IC Rules
-Standard RPN rules apply
- Standard rules apply; No godmodding, no auto-hitting, etc.
- Please no “By the power of friendship!” power ups. Sure your character can have a rush of adrenaline, not going to stop them from being diced to pieces by the Blight while being ill prepared and have no idea how to kill one.
- There is going to be a posting order. Do not post if Person B and Person C have not posted yet. This is to control the amount of posts being churned out and have more of an order to it.
- DO NOT DO MISSIONS WITHOUT NOTIFYING A GM. Only GMs can create missions and ship y’all off on them.
- You can’t suddenly gain abilities without training for it. Start small, aim big.
Character Rules
- No Mary sues/Gary stus. If your character is just the gosh darn goodest character ever without any flaws, but can go into a fight bold-faced and unfeeling. Write your characters with thought and tact. Think of how a real person would be like.
- No Death Gods. Yeah, no. Kidd hasn’t split himself off yet and even if he did they’d either have the mentality of a child, or will be a child. Death didn’t secretly have any children. Death’s only children are Asura and Kidd.
- No children of Medusa/Shaula/Arachne. All three are LONG DEAD. Crona’s backstory is a little too full of him being an only child. There’s no possible way any of them could have had a child. If Charmie even sees “Gorgon” as last name she will scream. (Okay not really but yeah please no children from them) You can however make a child of a witch, but have a solid backstory as to how they were brought to Shibusen. Then again I better not be seeing a flood of character applications of witch children… Yeah also hybrids (Which they’ll have to be, mix of human and witch) won’t have any powers… So don’t think you’ll get away from that either.
- No kishins. Those are being reserved for something else. If you’re patient you can maybe get a role.
- No characters that have abilities related to creating madness, a Madness Wavelength, or anything that has to do with using madness. Shibusen wouldn’t let in someone who uses/emits madness as part of their combat. Rather they would kill such a thing, no matter how secret they are. Plus yeah, about madness wavelength.. Minus certain Great Old Ones or Death Gods, THOSE KIND OF MAKE YOU EVIL.
- When in doubt, ask. If something you’re making sounds unreasonable to you, ask about it. It might not be, it might be.
- For the love of god please no witches who fully side with Shibusen. The process to make them good is high risk little reward, so its almost impossible for them to fully align with Shibusen unless they have a common enemy. The only reason why they have allies in some witches now is because they have a common enemy, the Blight, who are a problem to everyone.
Canon Character Rules

If you don’t play a canon correctly, we will ask you to stop using them. Failure to cease using them will result in us just deleting your application and shameful head shakes.
