HIDS Fundy
The Fundy was built as the Maersk Liberation in 2245, and was registered at the Canadian spaceport in Goose Bay. It made numerous short-haul trips around the Terran area, before being bought in 2313 by Harrods Interstellar. Renamed the Fundy, the ships was re-registered to Flagstaff, and was pushed to its limits by several long-haul trips to poorer parts of the Galaxy. From its 86 years of service, it has seen countless fights, crashes and modifications, mostly weapon-based. Certainly not the finest ship in the world, but it's exactly what you'd expect from a fly-by-night, barely legal cargo company such as this.

Home to the Earthlings, a subspecies of human that made contact in 2115. A founding member of the Galactic union, and a rather important trade partner due to the large amounts of rare goods and materials available. Major ports include Flagstaff, Begrade, Ulaanbaatar, and Alice Springs. HIDS is headquartered here
