Appearance: XH74-UY3 appears to be a slightly asian Human male, but because of their unusual attributes, has been dubbed "Gender unspecified." XH74-UY3's eye colors flicker from amber to gray. Personnel have said that XH74-UY3's eyes are "like a flickering lightbulb." XH74-UY3 has bright indigo hair. XH74-UY3 wears a white laboratory coat, a black tee shirt, black linen pants, and black dress shoes. XH74-UY3 also wears a gauntlet of unknown ability/origins on their left hand.
Personality: XH74-UY3 somehow manages to stay optimistic in public, even during emotional moments. After emotional moments, XH74-UY3 goes somewhere private and either breaks down into tears or bursts out in anger, depending on the emotional moment.

A silenced Beretta 90 Two has been seen with XH74-UY3, but since they have not used it for the six months they've been here, it is safe to assume that XH74-UY3 has no intention of using the weapon.
