- ~Personal Information~Name:
Storm Ververs
Age:
19
Identifying Features:

-Storm has a large tattoo of the moon on his back.
-Storm's eyes are, ironically, a stormy gray.
-Storm is 5'10" and weighs around 148 lbs.
Occupation:
Freelance Artist/Painter
Home Life:
Although he is an artist Storm manages to easily make enough money to live comfortably in a cozy one bedroom apartment due to the skill he has in his practice, as well as the demand from both rich and poor for pictures of comfort and paintings of relatives. In regards to his family, he actually followed what is essentially a 'right of passage', as for generations it's been known for those of the Ververs family to leave home and attempt to make a name for themselves, only returning much later in life to nurture the future generations. As such he doesn't have a bad relationship with his family, quite the opposite truly, and he is independent enough, financially and otherwise, as well as eccentric enough, to neither warrant the need of a housemate, or attract one through pure personality.
Personality:
Storm could easily be labelled as an eccentric, and given his profession he felt it would only help him. From his constantly changing moods and tones, and the moments of silent introspection interrupting any given action, he is certainly considered a weird one. That, however, isn't to say he was unintelligent or untalented in the slightest. No, his mind was sharp yet open to change at the same time, and at such a young age he has been considered a talented artist. That, however, didn't mean anything to Storm, as he did his art for the enjoyment of it, and he felt that overthinking the facts of life and how the natural order went was simply too much trouble and simply stuck to the simple beauty of art.
Storm, however, does have a hidden darker side that rears it's head every once in a while. This side of him only truly shows up when interacting with someone that was unwilling to make compromises to understand those around them, and everything under that scope. Bigots if you will. When dealing with people like that he becomes quiet and intense, many times setting a frigid gaze on the person in an attempt to cow them. Unbeknownst to whomever is beset with this side of Storm, this very dislike goes deeper in to a point of him desiring to put onto those people the pain of the world in an ultimate attempt to get them to understand and gain empathy through suffering, yet he knows just as well that ever acting on such feelings would make him no better, likely worse even, than the very people he despises so. - ~Wishes and Beliefs, Dreams and Fears~Religious Views:
Storm is quite religious in a very unconventional sense, seeing as he doesn't adhere to any one religion or faith. To him all religious views, stories, and beliefs can be learned from and should be explored so they can be understood. What he doesn't openly state, however, is that does extend to the quite controversial religions as well, such as the Followers of Kara, though in their case it's more of him trying to understand their following and beliefs without sinking to the their lows of violence and mayhem in an attempt to spread understanding.
Deepest Wish:
To unite the world into a place of understanding and empathy, no matter the means necessary.
Darkest Fear:
The world crumbling under the weight of misunderstanding, mistrust, misinformation, and misfortune.
Scarcity of Your Life:
True companionship. - ~Relationships~Romantic Orientation:
Pansexual
Midheaven Relations TBA - ~Midheaven Information~Constellation:
The Plum Tree
Emotion:
Grief
Weapon Description:
When Storm goes into his Midheaven form, a paintbrush and a blank scroll forms from petals, though the paintbrush is extremely durable unlike the scroll, along with it, and he uses them as his weapon.
Magic:
As Storm initially enters his Midheaven form, he only forms enough petals to create his weapon and a few extra for a meager defense through the petals acting as a pseudo-sentient barrier and shield, which gets more effective the more petals he has.
If Storm somehow has all his petals used up or destroyed, including his scroll, he has two ways of essentially resetting. First is to simply wait for more petals to form as they are literally physical manifestations of grief and thus his natural aura of grief in Midheaven form would eventually recreate his pseudo-sentient barrier which he can then use to make a new scroll and start again. His second option is to use his own skin as the canvas, causing pain proportional to the amount of skin used, to create petals to start again.
Storm can use his weapons for his magic in a ways. First is using the brush and scroll in conjunction, doing so Storm can draw and bring to life more petals. The scroll itself is capable of deflecting a hit, or even blocking it at the cost of having to be reformed from nearby petals.
If he's willing to go without the scroll, he can use take the time to paint an elaborate plum tree on it, and then use the scroll as the "roots" of the tree, and when placed on the ground and created it constantly create petals for him. While the tree can be damaged and destroyed just as easily as any other tree it forms it's own petal barrier on creation, and if given the opportunity it will use those petals to repair itself. The tree has one final defense mechanism in, if someone gets within arm's reach, it will attempt to ensnare them with petal created branches and drag them closer in an attempt to not only suffocate them but fill them with such a degree of grief that they lose the will to fight.
The petals, contrary to their appearance, are a fair bit harder than what one would expect, though not nearly close to the level of steel if not clumped together. They can also be used as a sort of "ink" for Storm's brush to create various objects and obstacles, though the more complex, as well as the quality desired, requires a greater amount of petals to be made. In of themselves, the petals instill very insignificant feelings of grief when touched, though if one were to be overwhelmed it would easily add up, and if somehow cut by a petal or an object made of a petal, the effect is much more prominent.
