Bio: Isaac hadn't joined the Mafia willingly. The old boss had made him an offer he couldn't refuse once he learned of Isaac's Stand and realized the potential it had for money laundering. But after getting comfortable in his new position Isaac got attached to the perks that came with it and became a willing part of it. But then the old boss got taken down and the new boss made it clear that potential loyalists like Isaac had to prove their loyalty beyond kissing his ring. So Isaac got volunteered for the Initiative after being forced to give up most of the cash in his Stand. He was told if he served loyally and acquitted himself well he'd be allowed back into his old position, but until then he had to earn the new boss's trust. Isaac, only having stuck with the Mafia out of fear and greed, agreed and hopes that he won't have to wait long to get back to the lifestyle he's become accustomed to.

Stand Appearance: Born in the U.S.A. appears to be a metal briefcase emblazoned with the flag of the United States of America on each side of it and a digital reading of how much cash it has inside it on the top where Isaac can see it when he holds it. When it uses its Hungry Heart ability it sucks the offered cash inside it or detracts it from the cash inside it and then opens itself to reveal the item within, along with the change if there is any. When it uses Easy Money it sucks the offered item inside (with it being capable of such speed that even bullets fired at Isaac can be redirected into it), and then adds an amount of money equal to the item's value to its internal cash pool. It can then either produce an amount of United States currency up to the amount of cash it currently has stored inside it when opened or just keep it in Born in the U.S.A.'s account.
Stand Ability: Born in the U.S.A has 2 abilities:
Hungry Heart: Born in the U.S.A.'s first ability is that it can consume North American dollars and produce items that cost an equal or lesser amount of money, spitting out change if the item cost less than what it was fed. It can only create items that could be purchased in the United States of America though and only items that can fit inside it.
Isaac can also use Hungry Heart to heal himself and others, but using Born in the U.S.A. to treat injuries is very expensive, with serious injuries potentially costing thousands of dollars to fix at the least. On the plus side the healing is instant, but without items to feed Born in the U.S.A to use its Easy Money ability the Stand will burn through cash reserves very quickly.
Easy Money: Born in the U.S.A. can also consume items and produce North American dollars, but it can only do this with items that either belong to Isaac or aren't currently in somebody else's possession. The latter category include bullets fired at Isaac, trash left in the street (although this is rarely worth more than a few cents), and anything Isaac can steal and keep on his person long enough to get onto land the former owner doesn't own. It can also change other currencies to North American dollars, but charges a 10% fee to do so. Somehow this fee is wired to the nearest money changer, but it's not clear how.

Power: E (Other than consuming items and money and producing them Born in the U.S.A has little potential for destruction other than producing items such as guns, grenades, etc.)
Speed: A (Born in the U.S.A. is fast enough to turn speeding bullets into cash)

Potential: D (Isaac has discovered nearly all the uses for Born in the U.S.A.)
Precision: A (Born in the U.S.A is capable of extreme precision. If 100 bullets were fired at Isaac and it was only allowed to consume a specific one it could easily only consume that one)
Durability: A (Born in the U.S.A can withstand gunfire and even a grenade blast, even if Isaac couldn't. It's therefore useful as a shield)

Bio:
Initially, an orphaned street urchin who attempted to steal from the wrong man, her age, deft fingers, speed at which she had taken from the man's pockets without his initial notice and most of all the audacity was likely what prevented more violent consequences. Noodle would be brought into the mafia initially as a package runner and informant at a young age in exchange for shelter and leniency, though her success and loyalty eventually lead her to gain greater responsibilities as a smuggler and observer on various more valuable and important jobs.

Her assignments would range from transporting goods of all sorts, from drugs, money, people, or more or observing targets from a distance to report back to her benefactor/handler. She would, however, lose contact with them ten years prior to leaving her to operate somewhat lost in navigating the organization, as well as the new boss holding some reservations regarding an eleven-year-old being assigned to such jobs especially when it was discovered who some of the observation targets and objects transported had been.

It has been almost a decade since that day and she has continued her job to gain a reputation for reliability and discretion, eventually being forwarded into the Wildcard initiative for unknown reasons.

Appearance:
A young woman of fairly tall height and a fit athletic build. Beautiful and poised she holds herself with confidence staring outwards with light blues eyes and short raven hair neatly styled. She stands physically and aesthetically as what many would consider a natural beauty resembling many an ideaL, her porcelain skin is unmarred of blemishes with the exception of a splotched mark across the back of her neck from a previous stunt several years earlier that remains to this day a sensitive subject.

Stand Name: Feel Good Ink
Stand Appearance: Feel Good Ink is an artificial non-humanoid stand, Feel Good Ink’s has no natural form, besides a multicolored gelatinous mass (which tends to manifest certain human traits like a face or limbs), but instead will take the form of a rough version of the User when active.
Stand Ability: Feel Good Ink is a shapeshifting Stand, which is as versatile as its user. It is capable of expelling large amounts of fluids that it may control at will.

Plastic Beach Once the User has activated Feel Good Ink, it will immediately take the form of whatever person, place, or thing the User has drawn. The User can activate Feel Good Ink through the motions of drawing, regardless of whether or not there is paper present or any other solid surface to draw on. Once the drawing is complete, Feel Good Ink manifests in physical form, visible and interactable with Stand-Users and non-Stand-Users alike. This may also be used upon external targets. Feel Good Ink’s physical makeup is completely accurate to the subject of the drawing, including weight, density, smell, sound, etc. If the subject was something capable of motion, be it a human, a vehicle, or an animal, Feel Good Ink will also capable of that form of motion. Feel Good Ink can mimic almost any attribute of the subject, including voice patterns and physical acumen, but is completely incapable of mimicking the mind or soul of the subject, which prevents it from accessing memories or Stand Powers.

Some Kind of Nature - Feel Good Ink is a completely mutable Stand, capable of restructuring itself on a cellular level. This means that it is capable of passing through any space small enough to allow microorganisms to pass through. This also makes it quite difficult for Feel Good Ink to take any physical damage, as it will often simply reform around the attacker.This may also be incorporated in an offensive manner should physical contact be made with a target.

Power: C (While its true level of strength may vary depending on the form it takes, at its base level its fluid body impact can deliver a surprising amount of damage enough to fracture stone.)
Speed: A (Moving fluidly at incredible speeds the individual motions of the stand can be difficult to make out, instead of appearing to most as a swirl of technicolor.)
Range: C (While material produced may extend further, the base form of the stand is limited to maintaining within 10 meters of the user.)
Potential: C (While a fair amount of information has been gained regarding this stands abilities there still exists a great deal more before it could be considered to have reached its perfected state, the reach of its utility has still yet to be fully explored and considered.)
Precision: A (Capable of producing images if incredible detail and accuracy even down to features most would find imperceptible. Able to react, obtain information, and/or perform accurate tasks. It is capable of reacting far faster than .0001 seconds visually, and may take in information and performing accurate tasks far beyond that of even advanced machinery.)
Durability: S (Its amorphous form makes it almost impervious to damage, requiring immensely powerful attacks to scatter its form though even this is temporary as it reforms shortly after)

BIOGRAPHY
Pili's family in Egypt has been involved with the Speedwagon Foundation for years. Her father, who is also a Stand user, used to tell her stories about his close friend, who protected their family from the detection of an evil man named Dio. After this friend passed away, Pili's father was put into contact with the Speedwagon Foundation, who has continued to watch over their family. Pili is the oldest of four, and while she has inherited her father's Stand potential with a Stand of her own, none of her siblings have shown any inclination to this same potential.
Because of her close connection with the Foundation, Pili was selected to take part in the Wildcard Initiative.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Pili stands at 173 cm and weighs about 68 kg. She often claims to be a bit taller, mostly because her coily black ringlets puff up her head a bit and add a few centimetres. However, she has taken to wearing her father's red dad cap as an alternative to doing anything with her hair, even if it continues to cascade down to her chest like a fluffy waterfall. Her skin is a warm coffee shade, although her wide smile is encased by lips of a more ruddy color. In addition, the tip of her nose seems to be the central location for her blushes, for it almost glows a rosy color when she's embarrassed or ashamed. In terms of clothing, Pili prefers loose-fitting, blocky clothing that offers comfort and free movement. She often wears a large shirt, always with the sleeves rolled up, under overalls, as well as a pair of sturdy work boots. Together with her red dad cap, she plays the part of mechanic in her father's car garage rather well.

SLEDGEHAMMER
Sledgehammer takes the form of a standard-sized sledgehammer, about 93 cm long and weighing 4.5 kg. The black handle seems to be made of fiberglass, and the head from carbon steel. Non-Stand users are able to see Sledgehammer, although if anyone tries to move it, Stand user or not, it will not budge in the slightest. However, Sledgehammer is still subject to the forces of nature. When under Pili's control, Sledgehammer has one main ability.
- Knock Me Down
This ability allows Sledgehammer to create mini earthquakes within a maximum diameter of about 4 meters. Pavement will shatter and earth will split apart, making it very difficult to keep one's footing. When used in strategic locations, Knock Me Down is able to collapse small buildings.

1592539624249.pngPower: A (Although Pili can alter the strength of her blows, her strongest is capable of creating deep rifts in the earth. If she were to directly strike a person, she would be able to shatter bones. This strength is also a weakness; Pili has yet to learn how to really control her blows and often underestimates the damage she will cause.)
Speed: E (Sledgehammer is physically exhausting, mostly because it's literally a sledgehammer. Winding up for a strong blow can take a second or two, which is fatal for Pili in dangerous circumstances. )
Range: C (Sledgehammer's damage radius is about 4 meters, although this damage can also travel up or down depending on the obstacles in her way.)
Durability: A (Again, Sledgehammer is literally a sledgehammer and therefore incredibly difficult to damage. But not impossible.)
Precision: D (Currently, the damage caused by Sledgehammer is not controlled by Pili, meaning she can only make good estimates as to how strong she ought to make the blows. She often underestimates herself and causes more destruction than she means to.)
Potential: D (Pili might be able to control the frequency of her blows for different types of attacks, but she's never thought of this before, nor has she tried it. Other than this, Sledgehammer doesn't really have any other abilities.)

Short Biography:
Coming from the city of Berlin in Germany, his family came to America in order to live a much better life..... but oh boy, how they were wrong with that. Living in the city of [REDACTED], Abelgard grew up trying to follow in the footsteps of his father, who was a police officer in Berlin before coming to America, and that dream did come true, except Abelgard’s dreams came crashing down after trying to be independent from his family. His dad did teach him his favorite hobby, which was using fire arms and such, but it didn’t help as much in the future. It seemed that working as a Officer, even working at the night shift, wasn’t giving him enough cash to live a life he expected when becoming an Officer, and at the age of 20... is when he decided to go..... find other methods of earning cash.

Stealing items form crime scenes and later selling them, taking money from wallets of citizens, even taking jewelry and such from dead people, if you name it, it’s probably a method already used by Müller, and he lived a peaceful life doing so, slowly halting to a stop until the last day he planned in order fully stop doing his crime, at the age of 39, which was a crime scene involving a murder of a so called innocent. When searching the crime scene after being left alone in the room with the body, he didn’t find much except for a strange arrow, to which he grabbed and decided of pawning at least some money off from it, but he didn’t expect to get stabbed in the chest with the arrow instead when it moved on its own. After that incident, he left his job for a bit in order to heal his wound, only seeming like he was getting a serious disease a few days after the initial period point, but after those few days, he saw a strange sight, which would be a key point in this man’s life that it was changing towards the weird, the strange, but especially the Bizarre.

This gaining of a new stand, along with spending a few days to see how it work, only fueled the already dying flames, and made him generally want to continue his corrupt life, accepting bribes from other people and making a few disappear without a way of figuring out who it really was, but in the end, the SpeedWagon foundation found about of his Stand, to which Abelgard barely had any information of which in the first place.... but was black mailed with not only losing his stand if this keeps up, but also along with being turned into the proper authorities if he kept using it for corrupt goals. Seeing no other choice in the matter, he join the foundation, planning on repaying his debt to them by doing whatever job they have, before leaving for good after that’s over..... but he might stay considering what happens working alongside the foundation.

Belongings:

-Glock 18: a pistol that he generally carries around hidden in his person, and he carries it unloaded with three other magazines along with him.

-Pocket watch: a small and golden pocket watch, it was passed down from son to son in his generation, with him being the most recent owner of this watch. Even after all the advancements in technology and the new ways to track information, some good ole fashion tech always gets the job down, and what’s wrong with that.

-Cigar Box: a small Cigar box that contains six cigars within, its generally only used when stressed or when bored, but he generally doesn’t use them enough that others would call him a smoker.

-Silver Fliplighter: A small fliplighter (that is not actually his) that has been with him for a few months. Sometimes when bothered, he would take out the small flame producing device and flip it on and off time and time again to calm down. It’s actually pretty useful in certain situations.

-Wallet: a small wallet that not only contains not only his new passport, but a couple of pocket change he directly has on him, which totals up to $560, most of which is either hundred dollar bills or ten dollar bills.

Stand ability: The main ability of the stand is related to the weapon attached to the left arm of the stand, which is...
Icky Thump」- Having several types of rounds to choose from, but the round selected has randomized effects, but the intent of the user can help sway the effect to its purpose. Here are the bullets and their effects listed down below:

-Normal: a normal .556 round that is most normally used when just wanting to have a good ole shootout, but the downside is that it generally has no unnatural anomalies it contains, so it’s pretty much useless when in different situations.

-Smoke bullet: A grey colored bullet that creates a cloud of smoke that effects the area around it, which is a couple of feet, 15 to be exact, and activated when hitting a solid surface. Deals little damage to what it hits when fired.

-Paralysis round: a yellow bullet with a with a three metal prongs in the front instead of a singular tip, it is able to disable a small area of the body it hits, mostly effective when used on the head or shoulders, but does no permanent form of damage or paralysis, for it wears off after a couple of minutes.

-Heal bullet: a pale white colored bullet that has a Red Cross on one side of it, it is able to heal a small area it hits instead of actually doing any harm, repairing any damage on the body back to peak condition.

-Noise round: when this bullet is fired, the gun transfer all noise of the bullet being fired and exiting the gun into the bullet, and when it lands on a solid surface, it would create the noise that the gun creates, being a sort of distraction.

-Flame shot: A close-range shotgun like blast, the Stand would fire a large burst of fire from the rifle like weapon and it not only launches foes back away but would also set them aflame as well. Downside is that it cannot shot further than 10 feet in front of the weapon, not being useful in long range combat.

-Bounce shot: A tough and rubbery like lead bullet, that bounces when hitting normal surfaces such as walls and objects, and won’t stop bouncing off surfaces unless it hits a human being or stand. It can pick up speed considering how long it continues bouncing for, and indoors, can actually be both a threat to both friend and foe until hitting a person, unless your plan is to open a door and fire this inside a room full of enemies.

Power: B (Considering the randomness of the type of bullet used in the seven rounds, the most powerful would be the Flame shot, capable of not only dealing the most amount of damage with a singular shot, but also sets its target on fire as well in order to stack the damage dealt to any person or thing hit with it)
Speed: C (Barely having higher than average speed, this stand is not the fastest around, and would not be able to do much against those who are generally faster than itself)
Range: B (Also dependent on whatever bullet used, the best one with the most range would be the bounce shot, to which it won’t stop bouncing until it hits an target, friend or foe, still, having some form of range instead of having none is still useful.)
Potential: B ( Seven Nation Army has a variety of potential due to its variety of bullets to choose from, but the reason why it’s not any higher is due to the randomness of the rounds that could be chosen at any given moment)
Precision: A (A skilled marksman, Seven Nation Army can hit a vital artery of a man a few hundred feet away, and can easily make shots depending on the type of bullet used.... well, key word being depending.... but still accurate with many other types of bullets.)
Durability: D (Its outer and robotic shell is not one meant for blocking hits, and is comparable to that of Kevlar vests throughout its body, excellent for stopping small and medium arms fire, but not for large and melee based damage if used.)

_[Haruka stands at the shorter end of the the spectrum when it comes to height, being just about 5'7 at best. His unkempt hair has been dyed a shade of reddish brown, typically parted in the middle and showing his forehead. His eyes are the color of rustic red and his complexion is a light tan. Despite his age, he sports boyish looks and is easily mistaken to be younger than he is. He has a beauty mark on the right of his chin. He also lacks a left arm after a failed stunt at some point in his career.]

_[While Haruka has no real care about how he dresses, he tends to gravitate towards outfits which are simple. His usual look consists of a regular t-shirt and a pair of white pants held up by a white belt with a black buckle. Occasionally he wears a dark green jacket depending on his mood or the temperature. The most consistent thing about his look is the hair clip he wears and the few piercings he has on his ears.]

[Biography]
_[A travelling magician hailing from Kansai with an interest in the supernatural, known for his death defying escapist acts and sleight of hand expertise. He was born into a wealthy family and has had access to a variety of resources since birth. His interest in the supernatural stems from the fact he was born with a stand. This led to an interest in magic, which then led to a career of performing magic all across the world. With the help of his stand he quickly became a well-known escapist. He took advantage of travelling globally, gathering information as he went around and around. This eventually led him to the Speedwagon Foundation and in a turn of events, they had also been monitoring him after suspecting him to be a stand user. Through this, Haruka Mizusawa soon gets an offer to join the Wildcard Initiative. He happily accepted.]

[Stand Description]
_[King Krule manifests itself as a pair of arms that float behind of the user as well as a metallic headband that appears on his head, serving as a 'crown' of sorts. King Krule's arms are bigger and more muscular than the user's arms. The color is primarily black and the only other color on there are these white lines spanning across the arms. These lines start out as rings at each knuckle before extending out to the rest of the arm, ending before reaching the shoulder joint. The metal headband that appears King Krule is summoned is black and has white gems embedded in a flower pattern in the center of the headband.]

[Stand Ability]
_Cellular
- [Cellular is the ability which allows King Krule to disassemble and assemble itself and it's user into chunks of various sizes. The size of the objects it can disassemble are limited to any object that it can fit into the palm of their hand. For disassembling the stand and Haruka himself, all of the chunks can still be used as if they still whole. These chunks float and can be controlled telekinetically, extending the stand's reach to up a 5 meter radius. This makes for very quick and versatile movement.

Though a major weakness of this stand is the need for an anchor. Usually, the anchor is one of his feet as they are the closest to the ground. If the anchor breaks contact with the ground, all chunks will immediately snap back into place. An exception to this rule is if a body part had been brought outside the 5 meter radius, where it will no longer be effected by the stand's control over chunks but still function normally(e.g his eye still sees even if 10 meters away). Body parts which have been separated via getting cut off with a blade or any other means are no longer considered a part of the user and cannot be controlled.]

_Power - B - [Being a close-ranged stand, King Krule boasts great strength.]
_Speed - A - [As the stand can freely move itself and it's chunks in any direction in any way, it has high speed on it's side.]
_Range - D - [The stand only has a range of 5 meters which makes it short-ranged.]
_Potential - C - [While it is quite useful for dangerous escapists acts, it still possesses potential yet to be discovered.]
_Precision - B - [King Krule can perform movements precise enough to escape from straitjackets and water-filled boxes.]
_Durability - D - [These arms are more or less the same durability as regular arms, if not slightly better.]
