Time would slow for Ajax, his mind wavering as his body began to take matters into its own hands; shutting down whatever it deemed unnecessary in the moment in order to further increase his survivability by simply prioritizing only what was needed to prolong his life, even if only for a few moments longer. Dazed, flickering vision devoid of colour would reveal his limp and broken body being carried by Xander; the duo victorious against their most recent adversary; despite the current price they had to pay. Having the literal life squeezed out of him by that beast called Eldrith, it was a miracle that he was still aware of his surroundings, let alone able to comprehend what exactly was occurring all around him.

Slipping in and out of consciousness as his body was carried, Ajax's lulling head would slump over; double vision falling upon the visage of Athena and Bryn as they too fought their own foe. 'How fucking embarrassing...' thought Ajax, as he watched their fight progress; his vocal chords still suffering under the strain of his last attack. It would be a while before his voice would be back to normal... even if his body wasn't in this sorry state. He had simply forced himself to go above and beyond what they could handle and now it was time to suffer the consequences.

His situation would only grow all the more embarrassing as he watched Athena and Bryn acknowledge his sorry state, the blonde haired meister able to show concern for the wolfboy despite her current situation in combat. 'Don't fucking look at me... this is so humiliating!' raged the inner voice of Ajax who was unable to look away as Bryn approached.

If it wasn't already humiliating enough to be a broken mess and being carried like a princess in the hands of Xander, it was down right confidence shattering that his rival was now willing to weaken her position by allowing her partner to aid him... to envelop him in her armoured form. A tear born of his own frustration would find itself meandering the side of Ajax's face as he inwardly cursed his own weakness, his own frailty. Not only had he allowed himself to end up in such a sorry state against his own foe, he was now jeopardizing the position of others because of it.

Varia and kelko rushed the druid large blasts of fridge ice was thrown towards them kelko weapon form was litterally vibrating rapidly as they both resonated boosting her miester already considerably strengthen to insane amounts Varia could easily use use kelko weapon form to smash through the ice the d druid forming a thick slick of ice underneath forcing them to slip but all it did was send them faster towards the druid who them formed a huge pillar of ice directly underneath the pair launching them into the air the druid remains perfectly silent throughout this. "Ok we gotta smash this guy somehow but now there just cheating with the ice hmm maybe a good ground pound might help!" Kelko commented as the pair had the perfect chance to crush the druids head.

With Bryn no longer in her hands, Athena almost felt like she was naked. Like if she was missing something incredibly important. Before the blonde could think about it, the monster roared and went for an attack right at Bryn, Jax, and Xander. Instinctively, the meister darted towards the hand as fast as she could. There was no way in hell she was going to let this thing get a free hit on a downed ally as well as the help assisting that ally. Especially when her weapon was involved too. Releasing her own battle cry, she reeled her fist back and threw it forward into the wooden hand from the druid. Sending multiple pieces of wood flying out while the Druid itself moved back, roaring in pain. "You son of a bitch. You're fighting me! Not them!" while the monster itself felt pain, Athena did not. Her wavelength was working just as it always had, evidence of the splinters littering the area. This was it, she was weaponizing her body and she loved it. While working with Bryn, yes, things were different. A different fighting type was created, and new skills were obtained. But fighting alone felt... exciting, exhilarating, dangerous. Athena liked dangerous, maybe a little bit too much.

While gaining the attention of the druid, she took advantage and charged head first toward it. There was no fear, no sign of backing down even if it meant her own body got destroyed taking this thing down. As she got closer, the meister slid between the legs and out the other side. Quickly getting to her feet and pushing herself up toward the back of it. Another punch was thrown and splinters exploded. Just by the impact of her punches alone were acting as if explosions were involved. Stumbling forward, the monster fell to a knee and this gave Athena the opening to stand upon its back while holding onto a vine. This was a mistake as it began to wrap around her arm and basically yeet her across the room again but through another wall. The impact would always knock the wind out of her, but the pain itself didn't even come to existence. She simply gasped and coughed a few times as she peeled herself from the rubble "Because of your plant ass, we had to come out here in the cold ass weather! Do you know what I could very well be doing now? No. You wouldnt! CAUSE YOU'RE A FUCKING PLANT!" stepping out back into the room, the blonde stared it down.

"AND YOU'RE GOING TO BURN IN HELL!" there she went, another dash, but this time she was aiming for the legs while the druid did what it could to prevent her from getting close. It was either she punched through whatever branches it used, or dodged the vines that darted right toward her. Fists connecting with wood and continuing to make a mess of the place. Yeah, Athena got smacked around too, into the floor, into walls, even almost being squashed. No matter how many injuries she got, she always believed she was unstoppable. This was obviously not the case. At this moment, -as she continued to attack, dodge, get hit - there was that growing tunnel vision that only told her one thing: She wasn't going to stop unless 1: she had knocked out, or 2: she killed everything and everyone in the room. To avoid that, she needed help. Man did she hate asking for it, but she did not want to hurt Bryn. Not her fluffy partner in crime.

"XANDER YOU FUCKING CAT!"
shouted the blonde while the druid was knocked down but attempting to get up "Use your damn spells! Set this thing up in flames! If you don't, YOU ALL DIE IN HERE!" putting her team first before anything else. Damn she was growing soft in this stupid mission. Maybe it was for being around them for so long that they all had a special spot in her heart in some place...Not that she was going to accept that so easily.

”ohh the great Athena asking the cat for help aww glad to see I’m appreciated, you most rage filled excellency“ xander gave a small bow yes they where in danger yes they could almost be killed by either her or the damn plant but.. he’d NEVER let this go at all. Tho his small amount of time to gloat gave the cat enough time to charge a shriker the blast flying Through the air and into the druid face followed by more and more shots as the injure cat got a burst of energy enough to make things look fancy more and more blasts of glowing energy engulfed the Druid flames spreading further and brighter, as he then took a theatrical bow. “the cat has delivered now I think we should close this act No? Before our blood pressures get too high“

It was abundantly clear that Varia nor Kelko felt the disdain for what was going on like Syren did. Frankly, the two of them were happy there was another fight to be had! Though, not exactly like Jin, the two of them shared his love and spirit for battle whole-heartedly! It would have likely been more fair for Varia and her partner to take on the Wendigo given Jin had the tougher fight beforehand...but at the same time, Varia knew how Jin operated. He wanted the tougher, or at-least more uneven, fight and likely would have given them hell had they chosen the wendigo! The feeling amongst the group wasn't lost on Varia either even with her madness starting to flare up a tad from the thrill of battle. The four of them all resonating would have been the quickest and easiest way to kick some ass, for sure. Yet...Varia didn't want to. At-least not until they had to, if they had to. She was quite sure Jin felt the same way. The option however was luckily there should the group need it to assure their victory.

Varia watched the wendigos rushing towards her to stop the assault on their master...perhaps rushing in recklessly was foolish but she woulda thought of something! Probably! Luckily, Jin was quick to make an opening with Sy allowing the bluette and her hammer to slide under the duo with relative ease just in the nick of time! "Heh...thanks Jin!" She called out, quickly focusing back on the task at hand; which was to smash this green jackass into mush! The pair weren't really having it much better than Jin...at-least in terms of easily taking down their opponent. The green fuck had magic on his side, powerful ice magic at that. And he was doing his best to slow them down as much as possible!

Sharp shards of ice and freezing gales were tossed at the pair, or more accurately Varia...luckily Kelko was in her weapon form! Still, the sharp shards of ice hurt like hell as they shredded through her clothes and cut into her skin. Varia was luckily quick enough to be able to receive minimal damage for the most part during her initial advance. Ice walls were formed between them pausing her advance, or at-least slowing it, yet Kelko's hammer form was more than enough to reduce the walls to a rocky powder with a single mighty swing! "Ahhh! Stop fuckin' delaying the inevitable!" She shouted. "Is all you can do toss up walls and delay us, you ugly green asshat!?" She roared smashing through yet another wall shortly before the ground before them was frozen. What really pissed her off was the smug bastard wasn't saying a single word!

She cried out in surprise as they were launched through the air not too long into their lil' icy-slip-'n-slide. It seemed the druid had realized the error in creating a quicker path towards him...or maybe it was his plan all along? "Heh...I like the way you think...time to bring down the hammer on this guy!" She cried out enthusiastically. Channeling Kelko's stone strength the meister hefted the hammer forward, changing their trajectory to be headed straight for the druid! She didn't account for the fact they were spinning towards him, hurdling out of control...but hey, point was whatever they hit was getting the hell smashed out of it either way!

In a desperate attempt to slow down the momentum the druid started forming icy pillars in thick succession in-front of the proverbial wrecking ball that was Kelko and Varia, the destructive force of the pair smashing through each one with ease though it did dampen the final impact. With a resounding crack! not unlike a baseball being hit with a bat the hammer connected, sending the druid flying through a pair of nearby trees. Though not before he managed to get Varia rather good. A rather large icicle pierced through her left thigh right as she landed. "Oww! Fuck! You asshole! C'mon sneak attacks aren't fair!" She growled.

The druid however lied motionless in front of the trees seemingly defeated. Varia wasn't very convinced however. Growling she reached down and tore the icicle out of her thigh with a small yelp of pain. As she looked back up to set her sights on the druid he was no where to be seen. "What the hell..." She muttered glancing around. Soon, she would be blindsided by a fast moving chunk of ice slamming right into her side knocking the air of her and sending her skidding a few feet away. She groaned as she laid on the ground and looked up at the Druid now where she was once standing,
"Did you really think that would be enough to kill me, foolish girl?" It taunted. "Heh...guess not...but I'm not the one that had to play dead to avoid a beating." Varia smirked as she pushed herself up, shakily at first, though did soon catch a sure footing.

The grip on Kelko tightened as she grinned wildly at the druid. "But now...now I'm just pissed off." She growled. She had hoped to not drag things out too long...but it seemed with this slippery lil shit that wasn't possible. Though the pair were already practically resonating as they'd charged the Druid...now it was time for the real thing! Completing the connection Varia let out what was assumed to be a powerful warcy as she held Kelko up, her wounds she'd managed to accumulate patching themselves up. Her warcry was followed by quite the eerie cackle as she charged forward with speed that probably shouldn't be possible wielding such a huge weapon.

She slammed her weapon down towards the druid over and over as he backpedaled away, using his powers to create an icy terrain to allow him to do so more freely. The ground shook violently and vibrated with each strike, snow and ice crackling and being sent upwards all around as Varia continued her onslaught. More of the same icy daggers were thrown her way, carving into her arms and legs, stabbing into her her shoulders. The pain only seemed to drive her into a further rage, making her angrier, and fueling her advance. The crashing booms would likely echo into the area around them, Jin would certainly be able to hear. Anyone that knew pair would likely know what was up. "YOU! ARE! THROUGH!" She roared, jumping forwards as she managed to pin the druid against those very same trees from before, Kelko's weapon form raised high behind her back soon being driven downwards right into the skull of the druid as a particularly large chunk of ice lodged itself into her left shoulder!

A sickening crack followed by a resounding crash followed as the entire area around them was caked in powdery snow. For several moments after the impact Varia stood there panting in rage before slowly leaning against the hilt of her weapon with the head against the once snowy ground. She assumed the Druid was killed...yet she wasn't able to see. Surely, it wasn't strong enough to survive such a blow?
