The subject's arms have become a semi-solid metallic substance roughly shaped like wings. The limbs are incredibly heavy, to the point that the subject is barely able to move around normally and often uses a wheelchair, and do not move like if they were functioning limbs, meaning he has effectively lost the use of his arms. The feather edges of the wings can be hard and sharp enough to cut through material.
