Physical Description: Stefan stands at about 5,11" and has a fairly average build, nothing too muscular or large; Posture-wise Stefan has a very slouched posture
Profession: Medical Doctor
Organizations: None
Family: At the moment Stefan has not kept in touch with his older brother, the last remaining family member he knows
Personality: Stefan is a calm person on the outside and on the inside. Whenever he would interact with a patient he's never too kind or too abrasive to them as he tells them the problems they face. In terms of what he shows in a nonprofessional setting it's not too different. He still manages to keep a calm persona with a bit more of emotion shown. When in his personal time however he lets all facade drop and shows off a much more sad emotion to everything. In fact he keeps a very sad outlook on life, something that he feels hasn't affected him much and shouldn't be addressed. Whenever he begins dealing with high stress situations he attempts to keep a level head, but even he can be worn down by madness after a while.
Major Strength: Years of experience have led Stefan to know most common illnesses and even some uncommon illnesses based on what he can find in a standard diagnosis
Biggest Flaw: Stefan is very physically weak. Not just in strength but also in nearly any physical exercise.
Advantages: Skilled Doctor - Gives him years of medical knowledge to draw on.
Quick Writer - Can write as fast as a person would be able to speak. Clarity however, is not guaranteed.
Disadvantage: Frail - Stefan is not strong physically and could be pushed to the side quite easily.
Character History:
Stefan was born to a lower middle-class family in West Berlin. In an effort to get away from what seemed to be a conflict ready to begin at any moment Stefan's parents moved out to the country, a bold move that they both hoped would pay off. Thankfully it seemed that luck was on their side, as after a year of working on a new business in a small town they were beginning to see the fruits of their labor. Stefan's family went from low middle-class up to higher middle-class and found themselves rolling in money they didn't know what to do with.
As Stefan grew up though, he wouldn't be seeing too much of this money. Instead his family had plans for him to grow up and be a doctor. That was all that he was told as a child, "One day you will be a doctor. Someday you'll be going to college to become a doctor." Over and over it was put into his tiny head. As Stefan grew up he found himself beginning to get sad for some reason that he was not sure of. A feeling of sadness that seemed to come from what felt like being trapped in his life. Sure that these were normal feelings he never mentioned it to everyone, even as he went into high school and beyond.
Going into college Stefan found himself to be top of his class. He was getting great grades, and this of course impressed his parents. Though Stefan still felt sad. Attempting to contact the college counselor about it he was told that this sadness was just average from some College students around his level. All he needed to do was just go for even more difficult classes.
Going for even more difficult classes turned out to make his college experience go by even faster. Allowing Stefan to get his life moving even faster. His parents were ecstatic and talking about how he was doing great things for the family name. Obviously what he was doing was the right thing, his parents kept talking about the greatness he was doing. While still working on his college studies he began learning more about some of the abilities he was capable of doing. After asking another student that he knew had mentioned something strangely similar to him he found out about a whole bunch of people that were similar to them. Soon after, they found him.
Decades later Stefan found himself in Psydrium working at one of Psydrium's few hospitals. A job that Stefan was sure his parent's were still proud of him for. To Stephan it was just a daily activity to do. Meanwhile he continued honing something that he had been developing since he first arrived at Psydrium, letting his mind wander out of his body. In fact, whenever he got the chance in between shifts he would practice this ability. Whenever he got home he would travel outside of his body and begin to see more of Psydrium and the rest of the world whenever he could.
It was just a regular day for Stefan when he was taken.
What I enjoy most in RPs: Focused Players, A Strong Story, In-Depth Lore(Good job on this!), Balanced GM
What I most want to do in this RP: I would like to have some equal exposure with my character as everyone else's and get some great interactions with them.
What I most want to do with this character: I want to show a slow progression of a character who realizes what he can do alive rather than just giving up.
