could bold your pick in order to show that you have locked it down, that would be great. You may start whenever just keep in mind it's currently 8am in the RP. If you decide to leave your apartment, you might come across three characters, Sasha, Edgar, and Ian.
     
    Yeah, I guess a bit of a summary, if you're lazy like me. MitoIsMe MitoIsMe Sasha, in her usual manner, has a project she's working on that's sprawled into the outside hallway of the third floor, the studio apartment floor. She's got tubing along one wall, crossing over the T section gap, all the way to the other side of the hall. She ran out of tacks, so she's holding pieces up, but Ian's now working his way in, trying to help. Edgar still needs a reply, then I'll be ready to reply. But that's the gist of it. <3 They're also visible from the east side? If the picture from earlier is also facing like a compass? Kinda hanging over the railing a very small amount.

    It's fine. I love the character too, but it was heavily fanarted so I thought I could get away with it.

But when he turned 16, Eli had been kicked out of his home by his father over a simple teenage argument that had turned ugly. For about two years, Eli had been hopping from house to house, working hard to get into college. The college that he did get into wasn't his first pick, but it was still good for what he wanted to go into- writing. Though, after having his manuscript being turned down at multiple publishers, he was on the verge of changing careers completely. That year, he turned 23, and met whom he assumed was the love of his life. She inspired him to work harder, and helped him land the editing job he held today. Another year later, she had a baby with him. But their disagreements about time management and families calling back had caused them to separate. Despite this, Eli makes sure that Charlie's (and somewhat Joseph's) upbringing is a good one.

    Personality: Felix is a happy, kind individual. With his easy smile and infectious laugh it is easy to relax around him. People can sometimes get frustrated with him because of his laid back attitude, but most of the time he is able to calm them down.     Background:
    Born into a rather wealthy family Felix had a good life. Mainly raised by his au pair Felix was very distant from his parents and twin older sisters, both whom were already moved out as they are 10 years older than he is. Being home schooled by private tutors gave him an excellent, advanced education. While Felix was a studious and obedient child he was also very lonely, never really interacting with children his age. Finding solace in the impressive botanical gardens that surrounded his home started him on the path to become an amazing gardener, his patience serving him well as he helped the main grounds keeper care for the large variety of flowers and fruit trees.

    With a shining academic record he was accepted on a full ride scholarship to Dartmouth College, where was to study business academics, so he could work for his fathers business, and eventually take over. Felix never fully understood what his father did, but whatever it was, he was able to provide a comfortable life for his family. The summer before he was going to go to college he did a lot of soul searching, stepping out of the comfort zone of his cushy home to explore and experience a bit. In this time he had his first boyfriend, who broke up with him to move away to attend a college somewhere in the Midwest.

    Deciding that he did not want to study numbers and business and work in his fathers business he sat down with his parents on one of the rare occasions they were home and came out to them, being honest with them about what he wanted in life. After much shock, and some tears they accepted him for who he was, not wanting to push away their only son. When he found a job opening for an apprentice florist in the nearby city of Seaside he moved to the city, relying on his family's money for the first several months as he got on his feet.
    He steadily rose in the florist shop, his beautiful arrangements bringing in newer, and more expensive clientele. It was not long until the florist shop, Pretty Petals Bouquet, opened a stall in the Farmers Market, which Felix became the manager of, leading him to apply for a bigger and better apartment at Suncrest.
    Extra:     Felix is fluent in several languages other than English, primarily French, Spanish, and German. Along with this he is able to play the piano rather well, from years of classical training.

    A: I do, my mother Amelia and my father Christopher are currently abroad on a business trip in Europe, while my sisters Evelyn and Mary live across the country. I am not sure what they are up to these days, I have not spoken to them in some time now. And I cannot forget about Jasper, my cat.

    A: I like to ride my bicycle around the city every now and then, as well as jog down to the beach when it is nice outside, as well as tend my garden on the balcony. Hmm, lets see what else... Oh! I like to collect sea shells during the summer. Does that count?
